a first rotating shaft (311), wherein the first rotating shaft (311) is rotatably arranged between the first bearing seat (39) and the second bearing seat (310);

the first belt transmission component (312) is arranged between the lower part of the first rotating shaft (311) and an output shaft of the servo motor (2);

the speed reducer (313), the speed reducer (313) is arranged on the front side of the upper part of the base (1), the speed reducer (313) is positioned on the front side of the first bearing seat (39), and the first rotating shaft (311) rotatably penetrates through the speed reducer (313);

a gear-lack wheel (314), wherein the gear-lack wheel (314) is arranged at the upper part of the first rotating shaft (311);

a third bearing seat (315), the third bearing seat (315) being disposed on an upper front side of the annular rail (34), the third bearing seat (315) being located on a right side of the second bearing seat (310);

the second rotating shaft (316) is rotatably arranged on the third bearing seat (315);

a full gear (317), the full gear (317) being disposed on the second shaft (316), the missing gear (314) being in mesh with the full gear (317);

a second belt transfer assembly (318), the second belt transfer assembly (318) being disposed between the second shaft (316) and an upper portion of the connecting rod (38).

3. An organic fertilizer mixing apparatus as defined in claim 2 wherein the mixing means (4) comprises:

the supporting columns (41), the supporting columns (41) are uniformly arranged at the upper part of the base (1), and the number of the supporting columns (41) is three;

a collection canister (42), said collection canister (42) being disposed on three of said support posts (41);

the rotating rod (43), the rotating rod (43) is arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor (2), and the rotating rod (43) passes through the collecting cylinder (42) in a rotating mode;

the mixing wheel (44) is arranged at the upper part of the rotating rod (43), and the mixing wheel (44) is positioned in the collecting barrel (42).

4. The organic fertilizer mixing apparatus of claim 3, further comprising:

the first mounting seat (6), the first mounting seat (6) is arranged at the upper part of the rotating rod (43), and the first mounting seat (6) is positioned at the lower side of the mixing wheel (44);

the first blades (7) are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the first mounting seat (6), and the number of the first blades (7) is at least two;

a first annular slide rail (8), wherein the first annular slide rail (8) is arranged in the collecting barrel (42), and the first annular slide rail (8) is matched with the first blade (7) in a sliding manner;

the second mounting seat (9), the second mounting seat (9) is arranged at the upper part of the rotating rod (43), and the second mounting seat (9) is positioned at the lower side of the first mounting seat (6);

the second blades (10), the second blades (10) are uniformly arranged on the second mounting seat (9);

a second annular slide rail (11), the second annular slide rail (11) being disposed within the collection canister (42), the second annular slide rail (11) being slidably engaged with the second vane (10).
