The honeycomb core is used as a material of an interlayer in the honeycomb plate, mainly bears shear stress in the interlayer structure, so that the interlayer structure has high bending rigidity, and the honeycomb core is a light material, so that the honeycomb plate is light in weight and excellent in mechanical property, and is widely applied to the fields of aviation, shipbuilding, buildings, trains and the like.

In the manufacturing process of the honeycomb core, a plurality of glue layers are coated on the surface of an aluminum foil at intervals through an automatic glue coating machine, the aluminum foil coated with the glue layers is stacked one by one, the aluminum foil is taken down when the number of stacked layers reaches the required number, and is cut into honeycomb strips for standby after hot-pressing and curing, and when the honeycomb core needs to be used, the honeycomb core is drawn into the honeycomb core through a honeycomb core drawing machine.

Currently, the use of honeycomb strips has the following problems:
