Technical Field

Background

The existing binder clip has the following defects:

1) the use is labor-consuming, the use is not light and comfortable enough, and when the handle is pressed, fingers feel painful;

2) in the production and manufacturing process, the whole clamp body is formed by bending an iron sheet in the prior design, the support strength of the clamp body is not enough, the deformation proportion is higher after heat treatment, and a certain rejection rate is caused;

3) in the existing design, in the actual production, in the paint spraying process, because the front end of the clamp has two circular tubes for installing handles, the contact point of the circular tube and the inclined plane of the clamp body needs to be repeatedly sprayed with paint, so that the waste of paint raw materials is serious.

4) In the existing design, because the front end of the clamp is provided with two circular tubes provided with handles, the usage amount of steel of a single clamp body is 25 percent more than that of a novel clamp (taking a No. 3 national standard clamp as an example).

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a novel binder clip that is more labor-saving and material-saving.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. As shown in fig. 5, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting module between the two convex wrapping surfaces 16 on each side in fig. 5 is punched inward as compared to fig. 4 to form an inwardly recessed reinforcing rib 18 which conforms longitudinally to the gripping side plate, and the handle mounting hole 14 penetrates the above-mentioned reinforcing rib 18, so that the reinforcing rib 18 serves again as the lower bottom surface of the fixed handle.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, unlike fig. 4, the inwardly concave arc-shaped groove 15 and the groove wrapping surfaces 17 at both sides in fig. 4 are kept flat, and the upward stretching of the cutting modules at both sides is performed only to form the upwardly convex semicircular convex wrapping surfaces 16 without performing the punching stretching, so that four upwardly convex semicircular convex wrapping surfaces 14 are formed at each side.

Another preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 7, a left-right symmetrical cutting is performed on each side of the clamping side plate 12, the cut middle module is pressed downwards, an inward concave groove wrapping surface 17 is transversely punched at the middle part, inward concave longitudinal grooves are punched at both sides as reinforcing ribs 18, the longitudinal grooves are used as reinforcing ribs 18 to reinforce the clamping side plate 12, through holes are arranged at both sides of the reinforcing ribs 18 and at both left and right ends of the groove wrapping surface 17, the through holes are also handle mounting holes 14, the handle 2 passes through the through holes, and is clamped by the reinforcing ribs 18 and the groove wrapping surface 17 at one side of the through holes and the clamping side plate 12 body at the other side of the through holes, so as to play a role of fixing and limiting the handle.

It should be noted that the reinforcing ribs 18 on the clamping side plates 12 are longitudinally arranged along the inclined surfaces of the clamping side plates 12, the reinforcing ribs 18 and the clamping side plates 12 are integrally formed, and the reinforcing ribs 18 can increase the strength of the two clamping side plates 12 of the binder, ensure that the binder is not deformed, and improve the yield. Meanwhile, the reinforcing rib 18 is in the form of a longitudinal groove formed by self-molding and also serves as the lower bottom surface of the fixed handle 2.

The reinforcing ribs 18, the arc-shaped grooves 15, the protruding wrapping surfaces 16 and the groove wrapping surfaces 17 are formed by cutting, stamping and stretching the clamping side plate 12 body.

The invention makes full use of the tensile property of the raw materials for manufacturing the binder, the conventional binder material of the binder is No. 45 steel or 40Mn, the tensile coefficients of the two materials are more than or equal to 15%, the novel labor-saving binder of the invention makes full use of the tensile property of the materials, the tensile rate of the handle mounting sleeve at the limit position is controlled to be not more than 9.5%, for example, the length of a convex wrapping surface 16 before being stretched is 19.244, the length after being stretched is 21.08551, the tensile rate is 9.5%, and the tensile coefficient is less than 15% of the materials, while the production and manufacturing of the binder in the prior art do not utilize the characteristic of the raw materials, the invention utilizes the characteristic to omit 4 circular tubes for fixing the handle in the design, changes the external stamping and drawing molding, so that the paint is easier to be attached to the surface of the binder, thereby improving the utilization rate of the paint, reducing the waste, reducing the cost, and simultaneously reducing the area of the steel strip of the binder, saves raw materials and reduces the cost.
