carrying out stretch-tilting treatment on the fabric to be treated along the weft-tilting direction to obtain a stretch-tilting fabric;

and printing the stretch-slant fabric to obtain the printed fabric.

2. The processing method according to claim 1, further comprising the step of obtaining the degree of skewness of the fabric to be treated after washing;

and the oblique drawing treatment is used for oblique drawing of the fabric to be treated to reach the weft oblique degree.

3. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein the method for obtaining the weft inclination direction and the weft inclination degree of the fabric to be treated after washing comprises the following steps:

taking the same fabric as the fabric to be treated, and performing washing treatment and drying treatment to obtain washed fabric;

and measuring the skewness direction and the skewness degree of the washing fabric, wherein the skewness degree is the angle difference between the weft yarn and the vertical line of the warp yarn after washing.

4. The process of claim 3 wherein said drying treatment is a loose oven.

5. The process of claim 1 wherein said deskewing is performed using a tenter or setter.

6. The process of claim 1 further comprising the step of subjecting said stretch-laid fabric to a trimming process.

7. The process of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising the step of fixing the printed fabric.

8. The process according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising the step of subjecting the printed fabric to a weft straightening treatment.

9. The process according to claim 8, characterized in that the weft finishing treatment is based on a printed flower pattern.

10. A fabric obtained by the process of any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of textile processing, in particular to a fabric and a processing method thereof.

Background

In the textile field, fabrics are generally printed to obtain printed fabrics, so as to meet the diversified demands of consumers on the appearance of the fabrics. In the printing process, the weft yarns of the fabric are generally perpendicular to the warp yarns, and are subjected to screen printing or digital printing with pattern lines arranged according to design specifications, and then corresponding post-treatment is carried out to improve the comprehensive performance of the fabric. For a symmetrical structure, the printed fabric obtained in the mode cannot influence the wearing performance, but for an asymmetrical structure, particularly twill fabrics, deformation occurs due to the influence of internal stress when the fabrics are washed, and the deformation is expressed as the skew of flower-shaped grains, so that the wearing appearance is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, a need exists for a fabric and a processing method thereof, so as to solve the problem that asymmetric weave, especially twill, deforms due to the influence of internal stress when washed, so that flower-shaped grains are skewed, and the appearance of clothes is affected.

One purpose of the invention is to provide a processing method of fabric, which comprises the following steps:

a method of processing a fabric, comprising the steps of:

acquiring the weft inclination direction of the fabric to be treated after washing;

carrying out stretch-tilting treatment on the fabric to be treated along the weft-tilting direction to obtain a stretch-tilting fabric;

and printing the stretch-slant fabric to obtain the printed fabric.

In one embodiment, the processing method further comprises the step of acquiring the skewness degree of the fabric to be treated after washing;

and the oblique drawing treatment is used for oblique drawing of the fabric to be treated to reach the weft oblique degree.

taking the same fabric as the fabric to be treated, and performing washing treatment and drying treatment to obtain washed fabric;

and measuring the skewness direction and the skewness degree of the washing fabric, wherein the skewness degree is the angle difference between the weft yarn and the vertical line of the warp yarn after washing.

The invention provides a processing method of a fabric, which comprises the following steps:

acquiring the weft inclination direction of the fabric to be treated after washing;

carrying out oblique drawing treatment on the fabric to be treated along the oblique weft direction to obtain an oblique drawing fabric;

and printing the stretch-slant fabric to obtain the printed fabric.

The processing method aims at the problems that asymmetric structures, particularly twill fabrics, deform due to the influence of internal stress when the fabrics are washed, the flower-shaped grains are skewed, and the appearance of clothes is influenced.

In one embodiment, the processing method of the fabric further comprises the step of acquiring the weft inclination degree of the fabric to be treated after washing. And the oblique drawing treatment is used for oblique drawing of the fabric to be treated to reach the weft oblique degree.

In the processing method of the embodiment, the fabric to be processed is inclined to the weft inclination degree through the inclined-drawing treatment, so that the internal stress of the fabric can be more fully eliminated.

In the present invention, the skew direction means that the deviation of the weft yarn of the fabric with respect to the warp yarn after washing is left or right.

In the present invention, the degree of skewness refers to the difference in angle between the weft and the vertical of the warp of the fabric after washing, and can be expressed as the tangent of the difference or as a percentage of the tangent of the difference.

The method of processing of one embodiment further includes the step of trimming the stretch-laid fabric. For example, after a rectangular fabric to be treated is subjected to stretch-bending treatment, a parallelogram stretch-bending fabric is obtained, and the original shape of the fabric can be recovered by trimming the stretch-bending fabric.

The processing method of one embodiment further comprises the step of fixing the printed fabric. The fixing treatment can provide fastness of the print. The fixation treatment can adopt a fixation method in the conventional printing operation.

The processing method of one embodiment further comprises the step of performing weft straightening treatment on the printed fabric.

In one embodiment, the weft straightening process is based on a printed flower pattern, rather than a weft pattern.

Further, the invention also provides a fabric, which is obtained by adopting the processing method of any one of the embodiments.

In one embodiment, the fabric is a twill fabric.
