Specifically, the tail gas treatment equipment comprises a washing tank and a combustor, the outlet end of a surface condenser is communicated with the inlet end of the washing tank, gas in the surface condenser can be pumped out through a vacuum pump, the outlet end of the washing tank is communicated with the combustor, tail gas generated by black liquor evaporation of a black liquor evaporator discharged from a tail gas outlet is mixed with the gas pumped out by the vacuum pump to form mixed gas, and the mixed gas is washed by the washing tank and then is sent to the combustor for combustion.

the method comprises the following steps of separating waste steam of a rotary spherical digester 1 emitted by the rotary spherical digester 1 into fiber waste liquid and high-temperature waste steam, specifically, the waste steam of the rotary spherical digester 1 emitted by the rotary spherical digester 1 is placed into a first spraying tank 21 through large steam release and small steam release, the waste steam of the rotary spherical digester 1 is separated from the fiber waste liquid and the high-temperature waste steam in the first spraying tank 21, the waste steam of the rotary spherical digester 1 passing through the first spraying tank 21 enters a second spraying tank 22 through a first steam passing hole 212 and a second steam passing hole 222 to be separated from the fiber waste liquid and the high-temperature waste steam again due to continuous impact of the rotary spherical digester 1 on the steam release, the waste steam of the rotary spherical digester 1 is separated from the second spraying tank 22 completely, and the fiber waste liquid separated from the first spraying tank 21 and the second spraying tank 22 enters waste liquid treatment equipment to be treated;

the high-temperature waste steam enters the absorption tower and is condensed into condensed liquid. Specifically, a spraying system is arranged at the top of the absorption tower, high-temperature waste steam gradually rises after entering the absorption tower from the lower part of the absorption tower, and is condensed into condensed water and sinks under the spraying of the spraying system;

carrying out flash evaporation on the condensed liquid to generate flash steam and flash evaporation liquid, wherein the flash steam enters a heating chamber of the black liquor evaporator to supply heat to the black liquor evaporator, and the flash evaporation liquid is pumped back to a spraying system at the top of the absorption tower to supplement temperature-adjusting water for the spraying system;

the fiber waste liquid is recycled, specifically, the fiber waste liquid enters the micro-filter 31 after being separated from the first spraying tank 21 and the second spraying tank 22, the fiber waste liquid is separated into black liquid and fiber through the micro-filter 31, the fiber enters the pulping tank to be crushed and then is conveyed to the pulp extruding machine 36, the pulp is injected into the spherical digester 1 through the pulp extruding machine 36, the recovered fiber is far away from the spherical digester 1 to be steamed again, the black liquid is filtered by the black liquid filter 33 and then is recycled and stored in the weak black liquid tank 34, and the recovered black liquid is used for black liquid evaporation.
