Background

The steel pier stud has the advantages of high strength, designability, strong machinability, convenience in construction and the like, so that the steel pier stud is more and more widely applied. In addition, the temporary support of wharfs and projects adopts steel structures. However, the steel structure has the defects: easy corrosion and poor corrosion resistance. Especially, the corrosion of the steel structure is accelerated under water environment and humid environment, and the service life of the steel structure is seriously influenced. The glass fiber sleeve reinforcing construction process is convenient and fast, and the reinforcing construction period is short. And the reinforced concrete has the advantages of high strength, good mechanical stability, corrosion resistance, excellent UV resistance, no toxicity and the like, and becomes an ideal reinforcing material for the steel pier column. The method is widely applied to the repair and reinforcement of the existing steel structure in China.

The steel pile foundations are connected in a transverse mode, and the reinforcing difficulty of the steel pile foundations is high. The conventional glass fiber sleeve cannot meet the reinforcement requirement of a complex steel structure; the common sleeve is used for repairing a complex deformed steel structure, the original structure of the sleeve needs to be damaged, the connecting part of the transverse connection and the steel pile foundation is wrapped, the damaged part is repaired, and the reinforcing construction process is complex.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned defects or shortcomings in the prior art, it is desirable to provide a profiled glass fiber sleeve for reinforcing a steel pile foundation, which is convenient for construction and can shorten the reinforcing operation period.

The invention provides a special-shaped glass fiber sleeve for reinforcing a steel pile foundation, which comprises a lower main sleeve and an upper main sleeve which is arranged separately from the lower main sleeve; the side walls of the lower main sleeve and the upper main sleeve are both provided with a mounting and fixing mechanism along the axial direction;

the top end of the lower main sleeve is provided with lower transverse connecting notches with the same number corresponding to the transverse connection of the steel pile foundation; the outer side wall of the lower main sleeve is fixedly connected with a lower transverse connecting sleeve at the lower transverse connecting notch; the periphery of the top end of the lower main sleeve is fixedly provided with a plurality of lock catches;

the bottom end of the upper main sleeve is provided with upper transverse connecting notches with the same number corresponding to the lower transverse connecting notches; the outer side wall of the upper main sleeve is provided with the upper transverse connecting sleeves with the same number corresponding to the lower transverse connecting sleeves.

Preferably, the lower transverse connecting sleeve and the upper transverse connecting sleeve are flange type sleeves which are symmetrically arranged up and down.

Preferably, the mounting and fixing mechanism comprises a splicing seam formed by axially breaking the side wall of the lower main sleeve or the upper main sleeve, a locking groove is integrally formed in one edge of the splicing seam, the other edge of the mounting seam extends into the locking groove to form an inserting edge, and the inserting edge is connected with the locking groove through a stainless steel nail in an anchoring manner.

Preferably, a circle of elastic sealing ring is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the inner wall of the lower main sleeve.

Preferably, a plurality of limiters are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the lower main sleeve, the lower transverse connecting sleeve, the upper main sleeve and the upper transverse connecting sleeve, and the plurality of limiters are distributed in a diamond shape.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a profiled glass fiber sleeve for reinforcing a steel pile foundation, including a lower main sleeve 13 and an upper main sleeve 14 disposed separately from the lower main sleeve 13; the side walls of the lower main sleeve 13 and the upper main sleeve 14 are both provided with an installation fixing mechanism 15 along the axial direction;

the top end of the lower main sleeve 13 is provided with lower transverse connection notches 31 with the same number corresponding to the transverse connection 12 of the steel pile foundation 11; the outer side wall of the lower main sleeve 13 is positioned at the lower transverse connecting notch 31 and is fixedly connected with a lower transverse connecting sleeve 32; a plurality of lock catches 33 are fixedly arranged on the periphery of the top end of the lower main sleeve 13;

the bottom end of the upper main sleeve 14 is provided with the upper transverse connecting notches 41 with the same number corresponding to the lower transverse connecting notches 31; the same number of upper cross sleeves 42 are provided on the outer side wall of the upper main sleeve 14 corresponding to the lower cross sleeves 32.

In the present embodiment, the lower main sleeve 13, the lower horizontal connecting sleeve 32, the upper main sleeve 14 and the upper horizontal connecting sleeve 42 are all glass fiber sleeves, which are hydrogen ester high molecular polymer, and have a high-strength anti-corrosion effect, and can cope with seawater corrosion. The glass fiber sleeve is inert to chemical reaction, so that the glass fiber sleeve can resist various chemical agents, and is acid-resistant and alkali-resistant.

Because the adhesive is not sensitive to water, the adhesive still has super-strong and compact adhesive force in underwater construction. In particular, it is possible to construct underwater without constructing a cofferdam and at the same time, it is expensive to construct a drainage facility. Is a set of optimal anti-corrosion system which saves time, labor and money. Can resist the interaction of dry and wet, cold and hot, freeze thawing and the like caused by climate cycle, and the continuous or intermittent corrosion action of water flow, ocean tide, waste water, electrolysis and the like, and has excellent durability.

The steel pile foundations 11 are often connected through the transverse connection 12 to increase structural strength, and the portion is relatively complex in structure and high in reinforcing difficulty. This application has effectively solved the difficult reinforced problem in complicated position of steel construction through main sleeve 13 and the concatenation of last main sleeve 14 mutually down. When the glass fiber sleeve is processed and manufactured through the mold, the transverse connecting sleeve and the main sleeve can be integrated through the mold, and the connection strength and the sealing performance between the transverse connecting sleeve and the main sleeve are enhanced. The lower transverse connecting sleeve 32 is matched with the upper transverse connecting sleeve 42 to be sleeved on the transverse connecting 12, so that the connecting part can be effectively repaired and reinforced.

According to the actual conditions of the steel structure to be reinforced, namely the number and the positions of the cross braces 12 connected with the steel pile foundation 11, the corresponding glass fiber sleeves are processed and manufactured, and the steel pile foundation 11 and the cross braces 12 can be adapted to various connecting structures.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lower cross sleeve 32 and the upper cross sleeve 42 are flanged sleeves disposed vertically symmetrically.

In this embodiment, the lower cross-link sleeve 32 and the upper cross-link sleeve 42 are joined together to form a complete cross-link sleeve, which is fitted over the cross-link 12. The joint seams are sealed by joint sealing glue through rivet fixed connection.

The flange type sleeve is a half of the complete sleeve after being divided into halves along the axial direction, and the outer side of the edge of the half sleeve along the axial direction is integrally provided with a skirt edge for connecting and fixing. And buckling the two flange type sleeves together, and forming a complete sleeve by anchoring the corresponding skirt edges.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the mounting and fixing mechanism 15 includes a splicing seam formed by axially cutting off the side wall of the lower main sleeve 13 or the upper main sleeve 14, a locking groove 51 is integrally formed on one side of the splicing seam, the other side of the mounting seam extends into the locking groove 51 to form a plugging edge 52, and the plugging edge 52 is connected with the locking groove 51 in an anchoring manner through a stainless steel nail 53.

In the present embodiment, the lower main sleeve 13 and the upper main sleeve 14 are fixedly mounted on the steel pile foundation to be reinforced by the mounting and fixing mechanism 15, respectively.

When the steel column foundation is installed, firstly, the installation seam is expanded, the lower main sleeve 13 is sleeved on the part to be reinforced of the steel column foundation 11, which is positioned on the lower side of the transverse connection 12, the lower transverse connection sleeve 32 is correspondingly abutted against the transverse connection 12, the inserting edge 52 is aligned and inserted into the lock catch groove 51, the lower main sleeve 13 is bound and fixed by using the fastening belt, the inserting edge 52 is anchored and connected with the lock catch groove 51 by using the stainless steel nail 53, the fastening belt is removed, and the sleeving connection of the lower main sleeve 13 is completed. Then, the upper main sleeve 14 is sleeved on the part to be reinforced of the steel column foundation 11 and is positioned above the transverse connection 12, the lower main sleeve 13 is aligned, the locking is carried out through the lock catch 33, and the splicing seam is sealed through seam sealing glue. And (3) using rivets to anchor and connect the lower transverse connecting sleeve 32 and the upper transverse connecting sleeve 42, and completing the installation of the glass fiber sleeve.

The glass fiber sleeve is simple and convenient to mount, tight in splicing and firm in fixing. In order to further enhance the anchoring strength of the stainless steel nails 53, the stainless steel nails 53 may be arranged in a zigzag shape.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a ring of elastic sealing ring 16 is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the inner wall of the lower main sleeve 13.

In the present embodiment, the elastic sealing ring 16 is provided to seal the gap between the bottom end of the lower main sleeve 13 and the steel pile foundation 11, so as to facilitate grouting of grouting material.

In a preferred embodiment, a plurality of stoppers 17 are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the lower main sleeve 13, the lower cross sleeve 32, the upper main sleeve 14 and the upper cross sleeve 42, and the plurality of stoppers 17 are distributed in a diamond shape.

In the present embodiment, the stoppers 17, i.e., the protrusions provided on the inner wall of each sleeve, are integrally formed by the sleeve processing. The arrangement of the limiter 17 can ensure that gaps with equal intervals are reserved between the sleeves and the steel pile foundation 11 to be reinforced, and the thickness of the grouting material after grouting is ensured to be uniform. By controlling the height of the limiter 17, the thickness of the grouting material can be controlled. The diamond shape of the retainer 17 enhances the support strength of the sleeves during installation.
