The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated arch structure construction, in particular to a prefabricated arch structure arrangement method suitable for a special-shaped plane shape.

Background

The arch structure is widely applied to engineering due to large bearing capacity, reasonable structural stress and attractive appearance. The prefabricated arched structure has a large application market in structure construction due to the fact that construction speed is high, and machining precision of components is high.

In order to make the prefabricated arch structure convenient, the size of each prefabricated arch plate is the same. When assembling an arch structure, the existing method is to divide sidelines on site, and the sidelines are divided according to two side edges of the span of the arch structure; then, pouring arch seats along the side lines at the two side lines respectively; and then, erecting the prefabricated arch slabs between the arch bases on two sides one by one along the direction of the arch bases, and assembling into an arch structure. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the arch structure is mainly composed of two-sided arch bases 1 and a plurality of prefabricated arch slabs 2 erected between the two-sided arch bases. When the prefabricated arch slabs are assembled on site, the prefabricated arch slabs 2 are installed on the arch base 2 block by block along the longitudinal direction of the designed arch surface of the arch structure, each prefabricated arch slab 2 is in a parallel state, the longitudinal direction of the arch structure is a straight line on the projection of a horizontal plane, an installation gap 3 is formed between any two adjacent prefabricated arch slabs 2, and the width of any installation gap 3 is approximately equal.

The above-described mounting is suitable when the design of the arch structure is more regular. However, due to the limitation of building design conditions, when the design trend of some arch structures is irregular in shape, and the span of the arch structure changes along the longitudinal direction, the installation mode causes overlarge difference of the picking lengths of the arch bases on two sides of the arch structure, improves the construction difficulty of the arch structure, seriously harms the stress balance and stability of the arch structure, and has a part to be improved.

In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement method of prefabricated arch structures adapted to a special-shaped planar shape, in which a planar partition is divided, and a midpoint of a center line of any prefabricated arch slab is projected on a longitudinal center line through overlooking, so as to reduce a difference in length of two ends of the prefabricated arch slab in a span direction on an arch support, thereby facilitating reduction of construction difficulty of the arch structure and ensuring stress balance and stability of the arch structure.
