5. The offshore oil platform wellhead area building module according to claim 1 wherein the maximization building module comprises an integral part of a Christmas tree.

6. Offshore oil platform wellhead area building module according to claim 5, characterised in that the maximization building module is reserved with a slot for passing through a tree trunk (9).

7. Offshore oil platform wellhead area building module according to claim 6, characterised in that the maximization building module is provided with a reserve string end connected with the christmas tree body and/or with the offshore oil platform wellhead area string (5).

8. The offshore oil platform wellhead area construction module according to any one of claims 1 to 7 wherein the construction module performs non-destructive inspection on land.

9. A method of constructing a wellhead area of an offshore oil platform using a module as claimed in claims 1 to 8, the method comprising the steps of:

integrally moving the building module of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform to the position above the design position of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform to complete land integrated building;

moving the building module of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform downwards and fixing the building module at the design position of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform to carry out offshore folding in place;

connecting the reserved pipeline end of the offshore oil platform wellhead area building module to the Christmas tree body and/or the offshore oil platform wellhead area.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of offshore oil platform construction, and particularly relates to a construction module for a wellhead area of an offshore oil platform and a construction method thereof.

Background

In a traditional offshore oil platform construction project, an offshore oil platform is constructed by constructing platform blocks on land and then assembling the platform blocks and constructing a wellhead area of the offshore oil platform or constructing the offshore oil platform completely, so that huge construction workload on the sea is caused, all specialties in the wellhead area are constructed on the sea, cross operation is serious, uncertain risk factors exist in offshore construction, project construction progress and project cost saving are not facilitated, the construction period is long, the cost is high, and the offshore oil platform is not beneficial to improvement of construction technical level and innovation of an offshore engineering company.

The traditional wellhead area construction method is that a wellhead area structure is broken into structural pieces, the scattered structural pieces are placed at design and specified positions and then combined into a large piece for positioning and welding, opening and construction progress of other professional operation surfaces of the wellhead area is severely limited under severe environment of offshore one-line operation and extremely resource-lacking construction conditions, offshore construction time is long, construction cost is high, a plurality of adverse factors exist, and the offshore oil platform is not beneficial to production and creation of effects.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a building module of a wellhead area of an offshore oil platform and a building method thereof, aiming at the technical problems of large offshore construction amount, large construction difficulty and high construction cost in the traditional construction of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform.

The invention provides an offshore oil platform wellhead area building module which comprises a maximized building module divided according to a design scheme of an offshore oil platform wellhead area structure, wherein the maximized building module is assembled on the land.

In one of the embodiments, the maximum building module is temporarily fixed on a temporary support.

In one embodiment, the height at which the maximized building module is temporarily fixed on the temporary support is greater than or equal to the designed installation height at which the maximized building module is installed at the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform.

In one embodiment, the maximum building module is provided with an adjusting and positioning member, and the adjusting and positioning member is used for adjusting and positioning the maximum building module at a preset position when the maximum building module is installed.

In one embodiment, the maximum build module comprises an integral part of a tree.

In one embodiment, the maximum building module is reserved with a slot for passing through the tree trunk of the tree.

The invention also provides a method for constructing a wellhead area of an offshore oil platform, which uses the offshore oil platform wellhead area construction module as claimed in the claim, and comprises the following steps:

integrally moving the building module of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform to the position above the design position of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform to complete land integrated building;

moving the building module of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform downwards and fixing the building module at the design position of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform to carry out offshore folding in place;

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. The invention considers the factors of severe offshore construction environment, limited offshore construction resources, limited offshore construction quality, low construction efficiency and the like, overcomes the technical bias that the construction quality of on-site construction and installation is higher in the traditional construction method through serious analysis and audit of the construction technical scheme of the wellhead area of the offshore oil platform, and advances the operations of structure construction, pipeline 5 installation and the like which are originally required to be completed at sea to the offshore oil platform for land construction before the offshore oil platform comes out, thereby realizing the land integrated construction of the wellhead area structure of the offshore oil platform.

The invention provides a wellhead area building module of an offshore oil platform, which comprises a maximization building module divided according to a design scheme of a wellhead area structure of the offshore oil platform, and the maximization building module is assembled on land.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of a module for constructing a wellhead area of an offshore oil platform according to the present invention includes a structural plate set, a structural column 4, a pipeline 5, a pipe support 6, and a valve set 7. When the offshore oil platform is assembled on land, the structural sheet group and the structural upright post 4 are assembled into an integrated structure, then the integrated structure after being combined is temporarily fixed on the temporary support piece 10, and then the pipelines 5, the pipe bracket 6 and the valve group 7 are installed according to the design scheme of the wellhead area structure of the offshore oil platform, so that the assembly of the maximum building module is completed.

In this embodiment, the structural sheet group of the maximum building module has the first structural sheet 1, the second structural sheet 2 and the third structural sheet 3, and the first structural sheet 1, the second structural sheet 2 and the third structural sheet 3 are fixed on the structural columns 4 to form an integrated main structure of the maximum building module, and then the integrated main structure is temporarily fixed on the temporary support, and then the pipeline 5 and the valve group 7 are connected according to the design scheme, and the pipeline 5 is fixed on each corresponding structural sheet by the pipe support 6, so that the pipeline 5 is kept fixed on the design position by the pipe support 6, and the building module is ensured to be integrally moved, and the design position where the pipeline 5 is kept when the offshore oil platform is installed, and further, the stability of the pipeline 5 when the offshore oil platform wellhead area is transported can also be ensured.
