Background

With the development of pipeline valves, wafer check valves have been widely used in pipeline systems. The wafer check valve mainly comprises a valve body, valve clacks, a rotating shaft, a fixed shaft, a torsion spring and other parts, and when the valve is used, a positive flow medium can push the two valve clacks to rotate and be folded together, so that the valve is in an open state; when the medium flows backwards, the two valve clacks can be unfolded to form a whole circle, the valve is closed at the moment, and the medium in the pipeline system is difficult to avoid impurities, so that the phenomenon that the impurities are adsorbed on the sealing surface of the valve seat can often occur in the opening and closing process of the wafer type check valve, the check valve is caused to leak, the sealing surface is damaged, and the service life of the check valve is greatly shortened.
