Background

The check valve is a valve which is used for preventing the media from flowing backwards by automatically opening and closing a valve clack depending on the flowing of the media. Depending on the structure, the check valves commonly used at present include a lift check valve, a swing check valve, and a butterfly check valve. The swing check valve comprises a valve body, a valve seat, a valve clack, a rocker and a fixed shaft, wherein the valve seat is arranged at the upstream fluid passage, and one end of the rocker is hinged on the fixed shaft while the other end is fixedly connected with the valve clack; under the condition that fluid in the valve body is static or flows backwards, the valve clack falls down under the impact of self gravity and the fluid, the valve clack covers the valve seat, and then the upstream fluid channel and the downstream fluid channel are cut off, and the fluid flows backwards. When fluid flows from the upstream fluid channel to the downstream fluid channel in the valve body, the valve clack is naturally opened under the impact of circulation, and the fluid flows smoothly. The prior art swing check valves have several problems in use:

1. in the process of rotating and closing the check valve clack around the pin shaft, the closing speed is easy to generate too high, so that the impact force of the valve clack sealing surface to the valve seat sealing surface is too large and the valve clack is easy to damage; meanwhile, when the check valve clack is closed quickly, water hammer is easy to generate, and the damage conditions such as damage to the valve are caused;

2. when the fluid of the swing check valve normally flows in the correct direction, the valve flap hovers above the fluid in a nearly horizontal attitude, and the reason why the valve flap can maintain the nearly horizontal attitude is the continuous impact force of the fluid against the front face of the valve flap.
