1. A flexible television, comprising:

a television body (1), the television body (1) having a planar state and a curved state;

the air bag (2) is connected to the rear side wall of the television body (1), and a deformation groove extending along the width direction of the air bag (2) is formed in one side, far away from the television body (1), of the air bag (2);

the inflation and deflation mechanism (3), the inflation and deflation mechanism (3) is connected with the air bag (2), and the inflation and deflation mechanism (3) is used for inflating the air bag (2) or extracting the gas in the air bag (2); wherein:

the television body (1) is configured to change from the planar state to the curved state when the inflation and deflation mechanism (3) inflates towards the air bag (2).

2. The bendable television according to claim 1, wherein the air bag (2) is plural, and plural air bags (2) are provided at intervals in a width direction of the television body (1).

3. The bendable television of claim 1, wherein the deformable groove is a plurality of grooves spaced along the length of the air bag (2).

4. The bendable television of claim 3, wherein the air bag (2) comprises:

the lower cover (21), the said lower cover (21) is bonded on the back sidewall of the said television body (1);

the upper cover (22) comprises a flat plate part (221) and a plurality of protrusions (222) connected to the flat plate part (221), the protrusions (222) are arranged at intervals, and the deformation groove is formed between every two adjacent protrusions (222).

8. The bendable television according to claim 7, wherein the air pressure detecting mechanism (4) comprises a plurality of air pressure detecting members, and the air pressure detecting members and the air bags (2) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence.

The bendable television according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising: the television set comprises a television body (1), side reinforcing strips (5), wherein the side reinforcing strips (5) are connected to the television body (1), and the side reinforcing strips (5) are located at two ends of an air bag (2).

10. The bendable television according to any one of claims 1-8, further comprising: middle part reinforcing bar (6), middle part reinforcing bar (6) are connected on TV body (1), middle part reinforcing bar (6) include:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of television equipment, in particular to a bendable television.

Background

With the increasing requirements of people on televisions, at present, a flat television cannot provide the best viewing angle for people but is suitable for being watched by multiple people, while a curved television is not suitable for being watched by multiple people but has the best central visual effect. The current television can not be compatible with a plane state and a curved surface state at the same time, and can not better meet the use requirements of people.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a bendable television which can be compatible with a plane state and a curved state and can better meet the use requirements of users.

In order to achieve the technical effects, the technical scheme of the bendable television is as follows:

the invention discloses a bendable television, comprising: a television body having a planar state and a curved state; the air bag is connected to the rear side wall of the television body, and a deformation groove extending along the width direction of the air bag is formed in one side of the air bag, which is far away from the television body; the inflation and deflation mechanism is connected with the air bag and is used for inflating the air bag or extracting gas in the air bag; wherein: the television body is configured to change from the planar state to the curved state when the inflation and deflation mechanism inflates towards the air bag.

In some embodiments, the air bag is provided in plurality, and the plurality of air bags are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the television body.

In some embodiments, the deformation groove is a plurality of deformation grooves, and the plurality of deformation grooves are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the air bag.

In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a bendable television, which includes a television body 1, an airbag 2, and an inflation and deflation mechanism 3, wherein the television body 1 has a planar state and a bent state, the airbag 2 is adhered to a rear side wall of the television body 1, a deformation groove extending along a width direction of the airbag 2 is disposed on a side of the airbag 2 away from the television body 1, the inflation and deflation mechanism 3 is connected to the airbag 2, and the inflation and deflation mechanism 3 is used for inflating the airbag 2 or extracting air in the airbag 2. The television body 1 is configured to change from a flat state to a curved state when the inflation and deflation mechanism 3 inflates toward the air bag 2.

It should be noted that the television body 1 of the present embodiment may be an OLED screen or an LED screen, and the type of the television body 1 may be selected according to actual needs, and the specific type of the television body 1 is not limited herein.

It can be understood that, when gasbag 2 is in the shrivelled state, television body 1 is in the planar state, many people of being convenient for watch simultaneously under this state, and when watching the number of people less, in order to promote user's visual experience, it aerifys to fill mechanism 3 to gasbag 2, because one side of gasbag 2 bonds on television body 1's rear side wall, one side that gasbag 2 is far away from television body 1's rear side wall has the deformation groove, it does not change at television body 1's rear side wall's one end to be stained with after 2 aerifys, one side inflation of keeping away from television body 1 makes whole gasbag 2 take place the bending, the bending of gasbag 2 also can drive television body 1's bending. That is to say, when the air bag 2 is inflated by the inflation and deflation mechanism 3, the television body 1 can be changed from the planar state to the curved state, and the television body 1 in the curved state has better visual effect.

According to the bendable television, the air bag 2 is arranged on the rear side of the television body 1, one side of the air bag 2 is connected to the television body 1, the deformation groove is formed in one side, away from the television body 1, of the air bag 2, when the air bag 2 is inflated, the corresponding part of the deformation groove expands to drive the whole air bag 2 to bend, so that the television body 1 bends, the television with the toy can be switched between a planar state and a curved state, and user requirements are met well.

In some embodiments, the airbag 2 is plural, and the plural airbags 2 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the television body 1. It can be understood that if the air bag 2 is one flatly laid at the rear side of the television body 1, the air bag is easy to be damaged and deforms slowly in the inflating process, so that the bending speed of the television body 1 is slow, and the switching of the state of the television body 1 by a user is not facilitated. In this embodiment, the airbags 2 are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the television body 1, so that the probability of damage to the airbags 2 is reduced, the use reliability of the bendable battery is improved, the airbags 2 are multiple, the width of each airbag 2 is relatively small, and the inflation deformation speed is high, so that the television body 1 can be switched from a planar state to a curved state at a high speed, and the user requirements are well met.

It should be additionally noted that, in the present embodiment, the number and arrangement of the airbags 2 may be determined according to the size and shape of the television body 1, and are not limited to the above description.

In some embodiments, the deformation groove is a plurality of deformation grooves, and the plurality of deformation grooves are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the airbag 2. It can be understood that the deformation grooves are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the air bag 2, so that the whole air bag 2 forms a relatively smooth arc shape after the air bag 2 is expanded, and the television body 1 forms a relatively smooth plane, thereby better meeting the visual requirements of users.

Here, the distribution of the deformed grooves may be uniformly spaced or non-uniformly spaced according to actual requirements, and may be partially uniformly spaced, partially non-uniformly spaced, or entirely non-uniformly spaced.

In some embodiments, the air bag 2 includes a lower cover 21 and an upper cover 22, the lower cover 21 is adhered to the rear sidewall of the tv body 1; the upper cover 22 includes a flat plate portion 221 and a plurality of protrusions 222 connected to the flat plate portion 221, the plurality of protrusions 222 are disposed at intervals, and a deformation groove is formed between two adjacent protrusions 222. It can be understood that the flat plate portion 221 of the upper cover 22 can better ensure the connection with the lower cover 21, thereby preventing the air bag 2 from being leaked due to the unstable connection between the upper cover 22 and the lower cover 21. The plurality of protrusions 222 on the upper cover 22 ensure that after the air bag 2 is inflated, two adjacent protrusions 222 collide in a direction away from each other, thereby ensuring stable bending of the air bag 2, and ensuring that the television body 1 can be switched from a flat state to a curved state.

Advantageously, in order to ensure the tightness of the airbag 2, the upper cover 22 and the lower cover 21 are bonded by using a sealant, so that the phenomenon that the airbag 2 leaks and fails in the using process is avoided.

In some specific embodiments, the protruding portion 222 includes a top plate 2221 and a plurality of side plates 2222, the top plate 2221 is spaced apart from the flat plate portion 221, the plurality of side plates 2222 are disposed around the top plate 2221 and connected to the flat plate portion 221, and the thickness of the top plate 2221 is greater than that of the side plates 2222. It can be understood that the smaller thickness of the side panels 2222 and the larger thickness of the top panel 2221 make the airbag 2 expand more easily along the length direction of the airbag 2 during the inflation process, so that the bending degree of the airbag 2 is larger, thereby ensuring that the curvature of the television body 1 is larger in the curved state, and better meeting the requirement of the user for the curved screen.

In some more specific embodiments, the side plates 2222 include two long plates 22221 arranged at intervals in the length direction of the flat plate portion 221 and two short plates 22222 arranged at intervals in the width direction of the flat plate portion 221, and opposite sides of each short plate 22222 have inclined plates 22223 arranged obliquely toward the long plates 22221. It can be understood that the presence of the inclined plate 22223 can reduce the compression between the adjacent two side plates 2222 after the inflation of the airbag 2 is completed, and the mutual influence between the adjacent two protruding portions 222 is better avoided. The inclination angle of the inclined plate 22223 may be selected according to actual needs.

In some embodiments, each airbag 2 is connected to the inflation and deflation mechanism 3 through a pipeline, the flexible television further comprises an air pressure detection mechanism 4, the air pressure detection mechanism 4 is connected to the pipeline, and the air pressure detection mechanism 4 is used for detecting the air pressure in the pipeline and/or the airbag 2.

It can be understood that different air pressure values in the air bag 2 and the pipeline correspond to different bending radians, and in the embodiment, the air inflation degree of the air bag 2 can be adjusted according to the detection result of the air pressure detection structure, so that the radian of the television body 1 is controlled, and the requirements of different users on the radian of the television body 1 are met. Meanwhile, when the air pressure of the air bag 2 and the pipeline is detected to be insufficient, the air charging and discharging mechanism 3 can timely supply air to ensure that the television body 1 is in a curved surface state.

In some specific embodiments, the air pressure detecting mechanism 4 includes a plurality of air pressure detecting members, and the air pressure detecting members and the air bags 2 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. Therefore, the air pressure detection pieces can measure the air pressure in the air bags 2, so that the air pressure in the air bags 2 is approximately equal, and the defects that the curved surface has convex hulls or grooves and the like when the television body 1 is in the curved surface state due to different air pressures in the air bags 2 are avoided.

In some embodiments, the bendable tv further comprises a side reinforcing bar 5, the side reinforcing bar 5 is connected to the tv body 1, and the side reinforcing bar 5 is located at both ends of the air bag 2. It can be understood that, when the curved surface state, the parts of the bendable television which are positioned at the two sides of the air bag 2 are basically not changed, and the side reinforcing strips 5 which are arranged at the two ends of the air bag 2 can play a role of improving the strength of the television body 1, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the television body 1 is easily deformed by external acting force.

In some embodiments, the bendable tv further includes a middle reinforcing strip 6, the middle reinforcing strip 6 is connected to the tv body 1, the middle reinforcing strip 6 includes a reinforcing member 61 and a connecting leg 62, the reinforcing member 61 extends along the width direction of the tv body 1, the airbag 2 is located between the reinforcing member 61 and the rear sidewall of the tv body 1, one end of the connecting leg 62 is connected to the reinforcing member 61, and the other end is connected to the rear sidewall of the tv body 1. It can be understood that the added middle reinforcing strip 6 can further improve the rigidity of the television body 1, and the phenomenon that the television body 1 is easily deformed by external acting force is avoided.
