1. A hammer assembly for an upright piano, characterized in that: comprises a hammer head and a hammer handle, wherein the hammer handle is connected with the hammer head;

Technical Field

The present application relates to pianos, and more particularly, to a hammer assembly for an upright piano and an upright piano.

Background

The timbre is used as an important index for evaluating the musical instrument, and has become an important basis for selecting and identifying the quality of the musical instrument. The piano sound is produced by striking strings with hammers to make strings vibrate, and transmitting vibration energy to a soundboard with a resonance effect through string codes, wherein the vibration of the soundboard generates density waves in air to produce the sound of the piano heard by people.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on this, an object of the present application is to provide a hammer assembly for an upright piano and an upright piano having advantages of stable center of gravity and firm installation.

In one aspect of the present application, there is provided a hammer assembly of an upright piano, including a hammer head and a hammer shank connected to the hammer head;

the hammer head comprises a hammer wood core and a hammer felt;

the hammer head felt is mounted on the head of the wooden core, and the head and the tail of the wooden core are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting part; a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the bottom surface of the connecting part, and a glue pouring groove with a wave-shaped cross section is formed in the bottom surface of the connecting part; the top surface and the bottom surface of the tail part of the wood core are respectively provided with an arc surface, and the two arc surfaces are respectively connected with the connecting part;

a hemispherical groove is formed at the end of the mounting hole, a hemispherical end part is formed at one end of the hammer handle, and the hemispherical end part is matched and adhered with the hemispherical groove;

and adhesive layers are respectively formed in the mounting holes and on the end faces of the mounting holes.

According to the hammer assembly of the upright piano, the hemispherical end part is matched and fastened with the hemispherical groove, and the glue filling groove is filled with enough glue, so that the hammer handle is connected with the connecting part more firmly; and the arc surface at the tail part of the wood core reduces the weight of the wood core and saves ineffective force during rebounding.

Furthermore, one end of the hemispherical end part of the hammer shank is provided with an external thread, and the total pitch of the external thread is smaller than the depth of the mounting hole.

Furthermore, the hammer handle is of a dumbbell-shaped structure with large cross sections at two ends and small cross section in the middle.

Detailed Description

In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "center," "longitudinal," "lateral," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like are used in the orientation or positional relationship indicated in the drawings for convenience in describing the present application and for simplicity in description, and are not intended to indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated in a particular manner, and are not to be considered limiting of the present application. In the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the hammer assembly of an upright piano of the present application includes a hammer head 10 and a hammer shank 20, the hammer shank 20 being connected to the hammer head 10;

the hammer head 10 includes a hammer core 11 and a hammer felt 12;

the hammer core 11 includes a core head 111, a connecting portion 112, and a core tail 113, the hammer felt 12 is mounted on the core head 111, and the core head 111 and the core tail 113 are respectively provided at both ends of the connecting portion 112; a mounting hole 40 is formed in the middle of the bottom surface of the connecting part 112, and a glue pouring groove 30 with a wave-shaped cross section is formed in the bottom surface of the connecting part; the top surface and the bottom surface of the wood core tail part 113 are respectively provided with an arc surface, and the two arc surfaces are respectively connected with the connecting part 112;

a hemispherical groove 41 is formed at the end of the mounting hole 40, a hemispherical end 21 is formed at one end of the hammer shank 20, and the hemispherical end 21 is matched and bonded with the hemispherical groove 41;

and adhesive layers are respectively formed in the mounting holes 40 and on the end faces of the mounting holes 40.

The hemispherical groove 41 is matched with the hemispherical end part 21 to increase the contact area and ensure the firmness in gluing.

Further, the setting of the core tail 113 is to adjust the position of the center of gravity in order to increase the weight of the tail, so that the acting force is not too large when the hammer felt 12 is struck and rebounded; and the top surface and the bottom surface of the wood core tail 113 are respectively arc-shaped surfaces, and in the prior art, the wood core tail 113 is a cuboid, so that compared with the prior art, the weight of the wood core tail 113 of the present application is lighter, so that the force acting on the hammer shank 20 is smaller, the hammer felt 12 can be pulled, and then the string can be easily struck.

In some preferred embodiments, the axis M of the core head 111 is at an angle of less than 90 degrees relative to the axis N of the shank 20, so that the shank 20 is inclined relative to the shank 11, and in combination with the shank tail 113, cooperate to maintain the position of the center of gravity of the hammer assembly, while also saving effort and material.

In some preferred embodiments, the hemispherical end 21 of the hammer shank 20 is formed with external threads 22 at one end, the overall pitch of the threads being less than the depth of the mounting hole 40. The external thread 22 is arranged, so that a certain amount of glue is filled in the external thread 22, the glue amount of the connection between the glue and the connecting part 112 is increased, and the connection between the hammer shank 20 and the mounting hole 40 is more fastened. Further, the outer diameter of the end of the hammer shank 20 is equal to the inner diameter of the mounting hole 40, so that the hammer shank 20 is mounted and fastened to the mounting hole 40. The external thread 22 is arranged, so that the hammer shank 20 can be conveniently placed into the mounting hole 40, and the connection is convenient and easy to realize while the mounting and fastening are ensured.

In some preferred embodiments, the hammer shank 20 is a dumbbell-shaped structure with large cross-sections at both ends and a small cross-section at the middle. The dumbbell-shaped hammer shank 20 can be reduced in overall weight. The provision of the external thread 22 on the hammer shank 20 and the provision of the caulking groove 30 makes more glue solution filled than in the prior art, and the provision of the semispherical groove 41 and the semispherical end portion 21 makes more glue solution more, and therefore, the joint of the hammer shank 20 and the mounting hole 40 forms a large amount of glue solution, thereby increasing the weight of the joint. In some preferred embodiments, the core head 111, the connecting portion 112, and the core tail 113 are integrally formed.

In some preferred embodiments, the glue pouring grooves 30 are transversely arranged, and a plurality of the glue pouring grooves 30 are arranged in parallel on the bottom surface of the connecting portion 112. The plurality of glue pouring grooves 30 are arranged in parallel, so that the joint of the glue pouring groove 30 and the mounting hole 40 can be filled with more glue in the glue pouring groove 30, and the mounting and fastening of the hammer handle 20 and the mounting hole 40 are ensured.

providing a hammer assembly of an upright piano as described in any one of the above aspects;

filling glue solution into the mounting hole 40;

the hammer shank 20 is fitted into the mounting hole 40 at its end provided with the hemispherical end portion 21.

In some further examples, the hemispherical end 21 is pressed as far as possible against the hemispherical end face.

Further, after the hammer shank 20 is fitted into the fitting hole 40, a ring of glue is applied to the end face of the fitting hole 40, so that the glue is applied into the glue pouring groove 30.

Further, after the glue solution is coated, standing and waiting for air drying.

The above steps are completed, and the hammer assembly is then mounted in the piano.

The hammer assembly of the present exemplary upright piano, when lightening the weight, saves the material, saves labor, increases the connection strength and the fastening of the hammer handle 20 and the hammer core 11, and simultaneously ensures that the gravity center of the hammer assembly does not shift and is not laborious.
