Technical Field
The present application relates to pianos, and more particularly, to a hammer assembly for an upright piano and an upright piano.
Background
The timbre is used as an important index for evaluating the musical instrument, and has become an important basis for selecting and identifying the quality of the musical instrument. The piano sound is produced by striking strings with hammers to make strings vibrate, and transmitting vibration energy to a soundboard with a resonance effect through string codes, wherein the vibration of the soundboard generates density waves in air to produce the sound of the piano heard by people.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, an object of the present application is to provide a hammer assembly for an upright piano and an upright piano having advantages of stable center of gravity and firm installation.
In one aspect of the present application, there is provided a hammer assembly of an upright piano, including a hammer head and a hammer shank connected to the hammer head;
the hammer head comprises a hammer wood core and a hammer felt;
the hammer head felt is mounted on the head of the wooden core, and the head and the tail of the wooden core are respectively arranged at two ends of the connecting part; a mounting hole is formed in the middle of the bottom surface of the connecting part, and a glue pouring groove with a wave-shaped cross section is formed in the bottom surface of the connecting part; the top surface and the bottom surface of the tail part of the wood core are respectively provided with an arc surface, and the two arc surfaces are respectively connected with the connecting part;
a hemispherical groove is formed at the end of the mounting hole, a hemispherical end part is formed at one end of the hammer handle, and the hemispherical end part is matched and adhered with the hemispherical groove;
and adhesive layers are respectively formed in the mounting holes and on the end faces of the mounting holes.
According to the hammer assembly of the upright piano, the hemispherical end part is matched and fastened with the hemispherical groove, and the glue filling groove is filled with enough glue, so that the hammer handle is connected with the connecting part more firmly; and the arc surface at the tail part of the wood core reduces the weight of the wood core and saves ineffective force during rebounding.
Furthermore, one end of the hemispherical end part of the hammer shank is provided with an external thread, and the total pitch of the external thread is smaller than the depth of the mounting hole.
Furthermore, the hammer handle is of a dumbbell-shaped structure with large cross sections at two ends and small cross section in the middle.
Further, the included angle of the axis of the wood core head relative to the axis of the hammer shank is smaller than 90 degrees.
Further, the hammer felt comprises a hammer core felt and a hammer white felt, the hammer white felt is sleeved on the hammer core felt, and the hammer core felt is installed at the head of the wood core.
Further, a plurality of layers of the hammer white felt are included, and the plurality of layers of the hammer white felt are successively sleeved.
Further, the sectional area of the wood core head is smaller than that of the connecting part.
Further, the wood core head, the connecting part and the wood core tail are integrally formed.
Furthermore, the glue pouring grooves are transversely arranged and are arranged in parallel at the bottom surfaces of the connecting parts.
On the other hand of this application, provide an upright piano, include piano body and above-mentioned arbitrary scheme upright piano's hammer subassembly, it is a plurality of upright piano's hammer subassembly is installed respectively in the piano body.
For a better understanding and practice, the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
