1. A diagnostic operation method of an elevator, wherein the diagnostic operation method of the elevator comprises:

a power switch on determination step of determining whether or not a power switch of the elevator is turned on;

an unexecuted diagnostic item determination step of determining whether or not an unexecuted diagnostic item, which is the unexecuted diagnostic item, exists among a plurality of diagnostic items included in the diagnostic operation of the elevator, when it is determined in the power switch on determination step that the power switch is turned on; and

and a diagnosis item implementation step of implementing the non-implemented diagnosis item by the elevator when it is determined in the non-implemented diagnosis item determination step that the non-implemented diagnosis item exists.

2. The diagnostic operation method of an elevator according to claim 1,

the diagnostic item implementation process includes:

a power outage automatic floor-stopping device diagnosis determination step of determining whether or not the unexecuted diagnosis item to be executed is a diagnosis of the power outage automatic floor-stopping device; and

and a diagnosis operation mode selection step of selecting the diagnosis operation mode to be executed from a plurality of diagnosis operation modes of diagnosis of the automatic floor-stopping device at the time of power outage, based on a previous operation time that is a time when the power switch was last turned on, when it is determined in the automatic floor-stopping device at the time of power outage diagnosis determination step that the unexecuted diagnosis item to be executed is diagnosis of the automatic floor-stopping device at the time of power outage.

3. The diagnostic operation method of an elevator according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the diagnostic operation method of an elevator further comprises:

a power switch off determination step of determining whether or not the power switch is off; and

a diagnosis midway result notification step of notifying, when it is determined in the power switch off determination step that the power switch is turned off, a diagnosis result corresponding to the diagnosis item that has been implemented among the plurality of diagnosis items to an external device.

4. The diagnostic operation method of an elevator according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:

a diagnosis item all-implementation determination step of determining whether or not all of the plurality of diagnosis items have been implemented; and

and a diagnosis completion result notification step of notifying an external device of a diagnosis result corresponding to all of the plurality of diagnosis items when it is determined that all of the plurality of diagnosis items have been performed in the all-diagnosis-item-execution determination step.

5. The diagnostic operation method of an elevator according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:

a diagnosis item all-implementation determination step of determining whether or not all of the plurality of diagnosis items have been implemented;

an in-car operation panel special operation determination step of determining whether or not the in-car operation panel has been subjected to a special operation when it is determined that all of the plurality of diagnostic items have been performed in the all-diagnostic-item execution determination step; and

an in-car notification step of notifying, when it is determined in the in-car operation panel special operation determination step that the in-car operation panel is operated in a special manner, that all of the plurality of diagnostic items have been performed.

6. The diagnostic operation method of an elevator according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:

a period elapsed determination step of determining whether or not a predetermined period has elapsed since a first diagnostic item, which is the first diagnostic item, among the plurality of diagnostic items was performed; and

and a diagnosis item resetting step of resetting the diagnosis item that is a performed diagnosis item that is the already performed diagnosis item to the non-performed diagnosis item when it is determined in the period elapse determining step that a predetermined period has elapsed since the first diagnosis item was performed.

7. An elevator diagnosis operation system, comprising:

a power switch on determination device which determines whether a power switch of the elevator is turned on;

an unexecuted diagnostic item determination device that determines whether or not an unexecuted diagnostic item, which is the unexecuted diagnostic item, exists among a plurality of diagnostic items included in the diagnostic operation of the elevator, when the power switch on determination device determines that the power switch is turned on; and

and a diagnosis operation control device which causes the elevator to execute the non-implemented diagnosis item when the non-implemented diagnosis item determination device determines that the non-implemented diagnosis item exists.

8. The diagnostic operation system for an elevator according to claim 7, further comprising:

a power outage automatic floor-stopping device diagnosis determination device that determines whether or not the unexecuted diagnosis item to be executed is a diagnosis of the power outage automatic floor-stopping device; and

and a diagnosis operation mode selection device that selects the diagnosis operation mode to be executed from a plurality of diagnosis operation modes of diagnosis of the automatic floor-stopping device at the time of power outage, based on a previous operation time that is a time when the power switch was last turned on, when the automatic floor-stopping device at the time of power outage diagnosis determination device determines that the unexecuted diagnosis item to be executed is diagnosis of the automatic floor-stopping device at the time of power outage.

9. The diagnostic operation system for an elevator according to claim 7 or 8, further comprising:

power switch off determination means that determines whether or not the power switch has been turned off; and

and a diagnosis midway result notifying means that notifies an external device of a diagnosis result corresponding to the diagnosis item that has been performed among the plurality of diagnosis items when the power switch off determination means determines that the power switch is turned off.

10. The diagnostic operation system of an elevator according to any one of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:

a diagnosis item all implementation determination device that determines whether or not all of the plurality of diagnosis items have been implemented; and

and a diagnosis completion result notification device that notifies an external device of a diagnosis result corresponding to all of the plurality of diagnosis items when the diagnosis item all implementation determination device determines that all of the plurality of diagnosis items have been implemented.

11. The diagnostic operation system of an elevator according to any one of claims 7 to 10, further comprising:

a diagnosis item all implementation determination device that determines whether or not all of the plurality of diagnosis items have been implemented;

an in-car operation panel special operation determination device that determines whether or not the in-car operation panel has been specially operated when the diagnosis item all-implementation determination device determines that all of the plurality of diagnosis items have been implemented; and

and an in-car notification device that notifies that all of the plurality of diagnostic items have been performed when the in-car operation panel special operation determination device determines that the in-car operation panel has been specially operated.

12. The diagnostic operation system of an elevator according to any one of claims 7 to 11, further comprising:

a period elapsed determination device that determines whether or not a predetermined period has elapsed since a first diagnostic item, which is a first diagnostic item, among the plurality of diagnostic items was performed; and

and a diagnosis item resetting device which sets a diagnosis item that has been already executed, that is, a diagnosis item that has been already executed, as the diagnosis item that has not been executed, when the period elapsed determination device determines that a predetermined period has elapsed since the first diagnosis item was executed.

The present invention relates to an elevator diagnostic operation method and an elevator diagnostic operation system for performing an elevator diagnostic operation.

Background

Conventionally, there is known a diagnostic operation method for an elevator, which performs a diagnostic operation of the elevator when a power switch of the elevator is turned on. (see, for example, patent document 1).

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, there are cases where the power switch of the elevator is turned off before the diagnostic operation of the elevator is completed. When the power switch of the elevator is turned off before the diagnosis operation of the elevator is completed and then the power switch of the elevator is turned on again, the diagnosis operation of the elevator is performed from the diagnosis items prioritized in the front among the plurality of diagnosis items. Thus, there is a possibility that the diagnosis items prioritized to the rear are not implemented. As a result, there is a problem that the diagnosis operation of the elevator may not be completed.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide an elevator diagnostic operation method and an elevator diagnostic operation system capable of more reliably completing an elevator diagnostic operation.

Means for solving the problems

The diagnostic operation method for an elevator of the present invention comprises: a power switch on determination step of determining whether or not a power switch of the elevator is turned on; an unexecuted diagnosis item determination step of determining whether or not an unexecuted diagnosis item, which is an unexecuted diagnosis item, exists among a plurality of diagnosis items included in the diagnosis operation of the elevator when it is determined that the power switch is turned on in the power switch turn-on determination step; and a diagnosis item implementation step of implementing the non-implemented diagnosis item when the non-implemented diagnosis item determination step determines that the non-implemented diagnosis item exists.

Effects of the invention

According to the diagnostic operation method of the elevator of the present invention, whether the power switch of the elevator is turned on is determined. When it is determined that the power switch is turned on, it is determined whether or not there is an unexecuted diagnosis item. And if the elevator is judged to have the non-implemented diagnosis items, the elevator implements the non-implemented diagnosis items. This enables the diagnostic operation of the elevator to be completed more reliably.
