A method of communication, comprising:

receiving a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection reconfiguration message sent by a network device, wherein the RRC connection reconfiguration message comprises: the network equipment configures one or more auxiliary cells for the terminal, and is used for indicating the information for activating the one or more auxiliary cells and the starting time of the terminal for reporting the Channel State Information (CSI);

and reporting the CSI of the one or more secondary cells at the starting moment.

The method of claim 1, wherein the CSI comprises at least one of:

channel quality indication CQI, feedback precoding matrix indication PMI, rank indication RI, precoding type indication PTI.

The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein reporting the CSI for the one or more secondary cells at the start time comprises:

adopting a first period to report the CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells periodically;

receiving notification information sent by the network equipment, and periodically reporting CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells by adopting a second period based on the notification information;

wherein the first period is less than the second period.

The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein reporting the CSI for the one or more secondary cells at the start time comprises:

starting a timer at the starting time, and periodically reporting the channel state information CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells by adopting a first period;

after the timer is overtime, adopting a second period to report the CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells periodically;

wherein the first period is less than the second period.

A method of communication, comprising:

receiving activation information sent by network equipment, wherein the activation information is used for indicating one or more secondary cells configured for a terminal by the network equipment to be activated;

starting a timer based on the activation information, and periodically reporting the channel state information CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells by adopting a first period;

and after the timer is overtime, periodically reporting the CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells by adopting a second period, wherein the first period is smaller than the second period.

The method of claim 5, wherein the channel state information, CSI, comprises at least one of:

channel quality indication CQI, feedback precoding matrix indication PMI, rank indication RI, precoding type indication PTI.

A method of communication, comprising:

receiving an activation command sent by network equipment, wherein the activation command comprises n first bits and one second bit, and determining the state of a secondary cell according to the activation command;

wherein:

the state of one of the secondary cells is indicated by one of the first bits, when the value of the second bit is a first value, the first bit is used for indicating that the state of the secondary cell corresponding to the first bit is an activated state or a deactivated state, and when the value of the second bit is a second value, the first bit is used for indicating whether the state of the secondary cell corresponding to the first bit is a fast activated state; or the like, or, alternatively,

the state of one of the secondary cells is indicated by one of the first bits, when the value of the second bit is a first value, the first bit is used for indicating that the state of the secondary cell corresponding to the first bit is an activated state or a deactivated state, and when the value of the second bit is a second value, the first bit is used for indicating that the state of the secondary cell corresponding to the first bit is an activated state or a fast activated state; or the like, or, alternatively,

when the value of the second bit is a first value, the state of one of the secondary cells is indicated by one of the first bits, the first bit is used to indicate that the state of the corresponding secondary cell is an activated state or a deactivated state, when the value of the second bit is a second value, the state of one of the secondary cells is indicated by 2 of the first bits, and the 2 of the first bits are used to indicate that the state of the corresponding secondary cell is an activated state, a deactivated state, or a fast activated state.

A method of communication, comprising:

receiving activation information sent by network equipment, wherein the activation information is used for indicating one or more secondary cells configured for a terminal by the network equipment to be activated;

based on the activation information, adopting a first period to periodically report the Channel State Information (CSI) of the one or more auxiliary cells;

receiving notification information sent by the network equipment, and periodically reporting CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells by adopting a second period based on the notification information;

wherein the first period is less than the second period.

The method of claim 8, wherein the notification information comprises: a radio resource control RRC message, or a medium access layer control element MAC CE, or a physical layer pilot signal.

The method according to claim 8 or 9, wherein the channel state information, CSI, comprises at least one of:

channel quality indication CQI, feedback precoding matrix indication PMI, rank indication RI, precoding type indication PTI.

A method of communication, comprising:

sending a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection reconfiguration message to a terminal, wherein the RRC connection reconfiguration message comprises: the network equipment configures one or more auxiliary cells for the terminal, and is used for indicating the information for activating the one or more auxiliary cells and the starting time of the terminal for reporting the Channel State Information (CSI);

and receiving the CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells reported by the terminal based on the starting time.

The method of claim 11, wherein the CSI comprises at least one of:

channel quality indication CQI, feedback precoding matrix indication PMI, rank indication RI, precoding type indication PTI.

The method of claim 11 or 12,

the receiving the CSI of the one or more secondary cells reported by the terminal includes: receiving, from the terminal, a periodic reporting of the CSI of the one or more secondary cells with a first period;

the method further comprises the following steps:

sending notification information to the terminal, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the terminal to periodically report the CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells by adopting a second period;

wherein the first period is less than the second period.

The method of claim 13, wherein the notification information comprises: a radio resource control RRC message, or a medium access layer control element MAC CE, or a physical layer pilot signal.

A method of communication, comprising:

sending an activation command to a terminal, wherein the activation command comprises n first bits and one second bit;

wherein:

the state of one of the secondary cells is indicated by one of the first bits, when the value of the second bit is a first value, the first bit is used for indicating that the state of the secondary cell corresponding to the first bit is an activated state or a deactivated state, and when the value of the second bit is a second value, the first bit is used for indicating whether the state of the secondary cell corresponding to the first bit is a fast activated state; or the like, or, alternatively,

A method of communication, comprising:

sending activation information to a terminal, wherein the activation information is used for indicating the terminal to activate one or more secondary cells;

receiving, from the terminal, a periodic reporting of the CSI of the one or more secondary cells with a first period;

sending notification information to the terminal, wherein the notification information is used for notifying the terminal to periodically report the CSI of the one or more auxiliary cells by adopting a second period;

wherein the first period is less than the second period.

The method of claim 16, wherein the notification information comprises: a radio resource control RRC message, or a medium access layer control element MAC CE, or a physical layer pilot signal.

The method according to claim 16 or 17, wherein the channel state information, CSI, comprises at least one of:

channel quality indication CQI, feedback precoding matrix indication PMI, rank indication RI, precoding type indication PTI.

A communications apparatus, comprising:

a processor, coupled to the memory, for invoking a program in the memory and executing the program to implement the method of any one of claims 1-18.

The apparatus of claim 19, further comprising:

the memory stores the program.

A computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable instructions stored thereon which, when read and executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1-18.

A computer program product, which, when read and executed by a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 18.
