Background

The shallow round bin, the vertical silo, the brick round bin, the steel plate bin and the like are bin types commonly applied in grain industries in the world at present, have high mechanization and automation degrees, can automatically flow all or part of bulk grains out of the bin, and are commonly used in large-scale ports, grain processing factories, logistics industries, grain storage and the like. The method has the main characteristics of small occupied area and great advantage for areas with scarce land capital. But as the storehouse type of grain storage, also have its fatal weakness, it is the grain layer extremely high, from 20 meters to 50 meters all have the silo of different height. The grain layer is very high, the stretching surface of the silo to the air is large, the sun radiation heat is strong, the danger difference of the upper layer can reach about 10 meters, the southern area of China is deeper, the grain is easy to heat after being heated, once the deep heating phenomenon of the grain occurs, if the ventilation and cooling treatment is not good, the silo is finally turned over to be the final end, and huge loss is brought to enterprises and society.

The conventional portable ventilation and cooling equipment for the granary mainly comprises a metal ventilation pipe, a handheld pipe pressing machine, a ventilation fan, a distribution box and the like. The metal ventilation pipe is pressed into the grain pile by about 1 m per section through a handheld pipe pressing machine, the ventilation pipe is pressed into the grain pile by about 5-6 m deep in a butt joint mode, and then the deep part of the grain pile is cooled through a ventilation fan. Problems with such devices: the handheld pipe pressing machine is propelled in a grain stack in a powerful spiral mode, and a spiral drill bit at the front part can damage grains. In addition, the ventilation pipe of the equipment is deepest and can only reach 5-6 meters deep part of the grain pile, and the ventilation and cooling effects can not be realized at the lower part of the grain pile with the grain layer height of about 20 meters.

The existing grain sampling equipment such as a sampling sampler is difficult to sample for grain piles with the depth of more than 4 meters, and particularly, sampling cannot be carried out on deep grain piles with the depth of about 20 meters.

The existing deep-layer pesticide applying device for the grain pile is deepest and can only extend into the grain pile for about 2-3 meters, the pesticide application is difficult for the grain pile with the depth of more than 4 meters, and particularly, the pesticide application is not available for the deep-layer grain pile with the depth of about 20 meters.

At present, no portable grain pile deep temperature and humidity detection equipment exists in China.

China is a large country for grain production and a large country for grain consumption, has great significance for making and storing grains, and is safe and socially stable in relation to China. At present, no portable equipment can complete the functions of deep sampling, deep aeration cooling, deep temperature and humidity measurement and deep pesticide application of grain piles. Based on the above problems, it is desirable to provide a portable multifunctional processing device with integrated functions.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses integrated drilling rod equipment for treating grain layers of a granary. The multifunctional grain pushing machine aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the function of equipment is single, the depth of the equipment extending into grains is not enough, and the powerful screw device is pushed to destroy the grains.

the temperature and humidity measuring drill rod comprises a third sleeve, a plurality of air holes are formed in the pipe wall of the third sleeve, a temperature and humidity detector is fixed in the pipe wall, and the head end and the tail end of the third sleeve are closed;

the ventilation drill rod comprises a sleeve IV, ventilation holes are formed in the wall of the sleeve IV, the ventilation holes are uniformly distributed on the wall of the sleeve IV, the head end of the sleeve IV is closed, the tail end of the sleeve IV is opened, and an air inlet pipe of a blower is connected with the four tail ends of the sleeve to supply air;

the pesticide application drill rod comprises a fifth sleeve, pesticide spraying holes are formed in the wall of the fifth sleeve, the five sleeve walls are uniformly distributed with the pesticide spraying holes, the head end and the tail end of the fifth sleeve are closed, solid pesticide is added into the five sleeve, or the tail end of the fifth sleeve is provided with an opening and connected with a pesticide application pump, and the pesticide application pump delivers high-pressure pesticide to spray mist pesticide from the pesticide spraying holes;

the first sleeve, the second sleeve, the third sleeve and the fourth sleeve are hollow sleeves.

The drill bit drilling rod further comprises a motor, the tail end of the drill bit is provided with a shaft head of an integrated structure, the shaft head is connected with an output shaft of the motor through a coupler, the motor is fixed to the inner wall of the first sleeve, the head end of the first sleeve is provided with a shaft hole, the shaft head extends into the shaft hole in the first sleeve, and the shaft head is connected with the shaft hole in a rotating mode and provided with a sealing ring.

The motor is a direct current brushless motor, a stepping motor or a servo motor.

The drill bit and the slipknot drill rod are made of metal materials, and the rear part of the drill bit is welded with the first sleeve; and air holes are arranged in the drill rod of the drill bit, and a temperature and humidity detector is fixed in the pipe wall.

The drill rod equipment is provided with a drill rod rack support, a vertical guide cylinder is arranged on the rack, the drill rod is sleeved in the guide cylinder, the drill rod is vertically arranged, a drill point is downwards pricked on a grain layer, and the tail end of the drill rod is upwards; metal hanging rings are fixed at two ends of the slipknot drill rod, and a traction rope is connected to the metal hanging ring on the slipknot drill rod at the last section; a fixed pulley block is fixed on the side face of the rack, and the traction rope applies downward traction force to the drill rod through the fixed pulley block, so that the drill rod is drilled into the deep part of a grain layer in the granary along the guide cylinder for treatment; the fixed pulley block at least comprises two fixed pulleys arranged in a high position and a low position, the traction rope is wound around the fixed pulley at the low position from the bottom and then is connected with a rope wheel of rope winding equipment after being wound around the fixed pulley at the high position from the upper part, the rope winding equipment is an electric winch, an electric winch or an electric hoist, and the fixed pulley at the low position (8) is at least not higher than the top of the grain layer.

After the drill rod is drilled into the grain layer, a lifting traction rope is connected to the metal lifting ring of the slipknot drill rod at the last section; a third fixed pulley is fixed at the uppermost end higher than the guide cylinder, and the lifting traction rope applies upward traction force to the drill rod through the third fixed pulley, so that the drill rod is pulled out from the deep position of a grain layer in the granary and ascends along the guide cylinder; the lifting traction rope is connected with a rope wheel of rope rolling equipment after bypassing the top of the fixed pulley, and the rope rolling equipment is an electric winch, an electric winch or an electric hoist.

The drill rod guide device is characterized in that a vertical traction rope guide slide way is arranged on one side of the guide cylinder, the guide slide way is a vertical notch in the sleeve, two ends of the notch are arc flanging edges, the guide sleeve corresponds to the cylindrical sleeve of the drill rod, and a plurality of hollow windows are arranged on two side faces of the guide sleeve.

The length of the slip knot drill rod is between 0.5 and 2 meters; the outer diameter is between 30mm and 150mm, and the plurality of the slip joint drill rods which are connected with each other are combined by a plurality of slip joint drill rods with the same structure and slip joint drill rods with different structures.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

The multifunctional combined drill rod has the advantages of comprehensive and random combination of equipment functions, capability of meeting the depth requirement of a high-rise grain layer, no damage to grains due to the propulsion of the smooth conical drill bit, small advancing resistance, multifunction and multiple purposes of one machine, one machine for processing in place by one step, high working efficiency, low cost and convenience in carrying of the split drill rod.

After the drill pipe 2 is drilled into the grain layer, a lifting traction rope 71 is connected to the metal lifting ring of the slipknot drill pipe at the tail end; a fixed pulley III 11 is fixed at the uppermost end higher than the guide cylinder, and the lifting traction rope 71 applies upward traction force to the drill rod 2 through the fixed pulley III, so that the drill rod 2 is pulled out from the deep part of the grain layer in the granary and moves upwards along the guide cylinder; the lifting traction rope 71 rounds the top of the fixed pulley and is connected with a rope wheel of a rope winding device, and the rope winding device is an electric winch, an electric winch or an electric hoist.

Referring to fig. 4, a vertical hauling rope guide slideway 51 is arranged on one side of the guide cylinder, the guide slideway is a vertical gap on the sleeve, arc flanges 52 are arranged at two ends of the gap, the guide sleeve is a cylindrical sleeve corresponding to the drill rod 2, and a plurality of hollowed-out windows 53 are arranged on two side faces.

The connection between the head and the tail of the slip joint drill rod can adopt threaded connection, bayonet quick connection or sleeve fixing pin connection.

The sleeve fixing pin is connected to form a plurality of sleeve pipe hoops 12, the head ends and the tail ends of two adjacent slipknot drill rods are sleeved on the two sides of each sleeve pipe hoop, threaded holes are formed in the head ends and the tail ends of the slipknot drill rods corresponding to the radial pin holes in the sleeve pipe hoops, and a plurality of pins 121 penetrate through the pin holes in the sleeve pipe hoops and are in threaded connection with the threaded holes of the slipknot drill rods.

The length of the slip knot drill rod is between 0.5 and 2 meters; the outer diameter is between 30mm and 150 mm.

The invention is further explained as follows:

the device mainly comprises the following main parts:

1. drill bit and drill rod parts:

the drill bit shank portion includes two forms:

1) the drill bit drill rod is provided with a direct current brushless motor, the shape of the drill bit is conical, and the direct current motor is placed in a metal sleeve behind the drill bit; the DC motor includes: a carbon-brush-free motor, a stepping motor and a servo motor.

2) The drill bit drill rod is not provided with a motor, the metal conical drill bit is welded at the rear part of the metal drill bit drill rod, and the metal sleeve is welded at the rear part of the metal conical drill bit drill rod.

2. The temperature and humidity measuring drill rod comprises:

the inside is provided with a metal sleeve of a temperature and humidity detector. The wall of the metal sleeve is provided with a large number of small air holes for ventilation.

3. Sampling a drill rod:

the exterior of the sampler is provided with a metal sleeve, and the two sides of the sampler are closed at the positions close to the pipe orifice. The middle part of the metal sleeve is provided with a mechanical switch part which can be opened by external force. The grain sampler can be combined and connected to sample at different depths of the grain pile.

4. Applying the pesticide to the drill rod:

the exterior of the applicator is a metal sleeve, and the bottom of the applicator is sealed close to the pipe orifice. The wall of the metal sleeve is provided with a large number of small ventilation holes. The solid medicament can be added into the applicator, and the solid medicament can also be introduced into the applicator in a spraying mode.

5. Ventilating the drill rod:

the outside is a metal sleeve, and the bottom is sealed at the position close to the pipe orifice. The wall of the metal sleeve is provided with a large number of small ventilation holes for ventilation and temperature reduction.

6. Metal casing pipe:

the two ends of the metal sleeve are provided with fixed metal rings. Length of the metal sleeve: between 0.5 m and 2 m. The metal sleeves can be connected in a threaded connection mode, a bayonet quick connection mode, a sleeve fixing pin connection mode and the like. Outer diameter of the above metal sleeve: 30 mm-150 mm. The metal sleeve comprises the following materials: stainless steel, high strength aluminum alloy, ferrous products, and the like.

7. Pressing and lifting the drill rod equipment device:

the power for pressing downwards and lifting upwards is provided by mechanical equipment such as an electric winch, an electric winch and an electric hoist. The electric winch can select 380V or 220V high-voltage alternating current motors, and can also select 12V or 24V low-voltage direct current motors. 9. The control system comprises:

comprises a front drill brushless motor control system; a temperature and hygrometer control and display system; a blower control system; an electric capstan (electric hoist ) control system; these control systems are selected from conventional control systems and controlled by a central controller.

10. Power supply:

and one group of distribution boxes.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the drill rod rack 4 can use the existing granary frame as the rack, or can be independently provided with the drill rod rack to be connected with the granary frame, after the guide cylinder 5 is fixed on the drill rod rack, the slipknot drill rods are connected in sections to form the drill rod 2, and are connected and combined as required, as shown in figure 3, the drill rod 21 is formed by connecting the drill bit drill rod 21, the sampling drill rod 22 and the ventilation drill rod 24, the drill bit drill rod 21 is not provided with a motor, but the first sleeve is internally provided with a temperature and humidity detector 232 and a ventilation hole 233.

When the device works, a drill point pricks a grain layer, the electric winch 10 is started, the traction rope downwards pulls the drill rod 2 to descend until the drill rod is completely pricked into the planned depth of the grain layer, temperature and humidity detection is firstly carried out through a temperature and humidity meter control and display system, and then an air blower control system is started to convey fresh air for ventilation and cooling.

After the work is finished, the lifting electric winch or the electric hoist is started, the traction rope upwards drags the drill rod 2 to be pulled out from the grain layer for reset, and the worker samples from the sampling drill rod 22. One drilling rod device in one process finishes three works of temperature and humidity detection, sampling and ventilation cooling, is simple and quick, can be additionally provided with a drilling rod slipknot according to needs, increases functions or increases the length of the drilling rod, and finishes grain layer treatment operation with more functions.
