The present invention relates to a smoking jig in which an atomizer (atomiz er) of an electronic cigarette is attached to a smoking jig (jig) capable of heating tobacco leaves by a heater to thereby enable a smoker to simultaneously inhale nicotine and cigarette flavor generated by heating the tobacco leaves and vapor (smoke) generated by the atomizer from a filter of a cigarette with a heated cigarette filter inserted into the jig or from a mouthpiece attached to a tobacco leaf insertion tube into which the tobacco leaves are inserted. The nebulizer for an electronic cigarette is a nebulizer that generates vapor (smoke) by putting a liquid containing glycerin, propylene glycol, or the like as a main component and heating the liquid by a heater provided in the nebulizer. It is apparent that the heater 131 can be supplied with power by connecting the wires to the right side of the pins C58 and D59. However, the heater 131 used in the present invention is formed by printing a resistive material on the surface of a ceramic rod, and has the same function as the heater except for the structure disclosed in patent documents 2 and 3. In actual use, the detachment of the heating portion also causes inconvenience, and a configuration in which only the cigarette holding portion can be replaced by actual monitoring is desired.

Therefore, as shown in fig. 1, the inventor of the present application provided a vertical part 611 at the right front end of the lower outer tube 105, and as shown in fig. 2, the vertical part 611 was provided with buttons SW6 and 2 connectors 202, and a P-plate 602 having a hole was attached to the center part, so that the inserted cigarette passed through. The button SW6 and the connector 202 are wired to a control circuit (not shown). In the present application, the portion indicated as the bushing 230 in patent document 1 is replaced with a silicon 230 having a hole. The reason for the replacement is that when the atomizer 94 with the bush is attached, it is difficult to accurately insert the tip end portion of the bush 230 into the hole 62 of the P plate a 10. Fig. 4 is an axial sectional view of the cigarette holding part 93 according to the present invention. The front-end component B110 has a projection 610. The cigarette insertion tube 605 or the silicon O-ring 400 is inserted into the boss portion 610 to improve the sealing property with the inner tube 5. When the P plate F17 is pushed down to insert the cigarette with filter from the cigarette insertion opening 608 to the inside and the pushing of the P plate F17 is stopped, the P plate F17 is pushed upward by the force of the spring 20, and the inserted cigarette with filter does not drop out. At this time, the inner diameter of the convex portion 610 is almost the same as the outer diameter of the cigarette with filter which is nearly completely inserted, and thus air hardly passes through this portion. It is obvious that if the diameter and length of the inserted cigarette are different, the inner diameter of the boss 610 and the length of the cigarette insertion tube 605 can be replaced. In addition, the boss 610 may be formed in the AL pipe. The reason for this is that the thickness of the boss portion 610 can be reduced, and the portion other than the boss portion can be used as a common member. That is, since the boss portion is formed in the AL tube and the thickness of the AL tube is changed, it is possible to cope with the difference in the diameter of the filter-tipped cigarette to be inserted. The cigarette insertion tube 605 is formed by cutting and molding so as to have a shape shown in a sectional view. The material used was AL or Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The smoke blowing port 606 penetrating the cigarette insertion tube 605 effectively transfers smoke generated by the atomizer 94 to the mouth of the smoker. When the smoke inlet 606 is not provided, the smoke enters the cigarette insertion tube 605 through the hole 607 and is transferred to the mouth of the smoker, but at this time, the smoke passes through the tobacco leaf inside the cigarette insertion tube, and a considerable amount of smoke particles are absorbed by the tobacco leaf, and as a result, it is found that the smoke of about 1/3 generated cannot reach the mouth of the smoker. Thus, it can be seen that the smoke blowing-in port 606 is provided as a bypass for the passage of smoke (hole 606 → cigarette paper → filter portion → mouth of smoker), whereby most of the smoke produced is transferred to the mouth of smoker.

In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of the cigarette insertion tube 605, the present inventors cut an AL tube to a desired size and manufactured the AL tube by sandwiching the PTFE bush 710 shown in fig. 9 in the tip portion. Therefore, an expensive mold and an expensive cutting process are not required, and thus the cigarette insertion tube 605 can be manufactured at a very low cost. Also, when cutting the AL pipe, the AL pipe having a length 2 times as large as the required size is first manufactured, and the center thereof is cut by a pipe cutter having a rotary blade. In this case, it was found that the cutting portion is slightly deformed inward by slightly reducing the sharpness of the rotary blade, and the inserted bush is hardly detached by forming a cut surface in a state of a screw cross section after cutting. The partially notched portion 711 of the liner 710 has the same function as the flue gas inlet 606 shown in fig. 4. Further, the boss 712 of the bushing 710 may be provided with a notch. The notch portion can prevent the front end of the inserted cigarette from blocking the hole 607 and preventing the smoke from passing through. Also, it is apparent that even though the bushing 710 is a washer (washbher) without a boss, it has the same function. Further, when the AL tube is cut to a desired size, the bush or the gasket is used, the AL tube is made to have a certain length, and the insertion position of the bush or the gasket is changed, thereby having an advantage that it is possible to cope with cigarettes with filters of different lengths.

Fig. 5 is an axial sectional view showing a state of the cigarette holding portion without the smoking jig according to the present invention (the power supply portion and the control portion are omitted). The heating cylinder 91 shown in fig. 3 is attached to the structure shown in fig. 2. In this state, the smoking jig operates. That is, the pins C58 and D59 of the heating cylinder 91 are inserted into the connector 202 on the P-plate 602 and connected to the control circuit unit.

Fig. 6 is an axial sectional view of the cigarette holder 93 shown in fig. 4 in a state inserted into the smoking jig in fig. 5 from the right side. In this state, a screw (not shown) is inserted into and fixed to the screw hole 74. By sandwiching three types, such as "heating rod" or "cigarette rod" or tobacco leaf, between the cigarette holding portions 93, only the cigarette holding portions 93 can be replaced for use according to the cigarettes used.

Fig. 8 shows a heating cylinder 702 according to another embodiment of the present invention. The heater 131 is located outside the heating cylinder 702 and heats the entire cylinder. The insertion portion 701, the heating cylinder portion 702, the sprayer connection portion 703, and the stopper 704 are formed by cutting or molding using a heat-resistant resin such as PTFE. Alternatively, the nebulizer may be formed at the nebulizer attachment portion. This shape is characterized in that a stopper 704 is formed. The stopper 704 functions to prevent the inserted heating rod 68 from being further inserted and to guide the flue gas passing through the atomizer attachment 703 to be transferred to the side of the heating rod 68 via the space 705. Without the stopper 704, the tip of the inserted heating rod 68 would block the hole of the atomizer attachment portion 703, and thus the smoke generated by the atomizer would not be sufficiently transferred to the mouth of the smoker.

Also, the smoking jig of the present invention has built-in software so as to be able to be customized according to the customer (cus tomize). First, if the power is turned ON (ON) while the button SW is pressed, the built-in software reads the set values of the slider SW1 and the slider SW 2. Since the slider SW uses 1 circuit 3 contact, if the slider SW1 is set to 1 and the slider SW2 is set to 1, 2, 3, the smoke generation time of the nebulizer can be customized to 3 seconds, 3.5 seconds, 4 seconds. If the setting slider SW1 is 2 and the setting slider SW2 is 1, 2, 3, the built-in buzzer can be customized to sound, not sound, and be used only as an e-cigarette. Further, as for the heating temperature of the heated tobacco leaves, after the power is turned ON (ON), DC is driven by the output voltage of the lithium ion rechargeable battery, so that the temperature of the heater is rapidly increased, and the waiting time before smoking is started is shortened. Further, since the resistance values of the heater of the atomizer and the heater 131 are very low, about 1.0 to about 2.0 Ω, if power is applied simultaneously, the output voltage is greatly reduced due to the internal resistance of the lithium ion rechargeable battery, and thus, the heaters cannot be turned ON (ON) simultaneously. Therefore, the heater for heating the tobacco leaves cannot be supplied with power within several seconds of the generation of the smoke, and thus there is a problem that the heating temperature of the tobacco leaves is lowered in the process of generating the smoke. In order to solve this problem, the inventors of the present application have applied the output voltage of the lithium ion rechargeable battery directly to the heater for a time proportional to the smoke generation time to rapidly recover the heater temperature, and by this method, the heater temperature for heating tobacco leaves can be maintained constantly even if smoke is generated. Also, the power supply to the conventional heater is supplied in a rectangular wave output manner, instead of directly applying the voltage of the lithium ion rechargeable battery.

Industrial applicability

The invention develops a smoking jig, in which a sprayer for electronic cigarettes and a tobacco leaf heating tube are placed, both of which are air-tight, and the power and application time to the sprayer heater and the power and time to the tobacco leaf heating heater are controlled, respectively, so that a preferred amount of smoke and a preferred nicotine and cigarette flavor can be set, and various smoking methods can be enjoyed.
