1. A method of making adjustable maternity pants, comprising:

manufacturing a trousers body to form a rear waist with an interlayer space and two front waists which are staggered into a V shape; defining the front waist at the front end as a first front waist and the front waist at the rear end as a second front waist;

a first positioning structure is arranged on the second front waist for connecting the first front waist;

arranging an adjusting belt for surrounding the waist or/and the abdomen of the user in the interlayer space;

a fixing device for positioning the adjusting belt is arranged at the trousers body;

wherein, the rear waist of the trousers body is provided with an interlayer outlet so as to expose a part of the adjusting belt outside the interlayer space; the adjusting belt is provided with at least one continuous annular adjusting part which is provided with a positioning structure so that the adjusting belt exposed out of the interlayer outlet is fixedly connected to the trousers body.

2. The method of making adjustable maternity pants of claim 1, wherein:

and arranging the first positioning structure at the intersection of the first front waistband and the second front waistband.

3. The method of making adjustable maternity pants of claim 1, wherein:

the rear waist is higher than the intersection of the first front waist and the second front waist.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing adjustable maternity trousers.

Background

The maternity trousers refer to trousers worn by women during pregnancy. The pants for pregnant women are selected on the premise of not hindering the development of the fetus. In the process of pregnant women, the bellies of the pregnant women become bigger and bigger along with the increase of months. The waist size of the conventional maternity trousers is generally fixed or can be changed only within a small range, which means that the maternity trousers need to be changed continuously to adapt to the requirements of the pregnancy. This is not only wasteful, but also consumes a great deal of energy. In addition, the pregnant woman can bring more and more burden to the waist due to the fact that the belly is bigger and bigger, and the traditional trousers for the pregnant woman cannot share the burden of the waist of the pregnant woman.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a manufacturing method of adjustable maternity trousers capable of adapting to the wearing requirement in the pregnancy.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a method of making adjustable maternity pants, comprising:

a pant body is manufactured to have a rear waist portion having an interlayer space and two front waist portions staggered in a V-shape. The front waist at the front end is defined as a first front waist, and the front waist at the rear end is defined as a second front waist.

The second front waist is provided with a first positioning structure for connecting the first front waist.

An adjustment belt for encircling the waist or/and abdomen of the user is arranged in the intermediate space.

A fixing device for positioning the adjusting belt is arranged at the trousers body.

Wherein, the rear waist of the trousers body is provided with an interlayer outlet so as to expose a part of the adjusting belt outside the interlayer space. The adjusting belt is provided with at least one continuous annular adjusting part which is provided with a positioning structure so that the adjusting belt exposed out of the interlayer outlet is fixedly connected to the trousers body.

Further, a first positioning structure is arranged at the intersection of the first front waistband and the second front waistband.

Further, the rear waist is higher than the intersection of the first front waist and the second front waist.

Further, the length of the adjusting belt is set to be larger than that of the interlayer space.

Further, the first positioning structure is configured as a pant buckle.

Further, a plurality of trouser buckle holes matched with the trouser buckles are manufactured on the first front trouser waist.

Further, the plurality of trouser buttonholes are arranged side by side and extend approximately along the upper edge direction of the first front waist.

Furthermore, the second positioning structure is provided with a plurality of positioning holes.

Further, a fixing device matched with the positioning hole is manufactured on the trousers body.

Further, the fixing device is arranged to be a button capable of penetrating through the positioning hole; the button is arranged on one side of the interlayer outlet so that the button can pass through the two overlapped positioning holes.

The manufacturing method of the adjustable maternity trousers has the advantages that the manufacturing method of the adjustable maternity trousers can adapt to the wearing requirements of the pregnant women during the pregnancy period.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.

The adjustable maternity pants 100 as shown in fig. 1-6, comprising: a pant body 10.

The trousers body 10 includes: a leg portion 11 and a abdomen portion 12. The leg portions 11 can be used for accommodating the legs of the user, and the abdomen portion 12 can be used for accommodating the waist and/or abdomen of the user.

The abdomen portion 12 includes: a rear waist 121 and two front waists. The rear waist 121 is located at the upper rear portion of the leg portion 11. The two front waists are located in the front part of the upper ends of the leg parts 11. The two front waist portions are staggered. The front waist at the front end is defined as a first front waist 122, and the front waist at the back end is defined as a second front waist 123. The height of the rear waist 121 is higher than the intersection of the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123. Specifically, the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123 are staggered in a V-shape. The first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123 are sewn to the leg portions 11, respectively.

The second front waist 123 is provided with a first positioning structure to fixedly attach the second front waist 123 to the first front waist 122. The first positioning structure is located at the intersection of the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123.

The trouser leg portion 11 includes: two trouser legs. The first front waist 122 is fixedly attached to the two legs. Defined at the intersection of the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123, the connection line between the first front waist 122 and one of the two legs is the first connection line. And the connection line between the first front waist 122 and the other of the two legs is a second connection line. The first connecting line and the second connecting line are intersected into a V shape.

The second front waist 123 is fixedly attached to the two legs. Defined at the intersection of the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123, the connection line between the second front waist 123 and one of the two legs is the first connection line. And the connection line between the first front waist 122 and the other of the two legs is a second connection line. The first connecting line and the second connecting line are intersected into a V shape.

Adjustable maternity pants 100 further includes: the belt 20 is adjusted. Specifically, the rear waist portion 121 is provided with a sandwiching space 121a for accommodating the adjusting band 20 so that the adjusting band 20 surrounds the rear waist portion of the user.

The rear waist portion 121 is provided with a nip outlet 121b to expose a portion of the adjusting belt 20 to the outside of the nip space 121 a.

The adjusting belt 20 is provided with at least one continuous annular adjusting portion 21. Specifically, at least a part of the regulating portion 21 is exposed. More specifically, the adjustment belt 20 is provided with a second positioning structure 22 to fixedly attach the adjustment belt 20 exposed at the sandwiched outlet 121b to the abdomen portion 12.

The length of the sandwiching space 121a is smaller than the length of the adjustment band 20. Specifically, the regulating portion 21 at least partially protrudes from the sandwiched layer outlet 121b to perform a function of regulating the size of the abdomen portion 12.

The first location feature on the second front waist 123 is configured as a pant buckle.

The first front waist 122 is formed with or connected to a plurality of trouser button holes for cooperating with the trouser buttons.

Specifically, the plurality of trouser buttonholes are arranged along the extending direction of the first connecting line or the second connecting line. More specifically, at least one of the plurality of trouser fastening holes is located at the intersection of the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123. The pregnant woman can adjust the trousers buttons to be matched with different trousers button holes according to different requirements of the pregnant woman in the pregnancy period so as to realize the function of adjusting the size of the waist and abdomen part 12 to support the abdomen in the pregnancy period.

The second positioning structure 22 is provided as a plurality of positioning holes. As an alternative embodiment, the second positioning structure 22 may be configured as a hook and loop fastener.

The abdomen portion 12 is formed with or connected to a fixing means which is fitted to the positioning hole.

The fixing device is provided with a button capable of penetrating through the positioning hole. Specifically, the button is disposed on one side of the interlayer outlet 121b so that the button can pass through two overlapped positioning holes. As an alternative embodiment, the fixing device may be configured as a hook and loop fastener.

More specifically, when the user uses the adjustable maternity trousers 100100, the user stretches the adjusting part 21 of the adjusting band 20 to a proper position as needed, and then passes the button through two overlapped positioning holes of the adjusting part 21; then the trouser buttons are adjusted to be matched with the trouser button holes at proper positions according to requirements. When the adjustment is carried out again, the adjusting part 21 is separated from the button, the trouser button is separated from the trouser button hole, and then the operation is repeated for use.

One end of the first front waist 122 is connected to one end of the rear waist 121. One end of the second front waist 123 is connected to the other end of the rear waist 121. The other end of the first front waist 122 and the other end of the second front waist 123 are staggered.

The two leg centers are defined as a first centerline 101. The two legs are symmetrically distributed along the first center line 101. The first center line 101 passes through the intersection of the first connecting line and the second connecting line.

The invention also introduces a method for manufacturing the adjustable maternity trousers.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1-6, a method of making adjustable maternity pants 100, comprising:

a trousers body 10 is manufactured to have a rear waist 121 provided with a sandwich space 121a and two front waists staggered in a V-shape. The front waist at the front end is defined as a first front waist 122, and the front waist at the back end is defined as a second front waist 123. A first locating feature is provided on the second front waist 123 for attaching the first front waist 122. An adjustment band 20 for encircling the waist or/and abdomen of the user is provided in the sandwiching space 121 a. A fixing means for positioning the adjusting band 20 is provided at the trousers body 10.

As a specific embodiment, the rear waist 121 of the trousers body 10 is provided with a band outlet 121b to expose a portion of the adjusting band 20 outside the band space 121 a. The adjusting band 20 is provided with at least one continuous loop-shaped adjusting portion 21, and the adjusting portion 21 is provided with a positioning structure so that the adjusting band 20 exposed at the sandwiched outlet 121b is fixedly connected to the trousers body 10.

As a specific embodiment, the manufacturing method of the present invention specifically includes:

cutting a piece of cloth to be used as an initial cloth of the trouser leg part 11 in the trouser body 10;

a mechanism for sewing the initial fabric of the leg part 11 to form the leg part 11.

Then, cutting a piece of cloth to be used as an initial cloth of the rear waist 121 of the trousers body 10;

the initial cloth for sewing the rear waist 121 forms the structure of the rear waist 121.

The rear waist 121 and the leg portions 11 are then sewn together.

A part of the rear waist 121 is folded to form a sandwich space 121 a.

As a specific example, the adjusting band 20 may be provided before the interlayer space 121a is formed by sewing, and may be inserted into the interlayer space 121a to be formed by sewing.

Alternatively, the sandwiching space 121a is formed first and then the adjusting band 20 is inserted into the sandwiching space 121 a.

Then, a piece of cloth is cut to be used as an initial cloth of the second front waist 123 of the pants body 10;

the initial cloth for sewing the second front waist 123 forms the structure of the second front waist 123.

The second front waist 123 is then sewn to the leg portions 11 and the rear waist 121, respectively.

Then, a piece of cloth is cut to be used as an initial cloth of the first front waist 122 of the pants body 10;

the initial cloth of the first front waist 122 is sewn to form the structure of the first front waist 122.

Then, the first front waist 122 is overlapped on the second front waist 123, so that the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123 are interlaced into a V-shape.

The first front waist 122 is then sewn to the leg portions 11 and the rear waist 121, respectively.

Alternatively, the two legs of the leg portion 11 may be formed of two separate pieces of fabric, and then sewn together with a sewing line that is symmetrical with respect to the sewing line, i.e., the sewing line may be considered to be on the first center line 101 described in the present invention.

The first positioning structure is disposed at the intersection of the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123.

The rear waist 121 is positioned higher than the intersection of the first front waist 122 and the second front waist 123.

The length of the adjusting band 20 is set to be greater than the length of the sandwiching space 121 a.

The first positioning structure is arranged as a trouser buckle.

A plurality of trouser fastener holes for matching with the trouser fasteners are made on the first front waist 122.

A plurality of trouser buttonholes are arranged side by side and extend substantially along the upper edge of the first front waist 122.

The second positioning structure 22 is provided as a plurality of positioning holes.

The trousers body 10 is provided with fixing devices matched with the positioning holes.

Arranging the fixing device into a button capable of penetrating through the positioning hole; the button is disposed on one side of the interlayer outlet 121b so that the button can pass through the two overlapped positioning holes.
