Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having a cosmetic storage space, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container having a space into which a viscous, colloidal or cream-like cosmetic is injected by an injection device, and having a cosmetic storage space which can be conveniently used by allowing the cosmetic to flow out of the storage space and ooze out of the storage space only when pressure is applied.

Background

Generally, women use cosmetics in order to make their face look bright. Such cosmetics can be classified into basic cosmetics, makeup cosmetics, hair cosmetics, perfumes, cosmeceuticals, and the like according to their functions. The cosmetics may be classified into cream (cream), powder, liquid, and the like according to their states, and stored in an appropriate container according to the respective states.

In particular, in the case of a cosmetic such as a foundation used as a base, components such as a binder (binder) and an emulsifier (emulsifier) are mixed with a color tone powder raw material, melted by heating at a predetermined temperature, cooled, and the content is contained in a case and pushed out as a finished product.

Such foundations need to be spread and applied evenly to the part (face or exposed skin) to be made up without being tangled. In addition, touch (touch) makeup is performed to satisfy a feeling of use in a sensory manner when used, and a makeup puff (puff) is required in this case.

The cosmetic puff as described above is manufactured as a pad (pad) using an elastic material such as cotton, sponge, foam rubber, polyester, nylon, acryl, or acetate, and is stored together with the cosmetic container.

Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1, a suction type pad in which an additional container for containing foundation is not required due to direct impregnation of foundation, and a carrier or a pad in which an additional container for containing sunscreen is not required due to direct impregnation of low viscosity sunscreen in the pad, such as sunscreen for blocking solar ultraviolet rays, are also provided.

In the conventional carrier or pad, the inside thereof is constituted by a porous structure, and therefore, sunscreen cream, foundation, makeup base, BB cream (hereinafter, referred to as "liquid type cosmetic"), and the like can be absorbed. In such a suction type gasket, in order to impregnate the gasket with a liquid type cosmetic, the gasket is deposited in a container containing a liquid type cosmetic, and the inside thereof is naturally impregnated with the liquid type cosmetic.

However, when the spacer is impregnated with the liquid cosmetic product naturally as described above, it takes too much time for the liquid cosmetic product to be absorbed into the spacer, and thus there is a problem that the production efficiency is lowered.

Further, when the spacer is laminated on a container containing liquid cosmetic, a sufficient amount of cosmetic permeates into the surface of the spacer which is in contact with the cosmetic, but the spacer has a large thickness and cannot be absorbed into the spacer.

As another filling method, as described in korean laid-open patent No. 2012-65982, cosmetics are impregnated into the pad by dispensing the cosmetics in a liquid state using a spray nozzle at the upper portion, but the absorption and adsorption of the cosmetics are not well achieved at the inner and lower sides of the pad as compared to the case where the absorption and adsorption are completed in a short time at the surface of the pad at the upper portion.

As another filling method, as described in korean laid-open patent No. 2015-47328, there is a filling method in which a gasket formed by foaming is put in a container body, the gasket is pressurized by a nozzle, the nozzle in a state of pressurizing the gasket is gradually moved upward in a state of pressurizing the gasket, and a cosmetic liquid in a liquid state is supplied through the nozzle in the process. However, the filling method of korean laid-open patent No. 2015-47328 has a problem that cosmetics cannot be absorbed into the inside due to the thick pad.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic container having a cosmetic storage space, in which two or more urethane foam foams are laminated to realize layer separation, thereby preventing excessive discharge of a cosmetic during use, and the cosmetic is easily absorbed due to a thin thickness of the container to increase a cosmetic filling rate, and the cosmetic can be easily used by replacing the position of the laminated container after the use.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cosmetic container having a cosmetic storage space, wherein the container is formed by vertically laminating a first laminate member and a second laminate member, which are foamed by one of polyester and polyether to form an open cell structure in a net shape, and the container is formed by joining an end of the first laminate member and an end of the second laminate member with a storage space provided between the first laminate member and the second laminate member.

And, a filling member is further provided in the storage space to absorb the cosmetic.

Further, the present invention is provided with a reducing member (decrease) for reducing abrupt movement of the cosmetic stored in the storage space between the first laminate member and the second laminate member.

According to the present invention, the cosmetic container having a cosmetic storage space according to the present invention has the effects of preventing the cosmetic from being excessively discharged during use by layering two or more urethane foam foams to realize layer separation, increasing the cosmetic filling rate by easily absorbing the cosmetic due to the thinness of the container, and easily using the absorbed cosmetic by performing position replacement of the layered container after the use period.

Detailed Description

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 2 is a sectional view showing a structure of a carrier according to the technique of the present invention, and as shown in the drawing, the carrier 1 of the present invention is configured by laminating a first laminate member 3 and a second laminate member 2, which are foamed by one of polyester and polyether to form an open cell structure in a mesh form, in a vertical direction, and the carrier 1 is configured by providing a storage space 4 between the first laminate member 3 and the second laminate member 2 and joining ends of the first laminate member 3 and the second laminate member 2.

The cosmetic composition contained in the storage space 4 may be any of those conventionally manufactured in the industry, including a liquid or emulsion such as a cream, a lotion, a cream, a gel, a cosmetic liquid, an emulsion, a suspension, a foundation, a lotion, a beauty lotion, and a surfactant-containing skin lotion, and a viscous mixture. More specifically, examples thereof include a lotion (skin deposition), a toner (skin softener), an astringent lotion (astringent), an emulsion (deposition), a milk emulsion, a moisturizing emulsion, a nourishing emulsion, a cream (cream), a massage cream, a nourishing cream, a moisturizing cream, a hand cream, a foundation, an essence, a nourishing essence, a cleansing emulsion, a cleansing cream, a body lotion, a body bath, and the like.

The size of the cells (cells) formed in the first laminate member 3 and the second laminate member 2 is preferably set to 95 to 130 pores per inch (ppi). Where "ppi" represents the number of cells per unit size (inch), a smaller value of ppi indicates a smaller number of cells and a larger size of voids, and a larger value of ppi indicates a larger number of cells and a smaller size of voids. Further, the smaller the ppi value, the faster the cosmetic penetrates, while the larger the ppi value, the slower the cosmetic penetrates.

In the present invention, in order to enable a proper amount of cosmetic material to seep out in a state where a viscous, gel-like, or cream-like cosmetic material permeates into the first laminate member 3 when the second laminate member 2 is pressed, the size of the voids is set to 95 to 130ppi, and when the size of the voids is 95ppi or less, the cosmetic material may leak out of the surface of the first laminate member in a state where the first laminate member is not pressed, and when the size of the voids exceeds 130ppi, the cosmetic material will not easily seep out to the surface of the first laminate member even when the first laminate member is pressed.

As shown in fig. 4, a filler may be further provided in the storage space 4 to absorb the cosmetic, and in this case, a material capable of absorbing the cosmetic, such as sponge or spherical fiber, may be used as the filler.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, a reducing member 5(decrease) for reducing the abrupt movement of the cosmetic stored in the storage space 4 between the first laminate member 3 and the second laminate member 2 may be further provided and used. In this case, as the structure of the weight reducing member 5 (clearance), a fabric having through holes formed at predetermined intervals, a mesh (mesh), or the like may be used, and a structure having a thickness as thin as possible may be used. The weight reducing member 5 serves to prevent the cosmetic contained in the storage space 4 from being abruptly gushed out when being pressed.

In the case of using the cosmetic carrier having the cosmetic storage space 4 of the present invention having the structure as described above, in a state where the cosmetic is contained in the storage space 4, when the face of one of the first laminate member 3 and the second laminate member 2 is pressed, the cosmetic is gushed out toward the pressed face, and the gushed cosmetic is adhered to the puff and spread to be applied to the face or the skin.

According to the cosmetic carrier having a cosmetic storage space of the present invention as described above, two or more urethane (urethane) foam foams are laminated to realize layer separation, thereby preventing the cosmetic from being excessively discharged during use, and the cosmetic is easily absorbed due to the thin thickness of the carrier to increase the cosmetic filling rate, and the absorbed cosmetic can be easily used by replacing the position of the laminated carrier after the use period.
