The lower part of the material storage system is provided with a conveying pipe which conveys powder into the stirring chamber, the conveying line conveys aggregate such as sand and stone into the stirring chamber, the powder and the aggregate are stirred and mixed in the stirring chamber and then flow out from a discharge port arranged at the discharging part of the stirring chamber, and the concrete mixer truck is arranged below the discharge port and then follows the mixture of the aggregate and the powder flowing out from the discharge port.
