Background

The glue cutting mode is high in labor intensity of one worker, and the glue cutting error of a glue cutter is large, so that the glue cutting is easily performed for multiple times to adjust the weight, and the production efficiency is low; although the manual labor intensity is solved to a certain extent in the rubber cutting mode II, the rubber cutting is carried out in a flow rate valve calculation flow mode, the rubber cutting is easily influenced by the density and the width of the rubber compound, the changes of the two influencing factors are uncertain, and therefore the weight error after rubber cutting is difficult to control. Therefore, the inventor invented a rubber compound cutting machine which can automatically cut rubber and has small weight error.
