1. The emulsified oil for copper strip rolling comprises the following components in parts by weight:

a) 5-15 parts of a corrosion inhibitor;

b) 5-20 parts of a lubricant;

c) 2-5 parts of an emulsifier;

d)0-5 parts of a bactericide;

e) 55-88 parts of base oil;

wherein the corrosion inhibitor is selected from at least one of tributyl phosphate, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, butyl phthalate, boric acid ester, carboxylic acid amine, fatty alcohol amide, benzotriazole, methyl benzotriazole derivative, alkyl thiadiazole, naphthenate and dodecenylsuccinic acid;

the lubricant is selected from at least one of synthetic ester, vegetable oil, fatty alcohol, fatty acid ester, polyether and neutral phosphate ester;

the emulsifier is at least one selected from sorbitan monooleate, polyisobutylene succinate, alkylphenol ethylene oxide condensate, fatty alcohol ethylene oxide condensate, alcohol ether carboxylic acid and polyethylene glycol ester of resinic acid;

the bactericide is selected from at least one of triazine derivatives, morpholine derivatives, benzisothiazolinone, chloromethyl isothiazolinone and iodo carbamate;

the base oil is at least one selected from group I mineral oil, group II mineral oil and synthetic oil.

The emulsified oil for copper strip rolling according to claim 1, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is at least two selected from tributyl phosphate, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, butyl phthalate, carboxylic amine, boric acid ester, fatty alcohol amide, benzotriazole, methyl benzotriazole derivative, alkyl thiadiazole, naphthenate and dodecenyl succinic acid.

The emulsified oil for copper strip rolling according to claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is selected from at least two of sorbitan monooleate, polyisobutylene succinate, alkylphenol ethylene oxide condensate, fatty alcohol ethylene oxide condensate, alcohol ether carboxylic acid, and polyethylene glycol monoethyl resinate.

4. The emulsified oil for copper strip rolling according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is used for lubricating and cooling the copper strip cold rolling process.

5. The application of the copper strip rolling emulsified oil in copper strip rolling according to claim 4, wherein the copper strip rolling emulsified oil is diluted into an emulsion with a volume concentration of 1-5% by water.

Technical Field

The invention relates to emulsified oil for rolling a copper strip and application thereof.

Background

The copper strip is widely applied to the industrial fields of electronic appliances, automobiles, instruments, transportation and the like. In recent years, the copper processing in China is increased at a speed of 15-20% per year, the output of the existing copper materials exceeds 1300 ten thousand tons, and the production capacity of copper strips reaches 300 ten thousand tons. The copper strips are mainly produced by large-scale rolling mills, and have the characteristics of high yield, high automation, high product quality and the like, rolling mills of domestic large copper strip processing enterprises are mostly introduced from abroad, high-end rolling mills mainly take the brands of Simmark, Florin, minox and the like, and with the development of equipment manufacturing level in China, domestic rolling mill equipment such as a middle-color science and technology group, a first heavy machinery group, a Xian heavy machinery research institute and the like also has higher technical level, and is also widely applied in China.

The emulsified oil for copper strip rolling is a lubricating medium matched with the copper strip rolling specialty, plays roles of lubricating, cooling, cleaning and rust prevention in the rolling process, and is an essential auxiliary agent in the rolling process. The copper strip rolling can be divided into three parts of rough rolling, intermediate rolling and finish rolling, wherein the rough rolling and the intermediate rolling generally use rolling emulsified oil, most of the finish rolling use pure oil type products, but part of customers still use emulsified oil, so the requirement of the copper strip rolling emulsified oil products is large. Since the domestic enterprises in the early period basically adopt imported rolling mills, the rolling emulsified oil used initially is also an imported brand designated by equipment suppliers, the domestic products are few, and the products can encounter various problems of poor lubricity, insufficient finish of rolled copper plates and strips, color change or short service cycle and the like in the using process.

In recent years, less patents are published on emulsified oil for copper strip rolling, and for example, document CN104450062A discloses a lubricating oil composition for copper strip rolling, which mainly comprises: 5-6 parts of palm oil, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.8-1.2 parts of sorbitol, 0.2-0.4 part of glycerol, 0.2-0.3 part of calcium silicate, 0.2-0.3 part of lauric diethanolamide, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium sulfate, 0.2-0.4 part of polyacrylamide, 0.3-0.5 part of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.2-0.4 part of sodium borate and 0.1-0.3 part of butyl stearate. However, none of these patent documents is described with respect to the copper corrosion resistance.

Therefore, the invention of the copper strip rolling emulsified oil with good lubricity, copper corrosion inhibition and antibacterial property has important significance.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide emulsified oil with copper corrosion resistance for copper strip rolling. The invention also aims to provide the application of the emulsified oil rolled by the copper strip.

In order to solve one of the above technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the emulsified oil for copper strip rolling comprises the following components in parts by weight:

a) 5-15 parts of a corrosion inhibitor;

b) 5-20 parts of a lubricant;

c) 2-5 parts of an emulsifier;

d)0-5 parts of a bactericide;

e) 55-88 parts of base oil;

wherein the corrosion inhibitor is selected from at least one of tributyl phosphate, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, butyl phthalate, carboxylic amine, boric acid ester, fatty alcohol amide, benzotriazole, methyl benzotriazole derivative, alkyl thiadiazole, naphthenate and dodecenylsuccinic acid;

the emulsifier is at least one selected from sorbitan monooleate, polyisobutylene succinate, alkylphenol ethylene oxide condensate, fatty alcohol ethylene oxide condensate, alcohol ether carboxylic acid and polyethylene glycol ester of resinic acid;

the bactericide is selected from at least one of triazine derivatives, morpholine derivatives, benzisothiazolinone, chloromethyl isothiazolinone and iodo carbamate;

the base oil is at least one selected from group I mineral oil, group II mineral oil and synthetic oil.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the corrosion inhibitor is selected from at least two of fatty alcohol amide, borate, carboxylic acid amine, benzotriazole, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, and dodecenylsuccinic acid.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the emulsifier is at least two selected from sorbitan monooleate, polyisobutylene succinate, alkylphenol ethylene oxide condensate, alcohol ether carboxylic acid, and polyethylene glycol monoester.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the base oil is selected from group I mineral oils.

In order to achieve the second purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the emulsified oil for copper strip rolling is used for lubricating and cooling the copper strip cold rolling process.

In the technical scheme, preferably, the emulsified oil rolled by the copper strip is diluted into an emulsion with the volume concentration of 1-5% by using water.

The emulsified oil can be diluted into emulsion with the volume concentration of 1-5% by water according to specific process conditions such as processing materials, reduction ratios, widths, rolling speeds and the like of different copper strips, and the emulsion required by various copper strip rolling processes can be obtained.

The emulsified oil disclosed by the invention is diluted into an emulsion with the volume concentration of 1-5% by water, can be used for lubricating and cooling various copper plate and strip rolling processes, and has the advantages of good extreme pressure performance and lubricating performance, good corrosion resistance and longer service life.

The emulsified oil for copper strip rolling is applied to a copper strip rolling mill to perform cold rolling and rolling processing on a copper strip. Production practices show that the emulsified oil rolled by the invention has good emulsion stability, excellent lubricating property and copper corrosion resistance, meets the use requirements of customers for rolling red copper by a four-roller rolling mill on site, and the product performance is approved by manufacturers.
