5. The mirror adjusting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the adjusting screw rods include three and are arranged at a non-linear interval, and the connecting lines of the three adjusting screw rods form a right triangle.

6. A mirror adjustment device according to claim 5, wherein the fixing support is rectangular and three of the adjustment screw members are located at three of the corners of the fixing support.

7. The mirror adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fixing bracket is provided with a receiving groove formed by recessing a side closer to the pressing piece in a direction away from the pressing piece, and the pressing piece fixes the mirror in the receiving groove.

8. A mirror adjustment device according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment screw member is a bolt or a stud.

The mirror adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the reference adjusting screw member includes a connecting portion extending from the fixing bracket and an extending portion extending from the connecting portion in a direction away from the fixing bracket, and the reference stopper portion is provided at the connecting portion.

10. The mirror adjustment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the pressing piece includes two and is respectively located at opposite ends of the fixing bracket.

The adjusting apparatus for mirrors of claim 10, further comprising a fixing member for fixing the pressing plate to the fixing bracket, wherein the pressing plate includes a strip-shaped pressing plate body and elastic pieces extending from opposite ends of the pressing plate body, the fixing member fixes the pressing plate body to the fixing bracket, the pressing plate body abuts against the pressing plate body to press the mirrors, the elastic pieces are disposed on one side of the pressing plate body close to another pressing plate, and the elastic pieces are in a compressed state and abut against the mirrors.

12. A mirror adjustment device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member is a coil spring or an elastic rubber.

13. A light source system comprising a housing, a reflector adjustment device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12, and a reflector, the reflector adjustment device being of unitary construction and being mounted and secured to the housing.

Along with the development of light source technology, a light path of a light source tends to be fine and complex, the precision requirement on a structural part for realizing the light path is higher and higher, the machining precision of the existing structural part is difficult to meet the requirement, and the machining cost is also high on the premise of meeting the requirement. Therefore, in many light paths, the reflector is designed in an adjustable mode, the angle adjustment of the reflector is realized through the reflector adjusting device, the influence of the processing precision of a structural part is eliminated, the material cost is reduced, and the optimal design of a light source is realized.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a reflector adjusting device and a light source system, which are convenient to use and can repeatedly adjust and assemble a reflector.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a reflector adjusting device, which includes a fixing bracket, a pressing plate for fixing a reflector on the fixing bracket, at least two adjusting threaded rod members extending from a side of the fixing bracket away from the pressing plate to a direction away from the fixing bracket, at least two elastic members respectively sleeved on the adjusting threaded rod members, a bottom plate arranged at an interval on a side of the fixing bracket away from the pressing plate, and at least two fastening adjusting members respectively matched with the adjusting threaded rod members and capable of being adjusted repeatedly; the bottom plate is provided with at least two through holes penetrating through the bottom plate, and each adjusting threaded rod piece is respectively penetrated through one through hole.

Preferably, the fastening adjusting piece is in threaded connection with the adjusting threaded rod piece from the side, far away from the fixed support, of the bottom plate, and the two ends of the elastic piece are respectively abutted to the bottom plate and the fixed support through rotation adjustment.

Preferably, the fastening adjusting piece is a nylon nut.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.

The embodiments/examples described herein are specific embodiments of the present invention, are intended to be illustrative of the concepts of the present invention, are intended to be illustrative and exemplary, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments and scope of the invention. In addition to the embodiments described herein, those skilled in the art will be able to employ other technical solutions which are obvious based on the disclosure of the claims and the specification of the present application, and these technical solutions include those which make any obvious replacement or modification of the embodiments described herein, and all of which are within the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention also provides a light source system 200 and a reflector adjustment apparatus 100, wherein the light source system 200 includes a housing 20, the reflector adjustment apparatus 100, and a reflector 2. The mirror adjusting device is fixedly installed on the housing 20. The reflector adjusting device 100 is of an integrated structure and serves as a module of the light source system 200, so that the light source system is convenient to assemble in the early stage and maintain in the later stage, and is suitable for mass production. When the light source system 200 is assembled and debugged, other parts are not required to be removed, and the module is taken down alone to test the effect of the internal light path, so that the debugging efficiency is improved.

In this embodiment, the reflector adjusting apparatus 100 includes a fixing bracket 1, a pressing plate 3, an adjusting screw rod 4, an elastic member 5, a bottom plate 6, a fastening adjusting member 7, and a fixing member 8.

The fixing bracket 1 is used for fixing the reflector 2. Specifically, the fixing bracket 1 is provided with an accommodating groove 10 formed by sinking from a side close to the pressing sheet 3 to a side far from the pressing sheet 3, and the pressing sheet 3 fixes the reflector 2 in the accommodating groove 10. This structure makes the operation of installing the reflecting mirror 2 simple, and makes the position where the reflecting mirror 2 is fixed more accurate and less likely to slide, thereby making the adjusting effect of the reflecting mirror adjusting apparatus 100 higher.

The pressing sheet 3 fixes the reflector 2 to the fixing bracket 1. The pressing sheet 3 comprises two pressing sheets which are respectively positioned at two opposite ends of the fixed bracket 1. Specifically, the pressing sheet 3 includes a strip-shaped pressing sheet body 31 and elastic sheets 32 extending from two opposite ends of the pressing sheet body 31. The fixing piece 8 fixes the pressing sheet body 31 on the fixing support 1, and the pressing sheet body 31 is abutted and pressed on the reflector 2. The elastic sheet 32 is disposed on one side of the pressing sheet body 31 close to the other pressing sheet 3, that is, the elastic sheet 32 is extended from one side of the two pressing sheet bodies 31 close to each other, the elastic sheet is bent at an acute angle, the elastic sheet is pressed against the reflector 2 in a compressed state, and the pressing sheet body 31 and the elastic sheet 32 clamp and fix the reflector 2 to the fixing bracket 1. The adjusting threaded rod 4 extends from the side of the fixed support 1 far from the pressing sheet 3 to the direction far from the fixed support 1. In this embodiment, the diameter of the reference position-limiting part 413 is larger than that of the extending part 412, the reference adjustment screw rod 41 passes through the through hole 60, the extending part 412 passes through the through hole 60 and is rotated by the fastening adjusting piece 7 until contacting the reference position-limiting part 413, the fastening adjusting piece 7 is in position-limiting contact with the reference position-limiting part 413, that is, the reference position-limiting part 413 limits the fastening adjusting piece 7 to rotate continuously so as to form a fixed position, and the distance between the bottom plate 6 and the fixed bracket 1 is the fixed distance. So that the reference adjusting screw rod member 41 forms a contour column and becomes a reference for the other two adjusting screw rod members 4, and the angle of the reflector 2 can be adjusted more accurately and rapidly by adjusting the two fastening adjusting members 7 to which the other two adjusting screw rod members 4 are respectively connected.

In order to realize the equal-height structure of the reference adjustment screw rod 41, besides the present embodiment, there are, of course, many other schemes, for example, the reference adjustment screw rod 41 is provided with a positioning boss (not shown) or a positioning pin (not shown), and the reference limiting portion 413 is provided on the extending portion 412, that is, the extending portion 412 may be provided as a positioning boss or a positioning pin. The specific structure of the reference adjusting threaded rod 41 provided with the positioning boss is as follows: the extension part 412 of the reference adjustment threaded rod 41 is provided with threads, the connecting part 411 is a polished rod with a diameter larger than that of the extension part 412, when the end surface of the fastening adjusting piece 7 abuts against the positioning boss, the fastening adjusting piece 7 cannot be screwed in continuously, and the position is used as a reference. In another case, when the extension portion 412 is provided with a positioning pin, a pin hole (not shown) penetrating through the reference adjustment threaded rod 41 is provided, the positioning pin is inserted into and fixed to the pin hole, the positioning pin is partially exposed out of the pin hole, and the part of the positioning pin exposed out of the pin hole can limit the fastening adjusting piece 7 to be screwed in continuously, so that positioning is achieved. Of course, without limitation, the reference adjustment threaded rod 41 may also be of other similar structures that also perform the positioning function.

The elastic members 5 are respectively sleeved on the adjusting threaded rod members 4, and in this embodiment, the elastic members 5 are directly sleeved on the bolts or the studs. The elastic members 5 include at least two elastic members 5, one end of each elastic member 5 is connected to the fixing support 1, and the other end of each elastic member is connected to the bottom plate 6, that is, after the elastic members 5 are directly sleeved on the bolts or the studs, the two ends of each elastic member are respectively connected to the fixing support 1 and the bottom plate 6. The bottom plate 6 is arranged on one side of the fixed support 1 far away from the pressing sheet 3 at intervals. The bottom plate 6 is provided with at least two through holes 60 therethrough. The through hole 60 is used for inserting and fixing the adjusting screw rod 4. The bottom plate 6 may be used to be fixed to the housing 20 of the light source system 200, but is not limited thereto, and the fixing bracket 1 may be fixed to the housing 20 of the light source system 200.

The fastening adjusting pieces 7 are respectively matched with the adjusting threaded rod pieces 4. The fastening adjustment members 7 include at least two, and in the present embodiment, the fastening adjustment members 7 include three. Each adjusting threaded rod piece 4 is respectively arranged by penetrating one through hole 60, the fastening adjusting piece 7 is in threaded connection with the adjusting threaded rod piece 4 from one side, far away from the fixed support 1, of the bottom plate 6, and the two ends of the elastic piece 5 are respectively abutted against the bottom plate 6 and the fixed support 1 through rotation adjustment.

The tightening adjuster 7 is adjustable repeatedly. In the present embodiment, the fastening adjuster 7 is a nylon nut. The above process is an assembling process, and the mirror adjusting apparatus 100 is simple to assemble and convenient to use.

The structure enables the reference adjusting threaded rod piece to form an equal-height structure, so that the position of the reflector in the whole light path is accurately fixed, and the reflector is conveniently assembled.
