Background

As a basic control element, an electromagnetic relay has been widely used in automation control, and its market application field is expanding, and its high operation frequency is receiving more and more attention due to the demand of automation efficiency, for example, in PLC, its required durability is as long as several thousands of times, and as high as 10 times higher than that of a general relay, so that the relay with long durability becomes one of hot products in the relay field in time. One of the key factors of the long durability of the relay is that the flexibility of the movable spring is required to be good, and the stress concentration is small when the movable spring acts, so that the movable spring is not easy to fatigue fracture. However, the durability of the moving springs of prior art relays is generally not desired.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a long-durability movable spring and an electromagnetic relay, which overcome the problem of poor durability of the movable spring of the relay in the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a long-durability movable spring for a clapper type electromagnetic relay comprises a first sheet body matched with an armature of the electromagnetic relay, a second sheet body matched with a yoke of the electromagnetic relay, and a bending part arranged between the first sheet body and the second sheet body; the bent part is hollowed and arched, and the acting force point and the fixed point of the second sheet body on the yoke are not overlapped and staggered in the width direction of the yoke.

Furthermore, the bending part comprises a plurality of strip sheets which are distributed in parallel at intervals, one end of each strip sheet is integrally connected with the first sheet body, the other end of each strip sheet is integrally connected with the second sheet body, and each strip sheet is arched.

Furthermore, the magnetic circuit part also comprises a tension spring, the tension spring and the second sheet body of the movable spring are positioned on the same side of the yoke, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected with the armature and the yoke; the static spring is arranged on the base or the coil rack.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the bending part is hollow and arched, so that the flexibility and the length of the movable spring can be increased, and the action amplitude of the movable spring is reduced; the action force point of the second sheet body on the yoke is not overlapped with the fixed point, and is staggered in the width direction of the yoke, so that the fixed point of the second sheet body on the yoke can not be concentrated on stress when the movable spring piece acts, and the part of the movable spring on the fixed point of the yoke is not easy to fatigue fracture. Thus, the dynamic spring of the present invention can achieve long durability.

2. The bending part comprises a plurality of long strips which are distributed in parallel at intervals, so that the bending part of the movable spring can be as narrow as possible under the condition of ensuring the current-carrying capacity, and the flexibility of the movable spring is further increased. Particularly, the long strip is in an arc shape, so that the movable spring can be longest under the condition of space allowance, the action amplitude of the movable spring is further reduced, and the long durability of the movable spring is further improved.

3. The second sheet body comprises a force application part and fixing parts, and each strip sheet and the fixing parts are positioned on the same side of the force application part, so that the fixing parts do not additionally occupy the length space of the movable spring, the length of the strip sheets can be lengthened as much as possible, and the action amplitude of the movable spring is reduced to the greatest extent.

4. The fixed part and the force application part form a Chinese character 'shan', a gap is formed between the fixed part and the left side and the right side of the force application part, and the force application part can tilt when the movable spring acts, so that the pulling buffer effect is achieved, and the position where the fixed point of the movable spring is located is further ensured not to be prone to fatigue fracture.
