Technical Field

The invention relates to the technology in the field of dish washing machines, in particular to a dish washing machine with a rotary spray arm.

Background

The spray device is one of the key parts of the dish washer, and the structural design of the spray device directly influences the washing capacity and the washing efficiency of the dish washer.

Most of spraying devices of the existing dish washing machines adopt a single-arm multi-nozzle structure and are generally divided into two types, wherein a plurality of nozzles are arrayed on a spraying arm in one type, and nozzles with different spraying angles are intensively arranged on two sides of the spraying arm in the other type. The two types of spray arms are mainly rotated in a water flow driving mode, and the cleaning capability is poor.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the dish washing machine with the rotary spray arm, the spray arm and the dish basket respectively rotate, and the tableware is covered and cleaned by adopting high-pressure water through the compound motion of the spray arm and the dish basket.

The dishwasher comprises a machine body, wherein the machine body is provided with a rotary barrel assembly and a fixed seat, a dishwasher cover body is rotatably arranged on the fixed seat, and the dishwasher cover body is arranged corresponding to the rotary barrel assembly;

the rotary barrel component comprises a driving motor and a rotary barrel, the driving motor is in transmission connection with the rotary barrel, and a bowl basket is placed in the rotary barrel;

corresponding to the bowl basket, a spraying component is arranged below the rotary barrel and/or on the cover body of the dish-washing machine; the spraying assembly comprises a spraying arm, the spraying arm is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the spraying arm, and the rotating shaft of the spraying arm is connected with a driving motor in a transmission manner.

A spraying component is arranged corresponding to the cover body of the dish washing machine, and a rotating shaft of the spraying arm is in transmission connection with a driving motor through a belt transmission component; correspondingly, the fixed seat is provided with a water inlet communicated with the spray arm, and the water inlet is communicated with the high-pressure water pump through a pipeline; the dishwasher cover comprises a cover plate, a fixing plate, an upper cover body and a lower cover body which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, a space ring is arranged between the cover plate and the fixing plate, a first cavity is formed by the separation of the space ring, and a second cavity is formed by the assembly of the upper cover body and the lower cover body; a water inlet pipe is arranged in the second cavity, and the water inlet pipe extends out of the second cavity to be communicated with the water inlet and the rotating shaft of the spray arm; a waterproof sealing shaft sleeve is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the spray arm through a bearing and is fixedly connected with the fixed plate; one end of a rotating shaft of the spraying arm extends into the first cavity, a belt pulley is arranged in the first cavity, the belt pulley is sleeved on the rotating shaft of the spraying arm, and a belt in transmission connection with a driving motor is sleeved on the belt pulley; the driving motor and the spraying arm are arranged on the same side of the dishwasher cover body, the driving motor is sleeved with a waterproof cover, and the waterproof cover is fixedly connected with the fixing plate.

Preferably, a spraying component is arranged corresponding to the rotary barrel, and a rotating shaft of the spraying arm is in transmission connection with the driving motor through a speed reducer; correspondingly, a water inlet communicated with the spray arm is formed in the machine body, the water inlet is communicated with the high-pressure water pump through a pipeline, a water inlet rod is connected to the water inlet and is communicated with the spray arm rotating shaft, and a waterproof sealing shaft sleeve is sleeved on the spray arm rotating shaft through a bearing.

Preferably, a detergent spraying assembly is further arranged and comprises a detergent storage tank, a pressure pump and a detergent spray rod, wherein the detergent spray rod is arranged above and/or below the rotary barrel and is connected with the pressure pump through a pipeline, and the pressure pump is connected with the detergent storage tank.

Technical effects

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:

1) the spraying arm and the dish basket respectively rotate, and the tableware is covered and cleaned through the compound movement of the spraying arm and the dish basket, so that the cleaning capability of the dish washing machine is improved;

2) each spraying assembly can be controlled through the electromagnetic valve respectively, so that the energy consumption is reduced to the maximum extent, the efficiency is improved, and different washing requirements are met.
