when the ambulance cot moves into the carriage to cause the fixed support 15 to touch the pressure sensor, the pressure sensor transmits a signal sensed by the pressure sensor to the controller, the controller controls the first cylinder 22 to operate, and the two clamping jaws 21 move relatively to clamp the fixed support 15, so that the bed body 10 is fixed;

when the ambulance cot needs to be moved out of the carriage, the driving motor 33 works to drive the screw rod to rotate, so as to drive the slide carriage 32 to move along the driving track; when the moving wheels 12 positioned on the front side of the bed body 10 move out of the carriage or in the moving process, the controller controls the second air cylinder 41 connected with the stretching rod 42 to extend, and the second air cylinder 41 not connected with the stretching rod 42 contracts, so that the wheel support frame 13 rotates towards the other direction of the bed surface support 11, the moving wheels 12 on the front side of the bed body 10 touch the ground first, and the unstable situation of the wheels in the moving process of the ambulance cot is reduced; then, the moving wheels 12 positioned at the rear side of the bed body 10 repeat the operation until the front and rear groups of moving wheels 12 touch the ground, and at the moment, the ambulance cot is basically stable; at this time, the driving motor 33 stops working, and the first cylinder 22 is operated, so that the two clamping jaws 21 move back and forth to loosen the fixed support 15, namely, loosen the bed body 10; the ambulance cot prevents the ambulance cot from shaking or moving in the driving process of an ambulance or at the moment of driving the ambulance, plays a role in protecting a patient, and improves the safety of the ambulance cot in the using process; the speed of the ambulance cot moving out of the ambulance is also controlled to prevent the ambulance cot from sliding too fast and medical personnel from not holding the ambulance cot steady.
