Technical Field

The invention relates to a badminton, in particular to an artificial feather for a badminton.

Background

Shuttlecocks have been around 200 years old since their inception. The traditional badminton is generally characterized in that 16 feathers are inserted on a badminton head, then two coils are wound, and then glue is added for reinforcement. The feather is natural feather of goose and duck. The natural feather has unique flight characteristic and comfortable use feeling due to the unique biological characteristics of the manufactured badminton. However, natural feathers also present some problems: firstly, because the source is limited, the purchase price is continuously increased, so that the manufacturing cost of the badminton is increased; secondly, because the biological property, specification and size of natural feather are difficult to unify, even if screening and processing are carried out before manufacturing the badminton, the deviation still exists.

In view of this, artificial feather shuttlecocks have begun to emerge. The simplest way is to mount the skirt integrally formed on the ball head. The integrally formed ball skirt is designed into an approximate round table shape with the integrated feather enclosing, and is provided with vent holes in various forms. This form of artificial shuttlecock, although very low cost, is totally different from the feel of conventional shuttlecocks in use, and is typically a recreational ball for outdoor use. The method is closer to the traditional badminton, which is to manufacture single artificial feather according to the shape of the natural feather sheet of the traditional badminton and then manufacture the artificial feather badminton according to the manufacturing process of the natural feather badminton.

The badminton combined by the single artificial feather needs to be relatively thin due to the gram weight limit of the badminton, and the rod for supporting the blades is relatively thin. When the badminton is hit, the artificial feather end which is suspended away from the coil is easy to deform, so that the artificial feather end cannot be regularly sequenced in a certain direction in the flying process of the badminton, and the flying of the badminton is unstable. Therefore, it is necessary to lock the blades of two adjacent artificial feathers. The existing method is that a plurality of artificial feathers are enclosed firstly, and then the enclosed artificial feathers are sewn by threads to form 1-2 locking coils. On the one hand, the spindle coil is inconvenient to process, and on the other hand, the spindle coil is not fixed by glue, so that the thread knots of the locking coil are easy to slide, and further the locked feather leaves are driven to deviate from the positions, so that the feather tips of the artificial feathers of the badminton cannot be on the same circumference, and the consistency of the badminton is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an artificial feather which is convenient for locking a pinna when a badminton crown is assembled.

The invention comprises a feather rod and a feather sheet. The feather is provided with a plurality of airflow holes which are distributed on two sides of the feather rod. The eccentric position of the pinna is provided with a barb, and the head of the barb is in an arrow shape.

Furthermore, the pinna is provided with a splicing hole, and the splicing hole and the barb are positioned at the same height of the pinna and are respectively arranged on two half sides of the pinna.

Furthermore, the hair pole, the feather sheet and the barbs are integrally formed, and an injection molding mode is generally adopted.

Furthermore, the barb is arranged on the edge of one side of the feather piece. Furthermore, the included angle alpha between the central axis of the barb and the plane of the pinna is 0-67.5 degrees.

Further, the barbs are arranged on the plane surface of the feather piece. Furthermore, the included angle beta between the central axis of the barb and the plane of the pinna is 60-90 degrees.

Furthermore, the airflow holes are in the shape of long strips, circles, rectangles or triangles.

Furthermore, the total area of the airflow holes positioned at the two sides of the feather rod is different; the airflow holes at one side of the feather rod are non-uniformly distributed.

The artificial feathers are manufactured into the badminton according to the traditional manufacturing process, in the manufacturing process or after being manufactured into a ball, the barb of one artificial feather is inserted into the airflow hole or the inserting hole of the other adjacent artificial feather, and thus, the feathers of a plurality of artificial feathers are mutually locked through the barb in sequence. The invention has the advantages of one-step forming, simple and stable structure, high production efficiency, convenient and fast subsequent manufacturing of the spherical cap, completely identical shape of the plurality of artificial feathers, hooking of the two artificial feathers through the barbs, consistent length and uniform position of the barbs, and good consistency of the manufactured shuttlecocks.
