The wax-painting tool of the present embodiment further comprises a pen bottom cap 3 for resealing the intelligent pen cap 1.

Referring to fig. 7, a structure diagram of a silica gel constant temperature wax melting pot used with a wax drawing tool includes a wax melting pot 25, a pressure-extrudable wax melting pot cover 23 fixed on the top of the wax melting pot 25, a magnetic force sealing pot opening 24 for sealing the periphery of a main body of the wax melting pot 25, a power switch 26 positioned on the pot body of the wax melting pot 25, and a wax conveying pipe 27 communicated with the wax inlet 8 and arranged on one side of the wax melting pot 25 for conveying wax liquid.

The use method of the painting wax tool for the wax printing process comprises the following steps:

step 1, installing a pen point 15: inserting the pen point 15 into the lower end of the visual pen body;

step 2, setting a constant temperature which is between 80 and 95 ℃;

step 3, preparing wax blocks, wax powder or wax liquid, and opening the intelligent pen cap 1 to fill the wax blocks or the wax powder;

step 4, a power supply is switched on through a power supply interface of the power line 22, and a switch is turned on for heating; or directly inputting the wax liquid into the wax drawing tool;

step 5, turning on a switch to heat the beeswax until the temperature is 90 ℃ or above 90 ℃, carrying out real-time custom adjustment on the temperature of the wax liquid according to the temperature value prompted by a temperature display window 7 by double-clicking a temperature adjustment heating switch 9, adjusting the specific temperature on the upper side and the lower side of the temperature adjustment heating switch 9, setting the temperature of the wax liquid in the crayon drawing to be 95 ℃, and heating the wax liquid at any time when the temperature of the wax liquid displayed by a display screen is lower than the set temperature;

step 6, performing wax drawing, wherein when the wax liquid is lower than the red line of the transparent window in the wax drawing process, the display screen flickers in a red screen to give a prompt;

step 7, replacing the pen point 15, horizontally placing or inverting the pen holder of the visual pen body, pulling down the pen point to be replaced, and inserting a new pen point;

and 8, stopping wax drawing, horizontally placing the larger side of the plane area of the visual pen body of the wax drawing tool downwards, wherein the visual pen body is provided with a concave inner cavity, so that the residual wax liquid is concentrated on the abdomen of the visual pen body and cannot be cooled at the pen head and the pen cap, and the residual wax liquid does not need to be separately cleaned after the wax drawing is stopped every time and cannot be used next time.

The wax drawing tool is in a pen shape, the upper end of the pen is provided with an integrated silica gel pen cover, the built-in circuit board, the temperature sensor and the cover surface are provided with air exhaust holes, the upper end of the pen cover is provided with a temperature display screen, and the connection part of the pen cover and the pen body is of an openable structure; the pen cap is opened, the pen body is leaked, the upper end of the pen body is provided with a wax inlet, the inner wall of the pen body is fixed with a heating rod, the upper end of the outer side of the pen body is provided with a heating switch, and the side surface of the pen body is provided with a liquid observation window which is double-layer high-temperature resistant tempered glass; the pen body adopts a similar heat preservation principle, is of a one-step forming stainless steel vacuum structure, and has a silica gel layer on the outer side, comfortable hand feeling, heat insulation and skid resistance; the nib is the design of placeing formula, removable nib, and inner wall and ball are stainless steel, and the outside is PVC material or the silica gel material that has certain toughness. The use mode of the crayon is similar to that of a marker pen, and the holding method of the crayon is the same as that of other pens, so that the crayon is convenient and simple; the use method is simple, the applicable crowd is wider, the efficiency and the accuracy of pattern drawing can be obviously improved, and the operation process is safer and more environment-friendly.
