1. A rubber hose is characterized by comprising a reinforcing layer, an inner liner layer arranged on the inner side of the reinforcing layer and a protective layer arranged on the outer side of the reinforcing layer;

the inner liner layer and the protective layer are respectively prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of nitrile rubber, 20-40 parts of polyurethane elastomer, 10-20 parts of liquid nitrile rubber, 5-30 parts of white carbon black, 3-10 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts of stearic acid, 2-10 parts of resorcinol, 2-6 parts of adhesive, 0.5-2 parts of accelerator DM, 0.5-2 parts of accelerator CZ and 0.8-2.5 parts of sulfur.

2. The rubber hose of claim 1, wherein the inner liner layer and the protective layer are made by blending; according to the mass percentage, 0.5 to 2 percent of compatilizer is added in the blending process; the compatilizer is selected from one of maleic anhydride modified SEBE, SEBS and CPE.

3. A rubber hose according to claim 1, wherein the liquid nitrile rubber has an acrylonitrile content in the range of 30% to 34%.

4. The rubber hose of claim 1, wherein the adhesive is a melamine formaldehyde resin.

5. The rubber hose of claim 1, wherein the reinforcing layer is made of synthetic fibers.

6. The rubber hose of claim 4, wherein the synthetic fiber is selected from one of nylon, polyester and aramid.

7. The rubber hose according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the thickness of the inner liner layer and the thickness of the protective layer are both in the range of 0.9 to 2 mm.

8. A method for manufacturing a rubber hose according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:

s1: preparing an alloy: preheating an internal mixer, sequentially adding a polyurethane elastomer and nitrile rubber into the preheated internal mixer, uniformly mixing, then discharging, and cooling to obtain an alloy;

s2: adding the alloy, liquid nitrile rubber, white carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid and resorcinol into an internal mixer, raising the temperature of the internal mixer to a discharging temperature, discharging, filtering rubber, adding an adhesive, an accelerator DM, an accelerator CZ and sulfur, and discharging to obtain rubber strips;

s3: weaving synthetic fibers into a cylindrical shape to obtain a reinforced layer;

s4: extruding and molding the woven layer and the adhesive tape in the same die, forming a protective layer on the outer side of the reinforcing layer, and forming an inner lining layer on the inner side of the reinforcing layer to obtain a semi-finished hose;

s5: and cooling and vulcanizing the semi-finished hose to obtain the rubber hose.

9. The method of manufacturing a rubber hose according to claim 8, wherein the temperature of the preheating in step S1 is in the range of 140 ℃ to 150 ℃; a compatibilizer is also added in step S1.

10. The method of claim 8, wherein the discharge temperature in step S2 is in the range of 120 ℃ to 160 ℃.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of rubber pipelines, in particular to a rubber hose and a manufacturing method thereof.

Background

The rubber hose is suitable for the transportation engineering of industries such as remote transportation, forest fire fighting, coal mines, petroleum and chemical engineering, the ground of an operation site of the application places is uneven, the existing rubber hose is poor in abrasive resistance, and the rubber hose is dragged in the places to be easily abraded, so that the service life of a product is shortened.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention solves the problem that the prior rubber hose has poor wear resistance.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a rubber hose, which includes a reinforcement layer, an inner liner layer disposed inside the reinforcement layer, and a protective layer disposed outside the reinforcement layer;

the inner liner layer and the protective layer are respectively prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of nitrile rubber, 20-40 parts of polyurethane elastomer, 10-20 parts of liquid nitrile rubber, 5-30 parts of white carbon black, 3-10 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5-2 parts of stearic acid, 2-10 parts of resorcinol, 2-6 parts of adhesive, 0.5-2 parts of accelerator DM, 0.5-2 parts of accelerator CZ and 0.8-2.5 parts of sulfur.

This application is through regard as the softener with liquid nitrile rubber, can avoid using traditional softener in rubber hose's manufacturing process, thereby avoid the softener to separate out from the rubber hose finished product, the existence of traditional softener still can be avoided simultaneously, make rubber hose take out because of the softener at resistant oily in-process and make rubber hose harden, thereby make the existence of softener influence rubber hose's performance, influence its life.

This application improves the intensity of inner liner and inoxidizing coating through adding white carbon black as the reinforcing agent to improve rubber hose's wear resistance, prolong its life.

In addition, zinc oxide, stearic acid, resorcinol, an adhesive, an accelerator DM, an accelerator CZ and sulfur are added as auxiliary agents, the auxiliary agents are combined with nitrile rubber, a polyurethane elastomer, liquid nitrile rubber and the like, the content of each component is reasonably set, so that the abrasion resistance of the rubber hose is enhanced through reaction, combination and mutual synergistic action among the components, the heat resistance and the rubber hose stiffness are greatly improved, the puncture resistance of the rubber hose is improved to a certain extent, meanwhile, the product is good in flexibility, easy to lay and convey, the manufactured rubber hose can be used for oil and water transportation and other liquid media and gas media, and the application range is expanded.

Optionally, the inner liner layer and the protective layer are made by blending; according to the mass percentage, 0.5 to 2 percent of compatilizer is added in the blending process; the compatilizer is selected from one of maleic anhydride modified SEBE, SEBS and CPE.

The nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and the polyurethane elastomer (TPU) are blended, and the compatilizer is added in the blending process to improve the compatibility of the nitrile-butadiene rubber and the polyurethane elastomer, so that the stability of the performance of the lining layer and the protective layer is improved.

Optionally, the content of acrylonitrile in the liquid nitrile rubber ranges from 30% to 34%.

The liquid nitrile rubber in the application refers to nitrile rubber with small molecular weight, the nitrile rubber with small molecular weight is liquid at normal temperature, and the liquid nitrile rubber is added to serve as a softening agent so as to increase the plasticity of rubber materials.

Optionally, the binder is a melamine formaldehyde resin.

Optionally, the material of the reinforcing layer is synthetic fiber.

Optionally, the synthetic fiber is selected from one of nylon, terylene and aramid fiber.

Optionally, the thickness ranges of the inner liner layer and the protective layer are both 0.9-2 mm.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a rubber hose as described above, comprising the steps of:

s1: preparing an alloy: preheating an internal mixer, sequentially adding a polyurethane elastomer and nitrile rubber into the preheated internal mixer, uniformly mixing, then discharging, and cooling to obtain an alloy;

s2: adding the alloy, liquid nitrile rubber, white carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid and resorcinol into an internal mixer, raising the temperature of the internal mixer to a discharging temperature, discharging, filtering rubber, adding an adhesive, an accelerator DM, an accelerator CZ and sulfur, and discharging to obtain rubber strips;

s3: weaving synthetic fibers into a cylindrical shape to obtain a reinforced layer;

s4: extruding and molding the woven layer and the adhesive tape in the same die, forming a protective layer on the outer side of the reinforcing layer, and forming an inner lining layer on the inner side of the reinforcing layer to obtain a semi-finished hose;

s5: and cooling and vulcanizing the semi-finished hose to obtain the rubber hose.

Firstly, polyurethane elastomer and nitrile rubber are blended through a preheated internal mixer to obtain NBR/TPU alloy, then the obtained NBR/TPU alloy is mixed with liquid nitrile rubber, white carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid and resorcinol in the internal mixer, so that the softening performance and the lubricating property of the rubber material are improved by adding the liquid nitrile rubber, and meanwhile, the strength and other performances of the rubber material are improved by adding assistants such as white carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid, resorcinol and the like; after rubber filtering, adding a bonding agent, an accelerator DM, an accelerator CZ and sulfur to further improve the performance of the rubber strip; according to the method, the raw materials are added step by step, so that on one hand, the method is beneficial to fully mixing various raw materials, and the stability of the product performance is improved; on the other hand, the occurrence of side reactions can be reduced so as not to affect the performance of the strip due to the occurrence of side reactions.

The method comprises the steps of weaving synthetic fibers into a cylindrical shape to obtain a tube blank of the rubber hose; and in the weaving process, the synthetic fiber filaments are woven by a circular weaving machine according to the designed working pressure.

Further carrying out extrusion molding on the reinforcing layer obtained by weaving and the prepared adhesive tape through an extrusion die, so that the prepared adhesive tape forms an inner lining layer on the inner layer of the reinforcing layer and forms a protective layer on the outer layer of the reinforcing layer; and further vulcanizing to enable each rubber component to perform a crosslinking reaction to form a three-dimensional net structure, so that the performance of the rubber hose is improved, namely the rubber hose can be obtained, and then the obtained rubber hose can be cut, rolled and the like according to needs.

In the vulcanization process, the liquid nitrile rubber added as a softening agent is also subjected to a crosslinking reaction to form a three-dimensional net structure with the nitrile rubber and the polyurethane elastomer, so that the nitrile rubber and the polyurethane elastomer are prevented from being separated out from the rubber hose.

The specific processes of cooling, vulcanizing, cutting, rolling and the like are all conventional processes, and the processes are not limited too much herein.

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a rubber hose, which has the advantages that the required raw materials are common and easily available, the manufacturing process is simple, the wear resistance, the heat resistance and the rubber hose stiffness of the manufactured rubber hose are greatly improved, the puncture resistance of the rubber hose is improved to a certain extent, meanwhile, the product has good flexibility and is easy to lay and convey, so that the manufactured rubber hose can be used for oil conveying, water conveying and other liquid media and gas media conveying, and the application range is expanded.

Optionally, the temperature range of the preheating in the step S1 is 140 ℃ to 150 ℃; a compatibilizer is also added in step S.

In order to avoid that the nitrile rubber and the polyurethane elastomer cannot be fully mixed due to too low temperature and avoid that the nitrile rubber and the polyurethane elastomer are affected in rubber performance and further the properties of the manufactured rubber hose are affected due to too high temperature, the preheating temperature range in the step S1 is preferably 140-150 ℃.

Further, in order to improve the compatibility between the nitrile rubber and the polyurethane elastomer, a compatibilizer may be added in step S1 to improve the stability of the rubber hose.

Optionally, the temperature of the discharging temperature in the step S2 is 120-160 ℃

Compared with the prior art, the wear-resistant hose provided by the invention has the following advantages:

according to the rubber hose provided by the invention, through the reaction, combination and mutual synergistic effect among the nitrile rubber, the polyurethane elastomer, the liquid nitrile rubber and a series of auxiliaries, the wear resistance of the rubber hose is enhanced, the heat resistance and the rubber hose stiffness are greatly improved, the puncture resistance of the rubber hose is improved to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the product has good flexibility and is easy to lay and convey, so that the manufactured rubber hose can be used for oil and water transportation and other liquid media and gas media, and the application range is expanded.
