Detailed Description

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.

As shown in fig. 1 to 16, the invention is a low bath ratio dip-type feather down washing device and a washing method, which realize the circulating spraying of the washing liquid, and the down has the functions of automatic rolling and repeated scrubbing, so that the washing efficiency is higher and the washing effect is better.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 16, the washing machine comprises a lower box base 1, a bottom plate 2, a washing barrel 3, an outer barrel 4, a water supply and drainage system 5, a stirring system 6 and a high-pressure spraying system 7, wherein the bottom plate 2 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the lower box base 1, the lower end of the washing barrel 3 is fixedly connected with the upper end face of the bottom plate 2, the lower end of the outer barrel 4 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the bottom plate 2, the outer barrel 4 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the washing barrel 3, the water supply and drainage system 5 is communicated with the washing barrel 3, the stirring system 6 is connected with the lower box base 1 and the bottom plate 2, and the high-pressure spraying system 7 is connected with the outer;

as shown in fig. 1, a motor plate 10 is arranged on the side wall of the lower box base 1, a shaft seat 11 is arranged in the lower box base 1, and a bearing bush cover 12 is arranged on the shaft seat 11;

as shown in fig. 1, a water inlet 20 and a water outlet 21 are provided on the bottom plate 2, and a hemispherical mesh enclosure is provided on the water inlet 20 and the water outlet 21;

as shown in fig. 1, the washing drum 3 is a cylindrical drum type with micropores;

as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of circulating water ports 40 are formed in the circumferential direction of the lower end of the outer cylinder 4, and an inverted circular truncated cone feeding port 41 is formed in the upper end of the outer cylinder 4.

As shown in fig. 1, the water supply and drainage system 5 comprises a first water pump 50, an external water source inlet pipe 51, a water outlet pipe 52 and a drainage pipe 53, wherein the first water pump 50 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the lower box base 1, the external water source inlet pipe 51 is connected with a water inlet of the first water pump 50, one end of the water outlet pipe 52 is connected with a water outlet of the first water pump 50, the other end of the water outlet pipe 52 is communicated with a water inlet 20, and the drainage pipe 53 is communicated with a drainage outlet 21.

As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, the stirring system 6 is composed of a motor 60, a speed reducer 61, a main shaft 62, a center base 63, a first rotating shaft 64, a second rotating shaft 65, a third rotating shaft 66, a fourth rotating shaft 67, a first blade 6-1, a second blade 6-2, a third blade 6-3 and a fourth blade 6-4, the motor 60 is tightly connected with the motor plate 10, the speed reducer 61 is connected with the output end of the motor 60, the output shaft of the speed reducer 61 is connected with the main shaft 62 through a coupling, the end of the main shaft 62 is provided with an outer end face gear 62-1 and an inner end face gear 62-2, the center base 63 is tightly connected with the middle part of the base plate 2, the first rotating shaft 64 penetrates through the center base 63 and is rotatably connected with the center base 63, the second rotating shaft 65 penetrates through the first rotating shaft 64, and rotate with pivot 64 and be connected, pivot three 66 passes two 65 of pivot, and rotates with two 65 of pivot and be connected, pivot four 67 passes three 65 of pivot, and rotates with three 65 of pivot and be connected, paddle 6-1 and pivot 64 upper end fastening connection, paddle two 6-2 and two 65 upper end fastening connection of pivot, paddle three 6-3 and three 66 upper end fastening connection of pivot, paddle four 6-4 and four 67 upper end fastening connection of pivot.

As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, a first gear 64-1 is arranged at the lower end of the first rotating shaft 64, and a first shaft shoulder 64-2 is arranged at the upper end of the first rotating shaft 64; the lower end of the second rotating shaft 65 is provided with a second gear 65-1, and the upper end of the second rotating shaft is provided with a second shaft shoulder 65-2; the lower end of the rotating shaft III 66 is provided with a gear III 66-1, and the upper end of the rotating shaft III 66 is provided with a shaft shoulder III 66-2; the lower end of the rotating shaft IV 67 is provided with a gear IV 67-1, and the upper end of the rotating shaft IV 67 is provided with a shaft shoulder IV 67-2; the outer face gear 62-1 is simultaneously meshed with gear one 64-1 and gear four 67-1, and the inner face gear 62-2 is simultaneously meshed with gear two 65-1 and gear three 66-1.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 13 and 14, the high pressure spray system 7 is composed of a circular through pipe 70, a second water pump 71, a spray pipe 72, a multi-outlet joint 73 and a high pressure spray header 74, wherein a plurality of hemispherical joints 70-1 are arranged on the circular through pipe 70 in the circumferential direction, the hemispherical joints 70-1 are communicated and connected with the circulating water port 40, a filter screen is arranged on the circulating water port 40, the second water pump 71 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the outer cylinder 4, the water inlet of the second water pump 71 is communicated and connected with the circular through pipe 70, the spray pipe 72 is communicated and connected with the water outlet of the second water pump 71, the multi-outlet joint 73 is connected with the end of the spray pipe 72, the high pressure spray header 74 is fixedly connected with the upper end of the outer cylinder 4, and the multi-outlet joint 73 is connected with.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the spraying positions below the high-pressure spray header 74 are the inner side of the water washing cylinder 3 and the outer sides of the four paddles 6-4.

As shown in fig. 15, a water tank 75 is provided at the upper end of the outer cylinder 4, the shower pipe 72 is connected to the water tank 75, and a pressure pump 76 is provided on the water tank 75.

A water washing method of a low bath ratio dip-type feather down water washing device specifically comprises the following steps,

the method comprises the following steps: firstly, starting a first water pump 50 in the water supply and drainage system 5, closing a sewage discharge pipe 53, adding clean water into the washing cylinder 3 through an external water source inlet pipe 51 and an outlet pipe 52, and closing the first water pump 50;

step two: respectively adding a degreasing agent, a detergent, a deodorant and a bactericide into clear water;

step three: starting a motor 60, driving an outer end face gear 62-1 and an inner end face gear 62-2 to simultaneously rotate by the motor 60 through a speed reducer 61 and a main shaft 62, driving a gear I64-1 and a gear II 65-1 to clockwise rotate, driving a gear III 66-1 and a gear IV 67-1 to anticlockwise rotate, driving a blade I6-1 to clockwise rotate by a rotating shaft I64, driving a blade II 6-2 to clockwise rotate by a rotating shaft II 65, driving a blade III 6-3 to anticlockwise rotate by a rotating shaft III 66, driving a blade IV 6-4 to anticlockwise rotate by a rotating shaft IV 67, and uniformly stirring the degreasing agent, the detergent, the deodorant, the bactericide and clean water;

step four: adding down raw materials to be washed into the washing cylinder 3 from a material inlet 41 of the inverted round table, and stirring and dispersing the added down raw materials to be washed;

step five: starting a second water pump 71 in the high-pressure spraying system 7, pumping the washing liquid in the washing cylinder 3 to a high-pressure spraying head 74 through a circular through pipe 70 by the second water pump 71 through a spraying pipe 72, vertically and downwards washing down the down feather raw material to be washed by the high-pressure spraying head 74, clockwise stirring by a first lower-layer blade 6-1 and a second blade 6-2 of the stirring system 6, and anticlockwise stirring by a third upper-layer blade 6-3 and a fourth blade 6-4 to realize scrubbing of the down feather raw material to be washed;

step six: the motor 60 and the second water pump 71 are closed, and the sewage discharge pipe 53 is opened;

step seven: the hemispherical mesh enclosure on the water outlet 21 is opened, the sewage discharge pipe 53 is connected with the suction fan, and the down feather raw material washed in the washing barrel 3 is sucked out for dehydration.
