Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of windows, and more particularly relates to a rotary window.

Background

The window is used for indoor ventilation and lighting, most of the traditional windows are push-pull type windows capable of being opened in two directions, and the design brings inconvenience that only half of the windows can realize the ventilation function, so that the use efficiency is reduced, and certain influence is caused on the indoor environment; when people clean the window, the window facing to the outdoor side is difficult to clean, sanitary dead corners are easy to generate, and the people need to extend the body out of the window for operation, so that certain dangerousness is realized.

Therefore, how to solve the problem that most of the existing windows can be opened in a bidirectional mode, only half of the windows can be ventilated, and the windows are not easy to scrub and are easy to generate sanitary dead angles is a key technical problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the problems in the related art at least to a certain extent, the present application aims to provide a rotating window which can solve the problem that most of the existing windows can be opened in two directions, and only half of the windows can be ventilated and are not easy to scrub and easily generate sanitary dead corners.

Preferably, each of the upper rotating member and the lower rotating member includes a bottom plate fixedly connected to the window frame and a connecting member connected to the window sash, and the connecting member is connected to the bottom plate through a bearing so that the connecting member can rotate relative to the bottom plate.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides a rotating window, which includes a window frame 1 and a window sash 2 matched with the window frame 1, wherein the window sash 2 is rotatably connected in the window frame 1 through a rotating member, that is, the window sash 2 can rotate in the window frame 1, so as to open and close the window.

As shown in fig. 1, the rotating member includes an upper rotating member 3 and a lower rotating member 4, the upper rotating member 3 is disposed at the top end of the window sash 2 to connect the top end of the window sash 2 with the top end of the window frame 1, the lower rotating member 4 is disposed at the bottom end of the window sash 2 to connect the bottom end of the window sash 2 with the bottom end of the window frame 1, and the upper rotating member 3 and the lower rotating member 4 are both located on a central axis of the window sash 2, so that the window sash 2 can rotate around its central axis by 360 degrees. In this way, the user can adjust the opening angle of the window sash 2 as desired to adjust the desired ventilation area. When the window sash 2 is rotated to be perpendicular to the plane of the window frame 1 (i.e. when the window sash 2 is rotated by 90 degrees or 270 degrees), the ventilation area is the largest, and the shielding width of the window sash 2 to the space surrounded by the window frame 1 is the thickness of the window sash 2.

In this embodiment, each of the upper rotating member 3 and the lower rotating member 4 includes a bottom plate 10 and a connecting member, the bottom plate 10 is fixedly installed on the window frame 1, the connecting member is used for connecting with the window sash 2, and the connecting member is connected with the bottom plate 10 through a bearing 9, so that the connecting member can rotate relative to the bottom plate 10, and thus, the relative rotation between the window sash 2 and the window frame 1 is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 3, the connecting member includes a first connecting member 7 and a second connecting member 8, the first connecting member 7 and the second connecting member 8 are disposed opposite to each other, a gap is left between the first connecting member 7 and the second connecting member 8 for the edge of the window sash 2 to be embedded, and the width of the gap is the same as the thickness of the window sash 2, so that the window sash 2 can be clamped by the first connecting member 7 and the second connecting member 8, and the connecting member is fixedly connected to the window sash 2.

It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 5-7, the connecting element may be fixedly connected with the outer ring of the bearing 9, and the bottom plate 10 may be fixedly connected with the inner ring of the bearing 9, specifically, the first connecting element 7 and the second connecting element 8 are respectively fixedly connected with two opposite ends of the outer ring of the bearing 9.

In a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a lock is disposed on the lower rotating member 4 for the convenience of operation of a user.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-7, the lock includes a slot 11 disposed on the bottom plate 10 and a lock rod 5 disposed in the first connecting piece 7 and/or the second connecting piece 8, the upper and lower ends of the first connecting piece 7 and/or the second connecting piece 8 are both provided with through holes for the lock rod 5 to pass through, the two through holes are disposed oppositely, and the axis is perpendicular to the bottom plate 10, the lock rod 5 can move up and down in the through holes, the bottom end of the lock rod 5 can extend into the slot 11, when the bottom end of the lock rod 5 extends into the slot 11, the lock rod 5 is matched with the slot 11, and the rotation of the connecting pieces can be limited, so that the window sash 2 is locked on the window frame 1.

It should be noted that the length of the lock rod 5 is greater than the sum of the height of the bearing 9 and the distance between the two through holes, so that when the bottom end of the lock rod 5 extends into the clamping groove 11, the rest of the lock rod 5 can be connected with the first connecting piece 7 or the second connecting piece 8, and the window sash 2 is locked on the window frame 1.

The lockset also comprises a limiting pipe 12, the limiting pipe 12 is arranged between the two through holes, and the lock rod 5 is positioned in the limiting pipe 12 and can move up and down in the limiting pipe 12. Here, the elastic member 17 may be a spring, and the stopper protrusion 18 may be an annular protrusion.

When the limiting rod 15 is located in the notch 13, the top end of the elastic element 17 contacts with the limiting protrusion 18, and the elastic element 17 is compressed, so that the limiting rod 15 is pressed by the elastic element 17 to be tightly pressed on the bottom wall of the notch 13, thereby preventing the limiting rod 15 from being separated from the notch 13.

In addition, in order to facilitate grasping and operating the lock lever 5, a limit ball 16 is provided at the tip of the lock lever 5, and the diameter of the limit ball 16 is larger than that of the through hole.

In another preferred solution of this embodiment, the rotating window further includes a screen window rotatably connected to the window frame 1, as shown in fig. 4, the screen window includes a first screen window 19 and a second screen window 20 which can be opened in a split manner, when the first screen window 19 and the second screen window 20 are closed, a distance between the first screen window 19 and the second screen window 20 is the same as a thickness of the window sash 2, so that when the window sash 2 is completely opened, the first screen window 19 and the second screen window 20 can sandwich the window sash 2 to completely cover the ventilation space, and prevent the outdoor winged insects and the like from entering the room. When the first screen 19 and the second screen 20 are fully opened, the interval between the first screen 19 and the second screen 20 is equal to the width of the window frame 1, so that the first screen 19 and the second screen 20 do not hinder the rotation of the window sash 2.

As shown in fig. 1, the soundproof felt 6 is attached to the edge of the window sash 2, thereby improving the sealing property and the soundproof property of the present rotary window. And, a soundproof wool top is attached to edges of the first screen 19 and the second screen 20 to improve the sealing property of the joints of the first screen 19 and the second screen 20 with the window sash 2.

The rotary window can be used as a ground glass window for viewing, and can also be used as an entrance.

It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like, as used herein, are not intended to limit the specific order, but merely to distinguish one element or function from another. The terms "horizontal", "vertical", "up" and "down" are used when the rotating window is in the setting state as shown in fig. 2 or fig. 3.
