An annular crushing mounting seat 29 is arranged on the annular inner wall of the annular outer frame 17, a plurality of mounting holes are uniformly formed in the annular inner wall of the crushing mounting seat 29, hydraulic jacking drill rods 19 are respectively mounted in the mounting holes, and the hydraulic jacking drill rods 19 are connected with hydraulic cylinders located on the inner side. The hydraulic plug drill 19 is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the hydraulic plug drill 19 slowly moves towards the center of the annular outer frame 17 under the action of the inner hydraulic cylinder and generates strong hydraulic crushing force. The hydraulic jacking borers 19 in different directions can hydraulically crush the notches of the concrete pile head 30 which are annularly grooved at the same time, so that a good crushing effect is achieved.

In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic drill-rod 19 faces the annular notch formed in the concrete pile head 30 by cutting through the cutting machine 28, and the cutting machine 28 and the sliding seat 22 need to slide along the circumference of the annular track 20, the hydraulic drill-rod 19 interferes with the cutting machine 28 and the sliding seat 22 in a movement manner, the cutting machine 28 of the invention adopts a turnover movable structure, the cutting machine 28 is in a cutting position when cutting is carried out, and when the hydraulic drill-rod 19 needs to act after cutting is finished, the cutting machine 28 turns to another position to make space for the hydraulic drill-rod 19. Specifically, a swing arm 26 is mounted on one side of the sliding seat 22 close to the center of the annular outer frame 17 through a hinge shaft 25, a cutter 28 is mounted at the outer end of the swing arm 26, the cutter 28 is an electric cutter, and a cutting disc on the cutter 28 faces the center direction of the annular outer frame 17. A swing driving device 27 is installed between the swing arm 26 and the sliding seat 22, the swing driving device 27 is of a small cylinder structure or an electric telescopic rod structure, and the swing arm 26 is driven to swing around the hinge shaft 25 by a certain angle through the extension and contraction of the swing driving device 27, so as to change the position of the cutting machine 28.

In addition, in the process of grooving and crushing, in order to ensure the integral stability of the cutting stripping chiseling assembly and avoid relative rotation and up-and-down sliding between the annular outer frame 17 and the concrete pile head 31 during operation, three or more than three hydraulic positioning claws 18 are symmetrically arranged on the annular inner wall of the annular outer frame 17 and below the annular crushing mounting seat 29, the end parts of the positioning claws, which are close to the annular axial lead of the annular outer frame 17, are provided with conical shapes, the positioning claws are arranged on the telescopic end of a small hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic positioning claws 18 can be firmly supported and fixed on the outer circular surface of the concrete pile head 31 under the action of 2 of the small hydraulic cylinder and can be loosened only after grooving and crushing are completed.
