1. A basket for a dishwasher, comprising:

the frame body defines an accommodating space;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of washing equipment, in particular to a dish basket for a dish washing machine and the dish washing machine.

Background

Bowls and dishes in the market are various in variety and various in style, and the user often encounters difficulty in reasonably placing bowls and dishes in the process of using the dishwasher to clean tableware. The existing dish structure is fixed, and the requirements of different user groups cannot be met.

The present invention aims to solve at least one of the above technical problems to a certain extent.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

A basket 100 for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. The dish basket 100 is built in the inner container of the dish washer for containing dishes, and the water sprayer of the dish washer washes and washes the dishes. It can be understood that the dishes on the market are various in types and styles, and the user often encounters difficulty in reasonably placing the dishes in the process of using the dishwasher to clean tableware. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on the design of the bowl basket 100 structure.

The invention provides a bowl basket 100 capable of being assembled by a user, wherein the bowl basket 100 is provided with a universal frame body 10 and a support member 20 capable of being assembled and disassembled at any time. Each user can assemble a support 20 suitable for his/her own home using the accessories provided by the merchant, and can mount the support 20 on the frame 10 or dismount the support from the frame 10 at any time.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the frame body 10 defines an accommodating space 12, and a plurality of supporting members 20 may be installed in the accommodating space 12, and the supporting members 20 are used to support the dishes. I.e. the dishes may be placed on the support 20 for washing by the water jet. Wherein, the diapire and the lateral wall of framework 10 all are equipped with waterlogging caused by excessive rainfall hole 13, are convenient for the discharge of sewage and rubbish from cooking away. For example, the frame body 10 may have a lattice structure with an open upper end.

The supporting member 20 can be disposed in the accommodating space 12 and can be detached from the frame 10. That is, the supporter 20 is independent from the frame body 10, and the user can mount and dismount the supporter 20 as desired.

The support member 20 includes a plurality of fittings detachably connected therebetween. That is to say, support piece 20 is assembled the concatenation by a plurality of accessories and forms, and the connected mode between accessory and the accessory also can change in a flexible way, so, can satisfy the demand of user dismouting at any time. It should be noted that the number of the fittings is at least two or more.

Thus, the basket 100 for a dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention provides convenience for a user by detachably disposing the supporter 20 in the frame 10 and detachably connecting the accessories constituting the supporter 20, thereby facilitating the user to assemble or modify the supporter 20 according to the user.

In addition, the support member 20 is not assembled with the frame 10 and the components constituting the support member 20 in a single manner, and a merchant may provide various assembling manners for a user to refer to, and the user may also develop his own imaginary space design. Thus, the user can not only obtain a bowl basket 100 structure more suitable for the self demand, improve the practicability of the bowl basket 100, but also harvest the life pleasure in the manual process.

In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 in conjunction with fig. 2, support member 20 comprises: a first fitting 21 extending in a lateral direction (front-rear direction in fig. 1), a second fitting 22 provided on the first fitting 21 and extending in a longitudinal direction (up-down direction in fig. 1), and a third fitting 23 connected to the second fitting 22 and extending in the lateral direction (front-rear direction in fig. 1), wherein the first fitting 21 is connected to the frame body 10, and the third fitting 23 is provided spaced apart from the first fitting 21 in the up-down direction. In this embodiment, the support member 20 is formed by the connection between three fittings, the first fitting 21 and the third fitting 23 are arranged in parallel in the up-down direction, and the second fitting 22 is located between the first fitting 21 and the third fitting 23. The support member 20 has a simple structure and is convenient to assemble.

In an alternative example, two adjacent supporting members 20 are spaced apart from each other to form a spacing groove 30 for holding the dishes. As shown in fig. 1, the supporters 20 are spaced apart in the left-right direction, and the stopper groove 30 extends in the front-rear direction. The tableware can be clamped in the limiting groove 30 and obliquely depends on the second fitting part 22 and the third fitting part 23, and the position of the first fitting part 21 relative to the frame body 10 can be adjusted, namely the first fitting part 21 and the third fitting part are detachably connected, so that the horizontal distance of the limiting groove 30 in the left-right direction can also be adjusted, and a user can adjust the horizontal distance of the limiting groove 30 according to the sizes of different tableware.

In a further alternative example, the first fitting 21 is clamped with the frame body 10, one of the first fitting 21 and the frame body 10 is provided with a clamping groove 211, and the other is provided with a clamping rib. That is, the first fitting 21 and the second fitting 22 are connected by the engagement of the catching grooves 211 with the catching ribs. Wherein, the quantity of draw-in groove 211 can be a plurality of, and correspondingly, the quantity of card muscle also is a plurality of, and the cooperation of a plurality of draw-in grooves 211 and a plurality of card muscle improves the cooperation intensity of first accessory 21 and framework 10.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the first fitting 21 is a flat plate, the bottom surface of the flat plate is provided with a slot 211 with a downward opening, the frame 10 has a plurality of support rods 11 extending along the longitudinal direction and arranged at intervals, and the support rods 11 are clamped in the slot 211. When the user assembles the support 20, he can first clip the locking slot 211 of the first fitting 21 onto the support rod 11, then attach the second fitting 22 to the first fitting 21, and finally attach the third fitting 23 to the second fitting 22. Of course, the above is only illustrative, and the user may first connect the first fitting 21, the second fitting 22, and the third fitting 23 in this order and then assemble the first fitting, the second fitting, and the third fitting as a whole on the housing 10.

In an alternative example, the first fitting 21 and the second fitting 22 are engaged with each other by inserting, and one of the first fitting 21 and the second fitting 22 is provided with a positioning hole 212, and the other is provided with a positioning boss 221. Namely, the first fitting 21 is connected to the second fitting 22 by the engagement of the positioning hole 212 and the positioning boss 221. The number of the positioning holes 212 and the positioning bosses 221 may include a plurality of positioning holes 212 and a plurality of positioning bosses 221, and the connection strength between the first fitting piece and the second fitting piece is improved by the matching of the plurality of positioning holes 212 and the plurality of positioning bosses 221. It can be understood that the above is only illustrative, and the first fitting part 21 and the second fitting part 22 can also be connected in a threaded manner, for example, an external thread is provided on the positioning boss 221, and an internal thread matched with the external thread is provided in the positioning hole 212, so that the connection strength of the first fitting part and the second fitting part is effectively improved, thereby improving the structural strength of the support member 20 as a whole and preventing deformation of the support member in the using process.

In a further alternative example, the first fitting 21 is a flat plate, a plurality of positioning holes 212 are formed on the flat plate, the second fitting 22 is a positioning column, and a positioning boss 221 is provided at the lower end of the positioning column. During assembly, the positioning column is aligned with the positioning hole 212, and the positioning boss 221 is inserted into the positioning hole 212, so that the operation of a user is simple and easy to realize.

In one embodiment, the third fitting 23 is a bent rod, the bent rod is wound around a plurality of positioning posts, and the bent rod and the positioning posts are connected by welding. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the bent bar is formed with a plurality of recesses 231, adjacent two recesses 231 are located at both sides of the bent bar, for example, one of them is located at the left side and the other is located at the right side, and the recesses 231 of adjacent two bent bars are oppositely disposed so that tableware can be inserted into the recesses of adjacent bent bars. Of course, it is understood that larger objects such as cookware may be placed on the top surface of the plurality of curved bars.

It should be noted that, the drawing only illustrates the matching of the bent rod and the three positioning columns, but it can be understood that, in order to improve the matching stability of the bent rod and the positioning columns, more than three positioning columns may be inserted on the flat plate, and the bent rod is wound on the positioning columns by using the flexibility of the bent rod itself.

In another embodiment, the third fitting 23 is a curved rod wound around a plurality of positioning posts, the positioning posts are magnetic posts, the curved rod is a metal post, and the positioning posts and the curved rod are attracted to each other by magnetic force. Namely, the magnetic force is used for further improving the matching strength of the bent rod and the positioning column, and the overall structural strength of the supporting part 20 is improved.

The dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the dish basket 100 for the dishwasher according to the above-mentioned embodiment, and the dish basket 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has flexible structural design and convenient use, and can be adapted to the requirements of different people and models, so that the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention is convenient to operate.
