3) adding 5-20 parts by weight of polymer into 80-95 parts by weight of the dispersed emulsion obtained in the step 2), and dissolving by ultrasonic oscillation to obtain an electrostatic spinning solution;

4) performing electrostatic spinning on the electrostatic spinning solution prepared in the step 3) to prepare fiber base cloth;

5) mixing 1-10 parts by weight of photocatalyst, 10-50 parts by weight of binder and 40-81 parts by weight of water, and uniformly stirring at a high speed to obtain emulsion containing the photocatalyst;

6) spraying emulsion containing photocatalyst on the fiber base cloth prepared in the step 4), and then drying and curing to obtain the multifunctional air filter material.
