Referring to fig. 1-8, an embodiment of the present invention: a wheat flour production processing device with washable raw materials comprises a production bottom plate 6, wherein a first servo motor 11 is fixedly installed on the right side of the top of the production bottom plate 6, the type of the first servo motor 11 can be JSMA-SC04ABK01, a switch button of the first servo motor 11 is arranged at a proper position, a first rotating shaft 7 extending to the inner cavity of a raw material processing box 12 is fixedly installed at the left output end of the first servo motor 11, a driving transmission wheel 25 is fixedly installed on the right side of the outer portion of the first rotating shaft 7, a second driven rod 24 penetrating through the right side wall of the raw material processing box 12 is uniformly and fixedly installed at the lower end of the right side wall of the raw material processing box 12 through a bearing, two groups of second driven rods 24 are arranged on the rear side of the first rotating shaft 7, a driven transmission wheel 27 is fixedly installed on the right side of the outer portion of the two groups of first rotating shafts 7, and The invention also discloses a method for producing and processing the wheat flour with washable raw materials,

s1: opening a valve, injecting a proper amount of wheat raw materials and clean water into the inner cavity of the raw material processing box 12 through the feeding pipe 14, starting the second servo motor 21 to drive the second rotating shaft 8 to rotate so as to drive the driving gear 20 and the linkage rod 31 to rotate, driving the driven gear 30 to rotate under the meshing action of the driving gear 20 so as to drive the first driven rod 13 to rotate through a bearing so as to drive the stirring rod 301 and the stirring ring 302 to rotate in a self-rotation manner, driving the linkage rod 31 to drive the linkage ring 32 to do a circular motion around the second rotating shaft 8 so as to drive the first driven rod 13 to rotate in the inner cavity of the sliding frame 3302 through the sliding groove 3301 so as to enable the first driven rod 13 to do a circular motion around the second rotating shaft 8, so that the mixing rate and the uniformity of the wheat raw materials and;

s2: when the wheat raw materials are cleaned, husks adhered to the wheat raw materials after being fully stirred are gradually separated from the wheat raw materials under the mutual friction between the wheat raw materials, then are gradually separated from the wheat raw materials under the action of buoyancy after being soaked by clear water and float on the surface of sewage, clear water is continuously injected into an inner cavity of the raw material treatment box 12 through the feeding pipe 14, a valve is opened, and the husks floating on the surface of the sewage are discharged through the husks treatment pipe 2;

s3: after step S2, after the husk is cleaned, the first servo motor 11 is started to drive the first rotating shaft 7 and the driving pulley 25 to rotate, the driving pulley 25 drives the driving belt 26 to rotate so as to drive the driven pulley 27 to rotate and further drive the second driven rod 24 to rotate synchronously, the second driven rod 24 and the first rotating shaft 7 drive the vibrating ring 1001 and the vibrating rod 1002 to rotate, because the length of the vibrating rod 1002 is greater than the distance between the first rotating shaft 7 and the first sliding mechanism 29, the vibrating rod 1002 gradually contacts with the sieve plate 28 while rotating upwards from the lowest point and pushes the sieve plate 28 upwards to move in the inner cavity of the sliding frame 2901 through the sliding plate 2902, and when the vibrating rod 1002 rotates downwards from the highest point, the sieve plate 28 performs a nearly free-falling motion under the dual action of self-gravity and gravity of wheat raw material so as to periodically push the sieve plate 28 to move upwards and downwards, and the shriveled wheat raw material and the small-particle size stones are separated out under the action of gravity, after the wheat raw material is cleaned, opening a valve to discharge the sewage, the separated shriveled wheat raw material and small-particle-size stones through the stone treatment pipe 5;

s4: after the steps S1-S3, the wheat raw material is cleaned, the electric heating coil 17 is connected with a power supply to generate heat and heat air in the inner cavity of the drying box 23, the high temperature resistant fan 18 is started to enable outside air to enter the drying box 23 through the air inlet 19 and extrude hot air with the front end heated by the electric heating coil 17 and discharge the hot air into the inner cavity of the raw material processing box 12 through the drying pipe 15, moist air is discharged out of the raw material processing box 12 through the stone processing pipe 5, the second servo motor 21 is restarted to stir the wheat raw material to accelerate the drying process, after the drying is finished, the first servo motor 11 is started to drive the vibrating rod 1002 to rotate to the top position, and the valve is opened to discharge the wheat raw material through the wheat raw material processing pipe 4;

s5: after the steps S1-S4, after the wheat raw material is cleaned and dried, the top frame 16 is lifted upwards to drive the positioning ring 101 to move upwards and separate from the positioning rod 102, so that the device is convenient to disassemble and maintain.
