The ink box is characterized by comprising an ink box body and a chip assembly, wherein the ink box body comprises a mounting part and a gap part, the mounting part is positioned in the gap part, and the mounting part comprises a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove; the chip assembly is selectively mounted to the first mounting groove or the second mounting groove.

The ink cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the cartridge body includes a base and a cover, the cover covers an upper side of the base, the base includes a bottom plate disposed opposite to the cover, the notch portion penetrates the cover and the bottom plate, the notch portion includes a first inner wall and a second inner wall disposed opposite to each other, and a third inner wall connecting the first inner wall and the second inner wall.
3. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first mounting groove includes a first groove portion provided in the first inner wall and a second groove portion provided in the second inner wall, the first groove portion and the second groove portion being disposed opposite to each other;
and/or, the second mounting groove is including locating the third slot part of first inner wall and locating the fourth slot part of second inner wall, the third slot part with the fourth slot part sets up relatively.

The ink cartridge according to claim 2, wherein the base further includes a first side plate and a second side plate that connect the bottom plate and the face cover, the first side plate and the second side plate are disposed adjacent to each other, the notch portion is located between the first side plate and the second side plate, a first inner wall of the notch portion is formed by extending the first side plate, upper and lower sides of the second inner wall are respectively connected to the face cover and the bottom plate, a side of the second inner wall that is away from the third inner wall is connected to the second side plate, and upper and lower sides of the third inner wall are respectively connected to the face cover and the bottom plate.

The ink box according to claim 1, wherein the ink box body comprises a base and a face cover, the face cover covers the upper side of the base, and the plane of the first mounting groove is parallel to the plane of the second mounting groove along a direction parallel to the face cover; a first chamfer is arranged at the notch of the first mounting groove; and/or a second chamfer is arranged at the notch of the second mounting groove.
6. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chip assembly includes a chip holder and a chip mounted to the chip holder, the chip assembly being mounted to the mounting portion through the chip holder.
7. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 6, wherein the chip holder is adhered to the mounting portion or is engaged with the mounting portion.
8. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 7, wherein the mounting portion further includes a first adhesive groove and a second adhesive groove,
when the chip support is arranged in the first mounting groove, one end of the chip support is bonded to the first bonding groove;
when the chip support is arranged in the second mounting groove, one end of the chip support is bonded to the second bonding groove.

The ink cartridge of claim 7, wherein the mounting portion further comprises a first and second catch portion, the chip holder comprising a catch; when the chip support is arranged in the first mounting groove, the clamping hook is clamped in the first clamping groove part; when the chip support is arranged in the second mounting groove, the clamping hook is clamped in the second clamping groove part;
and/or the mounting part further comprises a first buckling part and a second buckling part, and the chip bracket is provided with a clamping hole; when the chip support is arranged in the first mounting groove, the clamping hole is clamped in the first clamping part; when the chip support is arranged in the second mounting groove, the clamping hole is clamped in the second clamping part.
10. The ink box is characterized by comprising an ink box body and a chip, wherein the ink box body comprises an installation part and a notch part, the installation part is positioned in the notch part, the installation part comprises a first installation groove and a second installation groove, and the chip is selectively installed in the first installation groove or the second installation groove.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink-jet printers, in particular to an ink box.
Background
An ink cartridge is a component of an ink jet printer for storing ink and performing printing. The ink box is generally provided with a chip, and ink box information for the printer to identify is recorded in the chip, so that the installation error between the ink box and the printer can be avoided.
There are two types of ink horn that are applicable to the printer of different models on the market now, and when above-mentioned two types of ink horn were installed in different model printers, its theory of operation and appearance are the same, however, when above-mentioned two types of ink horn were installed in the printer of different models, its chip mounted position is different, consequently need develop two sets of ink horn moulds, produce the above-mentioned two types of ink horn that are applicable to the printer of different models respectively, above-mentioned two types of ink horn can't exchange universally, has increased ink horn manufacturing cost like this. Therefore, it is a technical problem to manufacture one ink cartridge and simultaneously adapt to two printers with different models.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is desirable to provide an ink cartridge, which is assembled into an ink cartridge suitable for printers of different models by changing the mounting position of a chip component or a chip, so as to increase the versatility of the ink cartridge and reduce the manufacturing cost of the ink cartridge.
The invention provides an ink box, which comprises an ink box body and a chip assembly, wherein the ink box body comprises a mounting part and a gap part, the mounting part is positioned in the gap part, and the mounting part comprises a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove; the chip assembly is selectively mounted to the first mounting groove or the second mounting groove.
In one embodiment, the ink cartridge body includes a base and a cover, the cover covers the upper side of the base, the base includes a bottom plate disposed opposite to the cover, the notch portion penetrates through the cover and the bottom plate, the notch portion includes a first inner wall and a second inner wall disposed opposite to each other, and a third inner wall connecting the first inner wall and the second inner wall.
In one embodiment, the first mounting groove comprises a first groove part arranged on the first inner wall and a second groove part arranged on the second inner wall, and the first groove part and the second groove part are arranged oppositely;
and/or, the second mounting groove is including locating the third slot part of first inner wall and locating the fourth slot part of second inner wall, the third slot part with the fourth slot part sets up relatively.
In one embodiment, the base further includes a first side plate and a second side plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are connected with the bottom plate and the face cover, the first side plate and the second side plate are arranged adjacently, the notch portion is located between the first side plate and the second side plate, the first inner wall of the notch portion is formed by extending the first side plate, the upper side and the lower side of the second inner wall are respectively connected with the face cover and the bottom plate, a side edge of the second inner wall, far away from the third inner wall, is connected with the second side plate, and the upper side and the lower side of the third inner wall are respectively connected with the face cover and the bottom plate.
In one embodiment, the ink cartridge body comprises a base and a surface cover, the surface cover covers the upper side of the base, and the plane where the first mounting groove is located is parallel to the plane where the second mounting groove is located along the direction parallel to the surface cover; a first chamfer is arranged at the notch of the first mounting groove; and/or a second chamfer is arranged at the notch of the second mounting groove.
In one embodiment, the chip assembly includes a chip holder and a chip mounted on the chip holder, and the chip assembly is mounted on the mounting portion through the chip holder.
In one embodiment, the chip support is adhered to the mounting portion or clamped to the mounting portion.
In one embodiment, the mounting portion further includes a first adhesive groove and a second adhesive groove,
when the chip support is arranged in the first mounting groove, one end of the chip support is bonded to the first bonding groove;
when the chip support is arranged in the second mounting groove, one end of the chip support is bonded to the second bonding groove.
In one embodiment, the mounting portion further includes a first slot portion and a second slot portion, and the chip holder includes a hook; when the chip support is arranged in the first mounting groove, the clamping hook is clamped in the first clamping groove part; when the chip support is arranged in the second mounting groove, the clamping hook is clamped in the second clamping groove part;
and/or the mounting part further comprises a first buckling part and a second buckling part, and the chip bracket is provided with a clamping hole; when the chip support is arranged in the first mounting groove, the clamping hole is clamped in the first clamping part; when the chip support is arranged in the second mounting groove, the clamping hole is clamped in the second clamping part.
The invention also provides an ink box, which comprises an ink box body and a chip, wherein the ink box body comprises a mounting part and a gap part, the mounting part is positioned in the gap part, the mounting part comprises a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, and the chip can be selectively mounted in the first mounting groove or the second mounting groove.
