The following describes in detail a specific embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the steel pipe jet printing device of the present invention includes a jet printing beam 10, a jet printing cart 20, a lifting screw mechanism 30, an ink jet printing head 40, a jet printing head buffer seat 50, and an ink cabinet 60.

The jet printing trolley 20 is movably connected with the jet printing cross beam 10, and the jet printing trolley 20 can move along the jet printing cross beam 10. As an embodiment of the present invention, a walking guide rail 11 is disposed on the inkjet printing cross beam 10, and a walking servo motor (not shown) is disposed on the inkjet printing trolley 20, and the walking servo motor drives the inkjet printing trolley 20 to move along the walking guide rail 11. The mode that the walking servo motor drives the jet printing trolley 20 to move along the walking guide rail 11 can adopt that a rack 12 is arranged on the jet printing cross beam 10, a gear 21 matched with the rack 12 is arranged on the jet printing trolley 20, and the walking servo motor drives the gear 21 to rotate, so that the jet printing trolley 20 is driven to move along the walking guide rail 11. The lifting screw rod mechanism 30 further comprises a lifting servo motor 34, the lifting servo motor 34 drives the screw rod part 32 to rotate, and the lifting servo motor 34 and the screw rod part 32 can adopt conventional transmission modes such as belt transmission or gear transmission. The two ends of the wire rod part 32 are rotatably mounted on the lifting body part 31, the lifting body part 31 is slidably connected with the nut connecting part 33, and when the wire rod part 32 rotates, the lifting body part 31 slides up and down relative to the nut connecting part 33, that is, moves up and down relative to the inkjet printing trolley 20, so that the lifting body part 31 is lifted up and down relative to the inkjet printing trolley 20.

The lifting body 31 is provided with a guide rail 51, the guide rail 51 is arranged along the length direction of the lifting body 31, that is, the guide rail 51 is arranged vertically, and the print head buffer base 50 is mounted on the guide rail 51 and can slide up and down relative to the guide rail 51. The ink jet print head 40 is mounted on the print head buffer mount 50. When the height of the lifting body 31 is adjusted to be wrong, the buffer seat 50 of the jet printing head may collide with the steel pipe with jet printing, and at this time, the buffer seat 50 of the jet printing head may slide upwards relative to the guide rail 51 to realize buffering, so as to avoid the equipment damage caused by collision possibly occurring when fixed connection is adopted. The printing ink cabinet 60 is fixedly connected with the jet printing trolley 20, an ink tank (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the printing ink cabinet 60, the ink tank is connected with the printing ink jet printing head 40 through an ink pipe (not shown in the figure), a drag chain 70 is connected between the printing ink cabinet 60 and the lifting body part 31, and the ink pipe penetrates through the drag chain 70. One end of the drag chain 70 is fixedly connected to the ink cabinet 60, and the other end is connected to the lifting body 31, so that the ink tube is protected from being damaged. The ink tank has an ink pump that provides power for the ink tank to deliver ink to the ink jet print head 40.

The end of the buffer seat 50 of the jet printing head is provided with a steel pipe contact wheel 80, when the height adjusted by the lifting body 31 is wrong, the buffer seat 50 of the jet printing head may collide with the steel pipe with jet printing, and the direct contact between the buffer seat 50 of the jet printing head and the steel pipe to be jet printed can be avoided by arranging the steel pipe contact wheel 80.

The steel pipe jet printing device further comprises a control unit, wherein the lifting body part 31 is provided with a sensor 90 for detecting the movement of the jet head buffer seat 50 relative to the guide rail 51, when the sensor 90 detects the movement of the jet head buffer seat 50 relative to the guide rail 51, a signal is sent to the control unit, and the control unit controls the lifting body part 31 of the lifting screw rod mechanism 30 to move upwards relative to the jet printing trolley 20 according to the signal. When the control unit receives the signal sent by the sensor 90, the control unit can control the lifting servo motor 34 to rotate, so that the lifting body 31 can be lifted, and the collision between the printing head buffer seat 50 and the steel pipe can be avoided.

The lifting of the ink jet head 40 is realized through the lifting screw rod mechanism 30, compared with the lifting realized through an oil cylinder or an air cylinder, the screw rod nut structure of the lifting screw rod mechanism 30 has the advantages of fast response and accurate height adjustment.

When the steel pipe jet printing device is used, the diameter of a steel pipe to be jet printed can be input, then the lifting servo motor 34 is controlled by the control unit to drive the lifting body part 31 to descend, so that the ink jet printing head 40 descends to a set height, and then the jet printing trolley 20 is controlled to move along the jet printing cross beam 10, so that the steel pipe can be jet printed. If the lowering height of the lifting body 31 is wrong due to a parameter setting mistake, the steel tube contacts the steel tube contact wheel 80, so that the printing head buffer seat 50 moves upward relative to the guide rail 51, and when the sensor 90 detects that the printing head buffer seat 50 moves, the lifting servo motor 34 is driven to rotate reversely, so that the lifting body 31 is lifted, and the emergency stop can be directly realized.
