the toning base paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.5 part of mildew preventive, 0.1-1 part of dispersant, 0.5-1 part of cellulose, 5-15 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of anion powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of defoamer, 0.1-0.8 part of pH regulator, 15-45 parts of emulsion, 0.5-1.5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1.5 parts of antifreeze, 0.1-1 part of bactericide, 0.1-0.8 part of thickener and 5-10 parts of protective adhesive;

the continuous phase comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.5 part of organic bentonite, 0.1-0.5 part of water-soluble anion powder, 70-85 parts of emulsion, 3-10 parts of film-forming assistant, 5-10 parts of anti-freezing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator and 0.1-0.8 part of thickening agent.

5. The anion sand-in-water multicolor paint of claim 4, wherein the emulsion in the toning base paint is a mixture of two or three of silicone acrylic emulsion ZS-6408 and/or RS-996AD and acrylate copolymer emulsion CAP-4800.

6. The anion water-in-sand multicolor paint as claimed in claim 4, wherein the emulsion in the continuous phase is a mixture of three emulsions of acrylic emulsion RS-7733, silicone-acrylic emulsion RS-3799 and acrylic ester copolymer emulsion CAP-4800 according to a certain proportion.

7. A method for preparing the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a protective adhesive: adding a dispersing agent, a viscosity reducer, a mildew inhibitor, a bactericide, a pH regulator and protective rubber powder into deionized water serving as a solvent under a stirring state, and uniformly mixing for later use;

(2) preparing a toning base paint: adding a mildew inhibitor, a dispersing agent, cellulose, a filler, anion powder, a defoaming agent, a pH regulator, an emulsion, a film-forming assistant, an antifreezing agent, a bactericide, a thickening agent and the protective adhesive obtained in the step (1) into deionized water serving as a solvent under a stirring state, and uniformly mixing for later use;

(3) preparation of a continuous phase: adding organic bentonite, water-soluble anion powder, emulsion, a film-forming aid, an antifreezing agent, a pH regulator and a thickening agent into deionized water serving as a solvent under a stirring state, and uniformly mixing for later use;

(4) preparing a finished paint:

a. adding natural colored sand into the color-mixing base paint, and mixing out all required colors according to the colors of the colored points in the simulated stone;

b. pouring the adjusted color points into protective glue for granulation according to the size and proportion of the color points of the stone;

c. mixing all the color points together, stirring uniformly, adding the continuous phase, stirring again after the color points are not settled, and filling.

8. The method for preparing the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step (1) of preparing the protective glue comprises the following steps:

a. adding deionized water into a container, and starting stirring;

b. adding a dispersing agent, a viscosity reducer, a mildew inhibitor, a bactericide and a pH regulator under the stirring condition of 300-600rpm, and stirring for 1-2 min;

c. adding protective rubber powder under the stirring of 1300 plus 1500rpm, and stirring for 30 min;

d. and filling the protective glue into a proper container for standby.

9. The method for preparing the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step (2) of preparing the toning base paint comprises the following steps:

a. adding deionized water into a proper container, and starting stirring;

b. uniformly and slowly adding the mildew preventive and the dispersant under stirring at 300-500rpm, and stirring for 1-2 min;

c. adding cellulose and stirring for 5-10min under the stirring of 600-800 rpm;

d. slowly adding the filler, the anion powder, the defoaming agent and the pH regulator under the stirring of 900rpm at 700-;

e. under the stirring of 500-700rpm, the emulsion, the film forming additive, the antifreezing agent, the bactericide and the thickening agent are sequentially and slowly added and stirred for 5-10 min;

f. adding protective glue and stirring for 2-3min at 800-;

g. the tinted base paint is filled into suitable containers for future use.

10. The method for preparing the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint as claimed in claim 7, wherein the step (3) of preparing the toning base paint comprises the following steps:

a. adding deionized water into a suitable container;

b. adding organic bentonite under the stirring of 900 plus 1100rpm, and stirring for 20 min;

c. under the stirring of 300-500rpm, water-soluble anion powder, emulsion, film-forming assistant, antifreezing agent and pH regulator are added in turn, and the mixture is stirred for 10 min;

d. slowly adding the thickening agent under the stirring of 700-900rpm, and stirring for 5 min;

e. the continuous phase is filled into suitable containers for use.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a negative ion sand-in-water multicolor coating and a preparation method thereof.

Background

As is well known, the real stone paint is a coating with texture and high cost performance, but the stone imitation effect is poor, and the natural texture of the marble is not imitated because the raw material is natural colored sand; the water-in-water multicolor paint has good stone imitation effect, is hard to distinguish compared with the effect of real stones, but has smooth plane and no texture. The sand-in-water multicolor paint is a novel high-grade exterior wall decorative paint following water-in-water multicolor paint and real stone paint, combines the advantages of the multicolor paint and the real stone paint, adopts a method of coating natural colored sand in water-in-water multicolor dots, enables the paint to have the high simulation degree of the multicolor paint and the texture of the natural real stone paint, and is increasingly used on exterior walls of residential buildings.

People pay more and more attention to health while pursuing beauty. Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a negative ion sand-in-water multicolor paint, which can enable the outer wall surface of a building to continuously release negative ions when the paint is sprayed on the outer wall of the building, so as to create an environment capable of keeping human health.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the negative ion sand-in-water multicolor paint is mainly formed by mixing protective glue, color-mixing base paint, a continuous phase and natural colored sand, wherein negative ion powder and emulsion are added into the color-mixing base paint and the continuous phase.

Preferably, in the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint, the anion powder continuously releases 3000-10000 anions/cm 3;

preferably, the two types of negative ion powder in the toning base paint and the continuous phase are different products, and the negative ion powder added in the toning base paint is white fine powder prepared from natural materials, and plays a role of a pigment and a filler to a certain extent, so that negative ions can be continuously released from color points of the multicolor paint;

the negative ion powder added to the continuous phase is a transparent crystal of water-soluble negative ions, is completely dissolved in water, has good compatibility in the water-based multicolor paint, cannot be separated out in the using process, cannot cause adverse effects on the continuous phase, and can not cause adverse effects on a paint film and continuously release the negative ions after the prepared continuous phase is dried.

Preferably, in the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint, the protective glue, the toning base paint, the continuous phase and the natural colored sand are mixed according to a ratio of 20-30: 20-30: 15-25:15-30 by weight ratio.

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the multi-color paint of the invention adopts natural color sand to mix colors, has stone texture and higher stone imitation degree compared with color paste to mix colors.

Preferably, in the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint, the protective glue comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-95 parts of deionized water, 0.1-3 parts of dispersant, 0-5 parts of viscosity reducer, 0.1-4 parts of mildew inhibitor, 0.1-3 parts of bactericide, 2-20 parts of protective rubber powder and 0.1-1 part of pH regulator;

the toning base paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45-65 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.5 part of mildew preventive, 0.1-1 part of dispersant, 0.5-1 part of cellulose, 5-15 parts of filler, 1-5 parts of anion powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of defoamer, 0.1-0.8 part of pH regulator, 15-45 parts of emulsion, 0.5-1.5 parts of film-forming assistant, 0.5-1.5 parts of antifreeze, 0.1-1 part of bactericide, 0.1-0.8 part of thickener and 5-10 parts of protective adhesive;

the continuous phase comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.5 part of organic bentonite, 0.1-0.5 part of water-soluble anion powder, 70-85 parts of emulsion, 3-10 parts of film-forming assistant, 5-10 parts of anti-freezing agent, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator and 0.1-0.8 part of thickening agent.

Preferably, in the anion sand-in-water multicolor paint, the emulsion in the toning base paint is a mixture of two or three of silicone-acrylic emulsion ZS-6408 and/or RS-996AD and acrylate copolymer emulsion CAP-4800;

further, the emulsions in the toning base paint are silicone-acrylate emulsion ZS-6408, silicone-acrylate emulsion RS-996AD and acrylate copolymer emulsion CAP-4800 according to the weight ratio of 0-85: 0-85: 10-25 by weight.

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: CAP-4800 is an emulsion that must be used in order to eliminate part of the gloss of the tinted base paint, making it closer to stone.

Preferably, in the anion water-in-sand multicolor paint, the emulsion in the continuous phase is a mixture of three emulsions, namely pure acrylic emulsion RS-7733, silicone-acrylic emulsion RS-3799 and acrylate copolymer emulsion CAP-4800 according to a certain proportion;

further, the emulsions in the continuous phase are pure acrylic emulsion RS-7733, silicone acrylic emulsion RS-3799 and acrylate copolymer emulsion CAP-4800 according to the weight ratio of 5-25: 60-80: 5-15 by weight.

The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: RS-7733 is used as thickening emulsion to make the finished paint have certain viscosity and ensure the color points of the multicolor paint not to settle; RS-3799 is used as a common emulsion and aims to slow down the thickening effect of RS-7733, so that the viscosity of the coating is not too high and color points are prevented from being damaged; CAP-4800 is used as matting emulsion to reduce the surface gloss of the paint after spraying to a certain extent, so that the sprayed paint has higher stone-like effect after drying.

Preferably, in the above anion sand-in-water multicolor paint, the protective glue comprises the following components:

the dispersant is OROTAN 731A, which is a general-purpose sodium polycarboxylate dispersant;

the viscosity reducer is sodium pyrophosphate, and the molecular formula is Na4P2O7·10H2O, is a white or colorless crystalline powder;

the mildew preventive is MERGAL 786, and is an isothiazolinone bactericide;

the bactericide is MERGAL K9N, is a broad-spectrum in-tank bactericide, and does not contain solvent and formaldehyde;

the protective rubber powder consists of magnesium aluminum silicate and magnesium lithium silicate;

the organic bentonite is prepared by activating common calcium bentonite and modifying the common calcium bentonite with an organic cationic surfactant;

the water-soluble anion powder is transparent crystal and is completely dissolved in water.

(3) preparation of a continuous phase: adding organic bentonite, water-soluble anion powder, emulsion, a film-forming aid, an antifreezing agent, a pH regulator and a thickening agent into deionized water serving as a solvent under a stirring state, and uniformly mixing for later use;

(4) preparing a finished paint:

a. adding 80-120 meshes of natural colored sand into the toning base paint, and blending all required colors according to the colors of the colored points in the simulated stone;

b. pouring the adjusted color points into protective glue for granulation according to the size and proportion of the color points of the stone;

c. mixing all the color points together, stirring uniformly, adding the continuous phase, stirring again after the color points are not settled, and filling.

Preferably, in the above method for preparing a sand-in-water negative ion multicolor paint, the step (1) of preparing the protective adhesive comprises the following steps:

a. adding deionized water into a container, and starting stirring;

b. adding a dispersing agent, a viscosity reducer, a mildew inhibitor, a bactericide and a pH regulator under the stirring condition of 300-600rpm, and stirring for 1-2 min; under the stirring condition, all the auxiliary agents can be well dispersed in water;

c. adding protective rubber powder under the stirring of 1300 plus 1500rpm, and stirring for 30 min; the condition of high-speed dispersion ensures that the protective rubber powder can be well dispersed in water after being fully swelled to form a uniform protective rubber solution;

d. and filling the protective glue into a proper container for standby.

Preferably, in the above method for preparing a anion sand-in-water multicolor paint, the step (2) of preparing the toning base paint comprises the following steps:

a. adding deionized water into a proper container, and starting stirring;

b. uniformly and slowly adding the mildew preventive and the dispersant under stirring at 300-500rpm, and stirring for 1-2 min;

c. adding cellulose and stirring for 5-10min under the stirring of 600-800 rpm;

d. slowly adding the filler, the anion powder, the defoaming agent and the pH regulator under the stirring of 900rpm at 700-;

e. under the stirring of 500-700rpm, the emulsion, the film forming additive, the antifreezing agent, the bactericide and the thickening agent are sequentially and slowly added and stirred for 5-10 min;

f. adding protective glue and stirring for 2-3min at 800-;

g. the tinted base paint is filled into suitable containers for future use.

Preferably, in the above method for preparing a anion sand-in-water multicolor paint, the step (3) of preparing the toning base paint comprises the following steps:

a. adding deionized water into a suitable container;

b. adding organic bentonite under the stirring of 900 plus 1100rpm, and stirring for 20 min;

c. under the stirring of 300-500rpm, water-soluble anion powder, emulsion, film-forming assistant, antifreezing agent and pH regulator are added in turn, and the mixture is stirred for 10 min;

d. slowly adding the thickening agent under the stirring of 700-900rpm, and stirring for 5 min;

e. the continuous phase is filled into suitable containers for use.

According to the technical scheme, the invention discloses and provides a sand-in-water multicolor paint, which has the following advantages compared with the prior art:

(1) the mode that the negative ion powder is added into the continuous phase and the toning base paint is adopted, so that the coating has a strong negative ion release function, when the coating is sprayed on the outer wall of a building, the outer wall surface of the building can continuously release negative ions, and a comfortable living environment which can keep human health can be created;

(2) the continuous phase and the toning base paint are both added with the matte emulsion CAP4800, so that the gloss of the sand-in-water multicolor paint is reduced, the later-stage paint surface effect is closer to that of stone, and the simulation degree of the paint is increased;

(3) the sand-in-water multicolor paint provided by the invention has the advantages of good decoration, environmental protection, water resistance, alkali resistance, temperature change resistance, weather resistance, no toxicity, no odor, environmental protection, good safety, negative ion containing, bacteriostasis and odor removal.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The embodiment 1-3 of the invention discloses a negative ion sand-in-water multicolor paint which is mainly formed by mixing a protective adhesive, a toning base paint and a continuous phase, wherein the composition and the content of each specific component are weighed according to the data in the table 1, and the negative ion sand-in-water multicolor paint is prepared according to the following steps:

(1) preparing a protective adhesive:

a. adding deionized water into a container, and starting stirring;

b. adding a dispersing agent, a viscosity reducer, a mildew inhibitor, a bactericide and a pH regulator under the stirring condition of 300-600rpm, and stirring for 1-2 min;

c. adding protective rubber powder under the stirring of 1300 plus 1500rpm, and stirring for 30 min;

d. and filling the protective glue into a proper container for standby.

(2) Preparing a toning base paint:

a. adding deionized water into a proper container, and starting stirring;

b. uniformly and slowly adding the mildew preventive and the dispersant under stirring at 300-500rpm, and stirring for 1-2 min;

c. adding cellulose and stirring for 5-10min under the stirring of 600-800 rpm;

d. slowly adding the filler, the anion powder, the defoaming agent and the pH regulator under the stirring of 900rpm at 700-;

e. under the stirring of 500-700rpm, the emulsion, the film forming additive, the antifreezing agent, the bactericide and the thickening agent are sequentially and slowly added and stirred for 5-10 min;

f. adding protective glue and stirring for 2-3min at 800-;

g. the tinted base paint is filled into suitable containers for future use.

(3) Preparing a toning base paint:

a. adding deionized water into a suitable container;

b. adding organic bentonite under the stirring of 900 plus 1100rpm, and stirring for 20 min;

c. under the stirring of 300-500rpm, water-soluble anion powder, emulsion, film-forming assistant, antifreezing agent and pH regulator are added in turn, and the mixture is stirred for 10 min;

d. slowly adding the thickening agent under the stirring of 700-900rpm, and stirring for 5 min;

e. the continuous phase is filled into suitable containers for use.

(4) Preparing a finished paint:

a. selecting natural colored sand of 80-120 meshes, adding the natural colored sand into the color matching base paint according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and calling out all required colors according to the colors of the colored points in the simulated stone;

b. pouring the adjusted color points into protective glue for granulation according to the size and proportion of the color points of the stone;

c. and mixing all the colored points together, uniformly stirring, adding the continuous phase, stirring again after the colored points are not settled, and filling.

After the multicolor paint is prepared by the above examples, the paint is sprayed on a PVC plate of 30cm by 40cm by using a special multicolor spray gun, the spraying is performed twice, after the paint is completely dried, the negative ion release amount of the paint is tested by using a KEC990M II air negative oxygen ion detector, and the results are shown in table 2:
