6. A method for producing the water-and oil-repellent agent according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:

a1. adding polyvinyl alcohol, plasticizer and beeswax emulsion into deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly at constant temperature, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed solution A;

a2. dispersing modified starch in an aqueous solution, stirring and ultrasonically oscillating to form a uniformly dispersed starch solution to obtain a solution B;

a3. and adding the styrene acrylic polymer and the solution B into the mixed solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain the waterproof and oil-proof agent.

7. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the stirring and mixing at constant temperature in step a1 is performed in a water bath at a constant temperature of 70-95 ℃.

8. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the stirring and the ultrasonic oscillation in the step a2 are performed by mechanical stirring for 0.5-1 h, and then the mixture is placed in an ultrasonic cleaning agent for ultrasonic oscillation.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of food packaging and water and oil proofing, and particularly relates to a water and oil proofing agent, a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

With the demand of people on good life being higher and higher, the food wrapping paper is used more and more. Food packaging paper commonly used in life, such as take-away lunch boxes and fast food packages, needs to have good water and oil resistance.

However, the applicant found that: most of the waterproof and oilproof food packaging paper in the current market is coated paper. The laminated paper adopts an extrusion composite process, plastic particles such as Polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and the like are coated on the surface of the paper through a casting machine, the laminated paper has excellent performance in the aspects of water resistance and grease permeation resistance, but the material can not be degraded, is difficult to separate from the paper and can not be directly recycled, and great pollution is brought to the environment. And in addition, a fluorine-containing oil-proof agent is added into the paper pulp, so that the paper is endowed with excellent oil-proof performance, and the problems of degradation and recycling are solved, but the fluorine-containing oil-proof agent contains risk substances such as PFOA, PFOS, mineral oil and the like, and has potential safety hazards on human health.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a waterproof and oil-proof agent, a preparation method thereof and food packaging paper using the waterproof and oil-proof agent.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a water-proof and oil-proof agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50% of styrene acrylic polymer, 5-10% of beeswax emulsion, 2.5-4.5% of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-5.5% of modified starch, 0.5-2% of plasticizer and 28-60% of deionized water.

A preparation method of a water-proof and oil-proof agent comprises the following steps:

a1. adding polyvinyl alcohol, plasticizer and beeswax emulsion into deionized water, stirring and mixing uniformly at constant temperature, and then cooling to room temperature to obtain a mixed solution A;

a2. dispersing modified starch in an aqueous solution, stirring and ultrasonically oscillating to form a uniformly dispersed starch solution to obtain a solution B;

a3. and adding the styrene acrylic polymer and the solution B into the mixed solution A, and uniformly stirring to obtain the waterproof and oil-proof agent.

Further, the constant-temperature stirring and mixing in the step a1 means that the stirring and mixing are carried out in a constant-temperature water bath at the temperature of 70-95 ℃; the time of the constant-temperature water bath is preferably 60-90 min.

Further, the stirring and the ultrasonic oscillation in the step a2 are mechanical stirring for 0.5-1 h, and then the mixture is placed in an ultrasonic cleaning agent for ultrasonic oscillation.

The food packaging paper comprises food-grade base paper, wherein the surface of the food-grade base paper is provided with a waterproof and oilproof coating formed by coating the waterproof and oilproof agent.

A packaging box has a water-and oil-repellent coating formed by coating the water-and oil-repellent agent on the outer surface and/or the inner surface thereof.

The invention mainly has the following beneficial effects:

1. the water-proof and oil-proof agent has good film-forming property, the beeswax emulsion and the styrene acrylic acid polymer in the formed coating are combined into a hydrophobic and oleophobic surface layer, and the hydrophobic and oil-proof surface layer is compounded with the modified starch, so that the water-proof and oil-proof coating has obvious improvement on the water-proof and oil-proof effects of food-grade base paper, has excellent water-proof and oil-proof properties, can completely replace the traditional wax coating, silicon coating and film spraying processes, can directly enter a paper making pulping system for recycling when paper is recycled, reduces the pollution of film spraying paper to the environment, and is an environment-friendly material.

2. The waterproof and oil-proof agent adopts polyvinyl alcohol and starch as biological base materials, the beeswax emulsion is food-grade beeswax emulsion, is safe and environment-friendly, does not generate toxic and harmful substances to human bodies, is a healthy and environment-friendly waterproof and oil-proof agent, is coated on the food-grade base paper to form a waterproof and oil-proof coating, and has the excellent characteristics of safety and environmental protection.

3. The coating formed by coating the coating on the food packaging paper has higher waterproof and oil-proof performance and also has heat sealability.

The styrene acrylic polymer can be styrene-acrylic emulsion, the beeswax emulsion can be food-grade beeswax emulsion, the modified starch can be cationic starch or anionic starch, the polyvinyl alcohol can be polyvinyl alcohol with the polymerization degree of 1700-1800 (preferably the polyvinyl alcohol with the molecular weight of 74800-79200), and the plasticizer can be one or a combination of more than two of glycerol, triethyl citrate and epoxidized soybean oil.
