Background

The food package is a large household in the packaging industry, and accounts for about 70 percent of the whole packaging industry. The food wrapping paper is a packaging product which takes paper pulp and paper board as main raw materials, and the paper for packaging food needs to meet the requirements of no toxicity, oil resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, sealing and the like and meet the food packaging safety requirement. The food wrapping paper has the basic requirements that the food wrapping paper is in direct contact with food and most of the wrapping paper is directly eaten by people, so that the food wrapping paper has the essential requirements of meeting the requirements of food sanitation and meeting the related technical standards according to different use requirements of the food wrapping paper.

Due to the introduction of the cold chain, on one hand, the preservation date of the low-temperature frozen products such as the frozen sucker is prolonged, and on the other hand, the preservation date of the low-temperature frozen products is prolonged, so that higher requirements are put on food packaging paper for packaging the low-temperature frozen products such as the frozen sucker. Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide an anti-freezing treatment agent and an application method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that the paper performance of food packaging paper is reduced under long-term low-temperature conditions and/or large temperature difference change.

In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an antifreeze treatment agent which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

30-65% of glycerol, 0.2-0.6% of antifreeze peptide, 1-3% of D-sorbitol, 5-10% of ethanol and the balance of water.

The sugar (alcohol) antifreeze mainly comprises disaccharide such as sucrose, sorbitol, trehalose and lactitol and alcohol compounds thereof, sugar alcohol indirectly plays an antifreeze role by changing the state and the property of internal bound water, and the action size of the sugar alcohol is related to hydroxyl coordination. Although sugar alcohols reduce the formation of ice crystal particles during refrigeration, temperature fluctuations during cold chain cause small ice crystals to recrystallize, and ice crystal particle enlargement also causes changes in the mechanical properties of the paper.

It should be noted that although the glycerin and the water can be mixed in any proportion, the glycerin can absorb water in humid air, and crystal blocks can be separated out when the glycerin is cooled for a long time, so that the invention needs to consider that the antifreeze does not have crystallization phenomenon under a low-temperature freezing state for a long time.

The technical scheme of the invention adopts the antifreeze peptide as the antifreeze additive, and the antifreeze peptide can be adsorbed on the surface of the ice crystal to restrict the growth of the ice crystal, inhibit the recrystallization of the ice crystal and change the form of the ice crystal. The antifreeze protein with specific amino acid length and structure in the antifreeze peptide can be combined with an ice layer through a hydrogen bond, and then the formation of ice crystals is inhibited through the synergy of hydrophobic interaction, so that the freezing point of the system can be reduced, namely the system is still kept from crystallization under the condition of increasing the addition amount of glycerol.

Preferably, the anti-freezing treatment agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

50-65% of glycerol, 0.3-0.5% of antifreeze peptide, 1-2% of D-sorbitol, 5-8% of ethanol and the balance of water.

Because glycerine self property is thick, when the proportion of addition is higher, the phenomenon that mobility reduces can appear, consequently, adjust the viscosity of antifreeze agent through adding right amount ethanol in the system in this application, reduce the viscosity of glycerine, increase the mobility of antifreeze agent to make its better entering and disperse in wrapping paper basic unit body, obtain good infiltration effect.

According to the technical scheme, on one hand, the antifreeze peptide is added to improve the physical properties of the food packaging paper under the condition of long-term low-temperature freezing state and/or large temperature difference change, so that the food packaging paper maintains good paper performance, and the packaging paper is prevented from being broken due to brittle denaturation, thereby ensuring the quality stability of the packaged contents. On the other hand, by increasing the proportion of the glycerol in the antifreeze agent, the glycerol has good water retention performance, so that the wrapping paper can maintain the self water content even if the temperature is changed or in a high-temperature environment, and the mechanical property of the paper is prevented from being reduced due to dehydration.
