Technical Field

The invention relates to equipment for oil exploitation, well completion and well repair, in particular to an open hole plugging device.

Background

When the oil field drills to a certain depth, the well bore track needs to be changed, the well is drilled from an opening above the drilled well bottom to another position, in order to prevent the well bottom of the drilled well bore from flowing back, the well bottom needs to be permanently sealed, and the operation is called sealing and isolation in the oil field. Since the section of the well wall is not yet cased, it is said that operations such as sealing, isolating, etc. are performed in the open hole wellbore. At present, when operations such as sealing and isolating are carried out in an open hole shaft, a method of drilling a suspended cement plug is mostly adopted to seal and isolate the bottom of a well. The following problems exist in the process of drilling the suspended cement plug: (1) the cement plug beating process is complex and long in period; (2) the phenomena of well leakage and well kick exist in part of wells, and the risk of cementing plugs is high; (3) the cement plug has limited strength, low packing strength and easy failure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to design an open hole plugging device, which overcomes the problems of the open hole cement plug, and can simply and conveniently carry out operations such as sealing, isolating and the like in an open hole shaft needing to change a well track.

After the state is reached, the releasing device on the pipe column is put into operation, the pipe column is separated from the invention, and the installation work of the invention can be completed, so that the method is simpler and more convenient than the method of sealing the naked eye wellbore by a suspended cement plug.

The rubber cylinder 8 is a self-expansion rubber cylinder, expands and expands when meeting oil and water after being placed into the well and sealed, and is attached to an irregular well hole, so that the sealing performance is improved.

The packing element 8 can set more than 2, if the packing element sets more than 2, install the bipyramid cover between packing element and the packing element, there is the toper round hole at the upper and lower both ends of bipyramid cover, and the outer end diameter of toper round hole is greater than the inner end diameter, as shown in fig. 1.
