1. A lubricant pressure charging device, comprising:

a lubricant tank housing;

the adapter is matched with the spigot structure of the lubricating oil tank shell and fixedly connected with the lubricating oil tank shell through a connecting piece, wherein the adapter extends from the lubricating oil tank shell to the pressure oiling direction to form an oiling channel;

the valve comprises a valve shell arranged at the tail end of the adapter, the valve shell is fixedly connected with the adapter, a valve and a support body are oppositely arranged at the pressure lubricating oil inlet end and the pressure lubricating oil outlet end of the valve shell, a valve spring is arranged between the valve and the support body, and the pressure lubricating oil flowing from the valve shell inlet end to the valve shell outlet end can compress the valve spring between the valve and the support body, so that the pressure lubricating oil can flow into a lubricating oil tank from the inlet end of the valve shell;

the quick-release plug cover is arranged at the inlet end of the valve shell, and the quick-release plug cover and the valve shell can be detachably mounted through a quick-release pin.

2. The oil pressure charging device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic force of said shutter spring is determined according to the oil pressure flowing in from the inlet end of the shutter housing.

3. A pressure filling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first sealing ring is provided at the location of engagement of said adapter with said lubricant tank housing.

4. A lubricant pressure filling apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein a second seal ring is provided at a fitting portion of said adapter and said valve housing.

A pressure charging device of lubricating oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shutter has a tapered portion in the circumferential direction of which a plurality of oil through holes are arranged, and when the shutter spring is compressed, the pressure lubricating oil flows into the oil through holes through a gap between the shutter housing and the tapered portion.

6. A lubricant pressure filling apparatus as set forth in claim 1, wherein said quick release closure includes a closure housing, a sealing body, and a sealing spring disposed between said closure housing and said sealing body, said sealing spring being compressed when said quick release closure is installed in cooperation with said valve housing such that said sealing body seals said inlet end of said valve housing.

7. A lubricant pressure filling device as set forth in claim 6, wherein said sealing body is provided with a seal groove for mounting a third seal ring, and said third seal ring is fitted to said shutter housing when said quick-release cap is fitted to said shutter housing.

8. A pressure filling apparatus of lubricant as claimed in claim 1, wherein a chain is provided between said lubricant tank housing and said quick release closure for preventing the quick release closure from falling off.

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of aeroengines, and particularly relates to a lubricating oil pressure filling device.

Background

The parts of the mechanical system of the aircraft engine usually work under the severe conditions of high rotating speed and large load, so that the parts of the mechanical system need to be lubricated by lubricating oil, and the lubricating oil pressure oiling device needs to have higher maintainability due to the frequent maintenance of the lubricating oil system.

The existing lubricating oil pressure filling device is connected with a lubricating oil tank through a lubricating oil pipeline and is fixed on a lubricating oil pump through a support structure. The special joints are arranged on the lubricating oil tank and the pressure oiling device, and the lubricating oil pressure oiling device is connected with the lubricating oil tank through a series of components such as an outer sleeve nut, a flat nozzle, a guide pipe, an elbow joint, an additional nut, a nut stop pin and the like through welding and other processes, so that the structure is complex, the reliability is low, and the service life of the welding structure is limited. And the engine is arranged on the lubricating oil pump set through the bracket and the bolt cantilever, so that the maneuvering characteristic of the engine is limited.

Disclosure of Invention

The application aims to provide a lubricating oil pressure filling device so as to solve the problems that the lubricating oil pressure filling device in the prior art is complex in structure, low in reliability and the like.

The technical scheme of the application is as follows: a lubricant pressure filling apparatus, comprising:

a lubricant tank housing;

the adapter is matched with the spigot structure of the lubricating oil tank shell and fixedly connected with the lubricating oil tank shell through a connecting piece, wherein the adapter extends from the lubricating oil tank shell to the pressure oiling direction to form an oiling channel;

the valve comprises a valve shell arranged at the tail end of the adapter, the valve shell is fixedly connected with the adapter, a valve and a support body are oppositely arranged at the pressure lubricating oil inlet end and the pressure lubricating oil outlet end of the valve shell, a valve spring is arranged between the valve and the support body, and the pressure lubricating oil flowing from the valve shell inlet end to the valve shell outlet end can compress the valve spring between the valve and the support body, so that the pressure lubricating oil can flow into a lubricating oil tank from the inlet end of the valve shell;

the quick-release plug cover is arranged at the inlet end of the valve shell, and the quick-release plug cover and the valve shell can be detachably mounted through a quick-release pin.

In one embodiment of the present application, the elastic force of the shutter spring is determined according to the pressure of the oil flowing into the inlet end of the shutter housing.

In an embodiment of the application, the adapter with the cooperation position of lubricant tank casing is provided with first sealing washer.

In an embodiment of the application, the adapter with the cooperation position of valve casing is provided with the second sealing washer.

In an embodiment of the present application, the valve has a tapered portion in which a plurality of oil through holes are arranged in a circumferential direction, and when the valve spring is compressed, pressure oil flows into the oil through holes through a gap between the valve housing and the tapered portion.

In an embodiment of the application, quick-release blanking cover includes blanking cover casing, seal and is located cover casing and seal between the seal sealing spring quick-release blanking cover with when valve casing cooperation installation, the sealing spring compression makes the seal is sealed the entrance point of valve casing.

In this application embodiment, set up in the seal groove that is used for installing the third sealing washer on the seal quick-release blanking cover with during the cooperation installation of valve casing, the third sealing washer cooperate in valve casing.

In an embodiment of the application, the casing of the lubricating oil tank and the quick-release blanking cover are provided with a chain therebetween for preventing the quick-release blanking cover from falling off.

Compared with the prior art, the lubricating oil pressure filling device has the advantages that the number of parts is reduced, the structure is relatively simple, the design requirement of an engine with higher maneuvering characteristics can be met, and the reliability and the service life of the system are improved.

Detailed Description

In order to make the implementation objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.

The application provides a lubricating oil pressure filling device, through with the lubricating oil case with oiling pressure device integration integrated structure, through tang structrual installation, replaces current pipeline connection and the support of lubricating oil pressure oiling device.

Fig. 1 and 2 show a lubricating oil pressure filling device according to the present application, which mainly includes a lubricating oil tank housing 1, an adapter 2 structurally matched with a spigot of the lubricating oil tank housing 1, a valve housing 3 disposed at the end of the adapter 2, and a quick-release cap 7 disposed at the inlet end of the valve housing 3. Wherein, adapter 2 passes through 9 fixed connection with lubricant tank casing 1, and adapter 2 extends from lubricant tank casing 1 to pressure oiling direction and forms the oiling passageway to realize lubricant tank casing 1 and realize the regulation of pressure oiling direction through adapter 2. Valve housing 3 and adapter 2 fixed connection, wherein, valve 5 and supporter 4 are provided with relatively to valve housing 3's pressure lubricating oil entrance point and exit end, are equipped with valve spring 6 between valve 5 and the supporter 4, and the pressure lubricating oil that flows through from valve housing entrance point to valve housing exit end can make valve spring 6 compression between valve 5 and the supporter 4 to make pressure lubricating oil flow to the lubricating oil tank in from valve housing's entrance end. The quick-release blanking cover 7 and the valve shell 3 can be detachably mounted through the quick-release pin 8, so that the quick-release of daily maintenance is realized.

In this application, the connector 8 adopts the self-locking nut to fix the adapter 2, and the gasket 91 is installed between the self-locking nut and the lubricating oil tank shell 1, so that the self-locking nut (just made) made of two materials and the lubricating oil tank shell 1 (magnesium alloy) are prevented from being worn and abraded

In the present application, the elastic force of the shutter spring is determined according to the pressure of the oil flowing into the inlet end of the shutter housing.

In this application, the cooperation position of adapter 2 and lubricant tank casing 1 is provided with first sealing washer 11 to and the cooperation position of adapter 2 and valve casing 3 is provided with second sealing washer 12, thereby guarantee not to take place the lubricant leakage under the oiling pressure that allows.

In the present application, the shutter 5 has a tapered portion in the circumferential direction of which a plurality of oil through holes 51 are arranged, and when the shutter spring 6 is compressed, pressurized oil flows into the oil tank through a gap between the shutter housing and the tapered portion and then through the oil through holes 51.

In this application, the quick-release blocking cover 7 includes a blocking cover housing 71, a sealing body 72 and a sealing spring 73 located between the cover housing 71 and the sealing body 72, and when the quick-release blocking cover 7 is installed in cooperation with the valve housing 3, the sealing spring 73 is compressed, so that the sealing body 72 contacts and compresses the inlet end of the valve housing 3 to realize sealing.

In the application, the sealing body 72 is provided with a sealing groove for installing the third sealing ring 13, and when the quick-release plug cover 7 is installed in cooperation with the valve housing 3, the third sealing ring 13 is aligned and matched with the tail end of the valve housing 3, so that sealing is realized.

In this application, be equipped with chain 10 between lubricant tank casing 1 and the quick-release blanking cover 7, set up insurance ring 101 at the both ends of chain 10, insurance ring 101 is connected lubricant tank casing 1 and quick-release blanking cover 7 to chain 10 to realize the anti-drop function of quick-release blanking cover 7.

The lubricating oil pressure filling device of this application carries out integrated structure design through with lubricating oil tank casing 1 and pressure oiling device, and the mounting structure form is the mouth structure to adopt quick-release mouth lid structure, through optimizing the structure, cancelled a series of spare parts such as overcoat nut, flat nozzle, pipe, elbow fitting, plus nut, nut stop pin, reduces part quantity, and the device simple structure of this application has cancelled welding process, has improved life. The design requirement of higher maneuvering characteristic engine can be satisfied, and the reliability and the service life of the lubricating oil pressure oiling device can be improved.
