s1, injection molding: selecting a new plastic material to be added into an injection molding machine, injecting the raw material into a corresponding mold cavity through a hot melting process, wherein a stop block is preset in the mold cavity, and the stop block converts the cavity structure in the mold cavity into the skeleton shape of the UK wiring terminal, so that the new plastic material in a molten state is shaped in the mold cavity; the check block is arranged in the injection molding cavity and used for molding the raw material in a molten state into the skeleton shape of the wiring terminal, and the skeleton of the wiring terminal is made of a new plastic material through injection molding, so that the stability of the wiring terminal structure in use is ensured, and the performance parameters of manufacturing the UK wiring terminal are maintained;

s2, pressure maintaining: after the injection molding in the S1 is finished, controlling the mold cavity to apply stable pressure to the new molten plastic material for 30-50S, maintaining the pressure for 30-50S, then enabling the temperature of the mold cavity to be gradually reduced to 80 ℃ within 5min, opening the mold cavity to take out the stop block therein, closing the mold cavity, then exhausting air, controlling the air pressure in the mold cavity to be within 0.06MPa, heating the mold cavity to 120-150 ℃ and maintaining for 4-5 min; in the pressure maintaining process in the die cavity, in order to stabilize the framework structure formed by injection molding of the new plastic material, the temperature is reduced in an annealing mode, the processing characteristic of the framework structure is protected, and after the stop block in the die cavity is taken out, the die cavity is pumped into a negative pressure state and is heated up, so that the melting characteristic of the framework structure is improved, and the subsequent manufacturing process is facilitated;

s3, filling: after the temperature of the die cavity in the S2 is raised, injecting and filling molten plastic containing more than 50% of regenerated plastic into the die cavity, and filling gaps among the UK wiring terminal frameworks to form a complete wiring terminal structure; the recycled plastic component added in the manufacturing process of the connecting terminal is beneficial to reducing the production cost of the connecting terminal, and only the plastic containing the recycled plastic component is melted to be used as a filling material in the UK connecting terminal structure, so that the key performance of the UK connecting terminal in use is prevented from being influenced by the disadvantages of the recycled plastic;

s4, hot melting: after the filling of the recycled plastic in S3 is completed, the temperature in the control cavity is increased to 180-210 ℃, the air pressure therein is maintained within 0.1PMa, and the heating is continued for 2-3 min; after the recycled plastic is filled into the die cavity, the temperature of the die cavity is further increased, the air pressure in the die cavity is controlled, the recycled plastic of the filling structure is favorably fused with the new plastic of the framework structure, and the manufacturing quality of the UK connecting terminal is further maintained.

When the device works, the buckling angle 31 on one side of the installation angle 3 is clamped into one side of the guide rail, then the buckling angle 31 on the other side of the installation angle is pressed onto the other side of the guide rail, so that the top plate 32 is completely installed on the guide rail, the lead is inserted into the connecting hole 12, the fastening stud 111 in the fixing hole 11 is adjusted, so that the power connection block 2 is in close contact with the lead, and then a line label is arranged in the identification groove 13; the frame body 4 is formed by injection molding of a new plastic material, the frame body 4 forms a frame structure of the UK connecting terminal, a filling body containing a regenerated plastic component is injected on the basis of the frame body 4, and gaps among the frame bodies 4 are covered with the filling body to obtain a finished product of the UK connecting terminal; the connecting shell 41 arranged in the framework body 4 corresponds to the position of the connecting hole 12 in the shell 1, a new plastic material is used as a raw material for injection molding, and the new plastic material of the framework body 4 is transmitted to the connecting shell 41 through the end plate 42 in the injection molding process, so that the formed connecting shell 41 wraps the connecting part of the lead and the UK connecting terminal, and the tolerance of the shell 1 at the position of the connecting hole 12 is ensured; the reinforcing plate 43 arranged below the fixing hole 11 bears the acting force of the fastening stud 111 which is screwed and pressed to the lead, so that the local additional acting force borne by the framework body 4 structure is avoided, and the groove 431 arranged on the central hole wall of the reinforcing plate 43 is used as the deformation allowance of the reinforcing plate 43 under the change of the environmental temperature, so that the correlation stability among the fastening bolt structures can not be influenced; the supporting blocks 22 and the abutting plates 23 arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the conducting sheet 21 limit the deformation of the contact position of the conducting sheet 21 and the power connection block 2 by utilizing the step shape of the supporting blocks 22 to be interacted with the abutting plates 23, so that the action of the conducting sheet 21 in a circuit system is maintained; the longitudinal rods 44 arranged at the tail ends of the supporting block 22 and the resisting plate 23 are made of the framework body 4, so that the ageing resistance of the framework body is enhanced, meanwhile, in the injection molding process of the framework body 4, the tail ends of the supporting plate and the resisting plate 23 in the cavity are difficult to be subjected to pressure-equalizing molding, and the tail ends are connected through the arranged longitudinal rods 44, so that the injection molding and pressure maintaining molding process is facilitated.
