Technical Field
The invention relates to a drawer rail for a drawer pull-out guide, comprising:
a first rail to be fixed or already fixed on the drawer,
a second rail to be provided or already provided on the body rail or the intermediate rail of the drawer pull-out guide,
wherein the first rail and the second rail can be connected to each other by a sleeve, wherein the at least one spring means is arranged on the first rail or the second rail.
The invention further relates to a drawer extension guide having at least one drawer rail of the type to be described, and to an item of furniture having a furniture body and a drawer mounted movably relative to the furniture body, wherein a first rail is pre-mounted on the drawer and a second rail is pre-mounted on the furniture body, wherein the first rail connected to the drawer can be connected to the second rail by pushing onto the second rail.
Background
When a drawer is first mounted on a drawer pull-out guide, it is usual to preassemble a first rail on the drawer and a drawer pull-out guide with a second rail on the furniture carcass. The drawer with the first rail is then pushed onto the second rail of the drawer pull out guide until automatic locking between the first rail and the second rail is achieved. In normal operation, the first rail and the second rail are arranged immovably relative to each other and actually form a two-piece drawer rail of the drawer pull-out guide. By means of the spring means provided on the first rail or the second rail, which spring means can be supported on the other rail, it is possible to compensate for a gap which arises between the first rail and the second rail laterally to the longitudinal direction of the rails in the mounted state of the rails. The spring means can be embodied, for example, as a bendable spring leaf or spring tongue which is stamped out of the material of the guide rail and by means of which the gap existing between the first guide rail and the second guide rail can be compensated. Depending on the size of the gap present between the first rail and the second rail, the spring leaf or spring tongue is relatively large-sized, thereby, in addition to being poorly configured, also leading to a risk of damage to the spring means, for example due to shearing.
EP 1483984 a1 shows a drawer extension guide with a first rail arranged on the drawer, which first rail has a laterally projecting spring plate according to fig. 8 to 10. A functional carrier in the form of a plastic part is mounted on the front end region of the extendable rail of the drawer extension guide, wherein the spring leaf of the first rail interacts with the stepped bearing surface of the functional carrier in the connected state of the rail (fig. 12). In this way, a longitudinal compensation and centering of the first guide rail relative to the functional bracket can be achieved. This has the disadvantage that the resilient tab projects relatively far from the first rail and the provision of a separate functional component also entails additional costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a drawer rail of the type mentioned at the outset, while avoiding the disadvantages mentioned above.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are defined in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, it is provided that at least one projection is provided on the further guide rail, the position of the at least one projection on the further guide rail and/or the extension of the at least one projection along the further guide rail being selected such that the at least one projection interacts with the spring means in the connected state of the first guide rail and the second guide rail for limiting a lateral movement of the two guide rails relative to one another.
In other words, in the connected state of the two rails, the spring means of the one rail bears against the projection of the other rail, so that the spring means can be formed on the rails with a reduced overall height, for example, approximately half the overall height. In this way, the risk of damage to the spring device and the material requirements required for the spring device may be reduced. The remaining play difference between the guide rails is therefore compensated for by the projection provided on the other guide rail, which projection rests against the spring element without play in the mounted state of the guide rails.
According to one embodiment, the first rail can be pushed from a front end region of the second rail to a rear end region of the second rail, wherein the at least one projection interacts with the at least one spring means only on a partial region directly upstream of the rear end region of the second rail. This has the particular advantage that the drawer can be moved with the first rail over a large part of the insertion path with a reduced frictional resistance relative to the second rail, without the frictional resistance being increased by the spring means rubbing on the rails. The spring means and the projection contact each other only at the end of the insertion path and compensate for the play between the two rails by abutting against each other.
The first rail and the second rail can each have at least one side leg extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail, wherein the at least one spring means and the at least one projection are each arranged or configured on the side leg of the rail. In this case, it can be provided that the at least one spring means and the at least one projection each project laterally from a lateral leg of the guide rail.
In a structurally simple embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one spring means and/or the at least one projection are formed integrally with the guide rail.
The at least one spring means can be configured to be elastically bendable or reversibly deformable in a direction extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the guide rails, wherein it is preferably provided that the at least one spring means is configured in the form of a spring leaf or spring tongue on one of the guide rails. The spring plate or spring tongue can be stamped out of the metal material of the guide rail, for example. Alternatively, it is also possible for the spring means to have at least one mechanical spring element (e.g. a compression spring).
The at least one projection can be substantially rigid in a direction extending transversely to the longitudinal direction of the guide rails, wherein it is preferably provided that the at least one projection is formed on one of the guide rails in the form of a stamped-out part. Alternatively, it is possible for the projection to also be elastically and telescopically formed and/or fixed on the guide rail (for example by screwing or gluing).
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that at least two spring means which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail are provided on the first guide rail or the second guide rail and, in the connected state of the first guide rail and the second guide rail, interact with at least two projections of the other guide rail which are spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction. The two guide rails then rest against one another without play at least in the region in which at least two spring means spaced apart from one another in the longitudinal direction rest against the projection associated with them, in a direction extending transversely to the longitudinal direction.
The at least two spring means and/or the at least two protrusions may each have a different height. According to a first variant, it can be provided that the spring means with the lower height can move past the projection with the lower height when the first rail is pushed onto the second rail, wherein in the connected state of the first rail and the second rail the spring means with the lower height abuts against the projection with the higher height.
According to a second variant, it can be provided that the projection with the lower height can be moved past the spring means with the lower height when the first rail is pushed onto the second rail, wherein in the connected state of the first rail and the second rail the projection with the lower height bears against the spring means with the higher height.
The advantage of both variants is that the drawer can be pushed easily onto the second rail for one person, since the projection and the spring means can preferably move past each other with little friction when forming the gap or most of the time, and the play-free connection between the two rails is produced by the projection resting on the spring means only in the connected state or just before the connected state is reached.
The drawer extension guide according to the invention has a body rail to be fastened to the furniture carcass and at least one drawer rail of the type mentioned, wherein the drawer rail is mounted movably relative to the body rail. In order to be able to completely pull out the drawer relative to the furniture carcass, an additional intermediate rail can be provided, which is mounted so as to be movable between the carcass rail and the drawer rail.
The furniture according to the invention has a furniture body and a drawer mounted movably relative to the furniture body, wherein a first rail is pre-mounted on the drawer and a second rail is pre-mounted on the furniture body, wherein the first rail connected to the drawer can be connected to the second rail by pushing onto the second rail.
