1. A control device for an elevator, comprising:

a detection unit that detects whether or not an operator is positioned on a ceiling portion of a car of an elevator; and

and a control unit that, when the detection unit detects an operator, operates a device provided on the car side such that, in an upper portion of a hoistway of the elevator, when the car reaches a predetermined position, the device comes into contact with the device provided on the hoistway side, thereby suppressing an ascent of the car.

2. A control device for an elevator, comprising:

a detection unit that detects whether or not an operator is positioned at a lower portion of a hoistway of an elevator; and

and a control unit that, when the detection unit detects an operator, operates a device provided on a car side of the elevator so that, when the car reaches a predetermined position in a lower portion of the hoistway, the device comes into contact with the device provided on the car side, thereby suppressing a descent of the car.

3. A control device for an elevator, comprising:

a detection unit that detects whether or not an operator is positioned at a lower portion of a hoistway of an elevator; and

and a control unit that, when the detection unit detects an operator, operates a device provided on a car side of the elevator so that, when a counterweight of the elevator reaches a predetermined position in a lower portion of the hoistway, the device comes into contact with the device provided on the hoistway side, thereby suppressing a lowering of the counterweight.

4. The control device for an elevator according to any one of claims 1 to 3,

when the detection unit detects an operator and the car is stopped, the control unit activates a dynamic brake of a hoisting machine for raising and lowering the car.

5. An elevator system, having:

an upper side detection device for detecting an operator positioned on a ceiling portion of a car of an elevator;

a car-side-rise suppressing body provided at an upper portion of a hoistway of the elevator;

a car-side contact body provided to the car; and

and a control device that, when the upper detection device detects an operator, causes the car-side contact member to protrude toward the car-side elevation inhibitor side so that, in an upper portion of the hoistway, when the car reaches a predetermined position, the car-side contact member comes into contact with the car-side elevation inhibitor to inhibit elevation of the car.

6. The elevator system of claim 5,

the car side elevation inhibitor has a notch,

the car-side contact member is accommodated in the cutout of the car-side elevation inhibitor when contacting the car-side elevation inhibitor.

7. An elevator system, having:

a lower side detection device for detecting an operator located at a lower part of a hoistway of an elevator;

a car-side descent control member provided at a lower portion of the hoistway;

a car-side contact body provided to a car of the elevator; and

and a control device that, when the lower detection device detects an operator, causes the car-side contact member to protrude toward the car-side descent control member so that the car-side contact member comes into contact with the car-side descent control member when the car reaches a predetermined position in a lower portion of the hoistway, thereby controlling descent of the car.

8. The elevator system of claim 7,

the car side-fall restraint body has a cutout,

the car-side contact member is accommodated in the cutout of the car-side descent control member when contacting the car-side descent control member.

9. An elevator system, having:

a lower side detection device for detecting an operator located at a lower part of a hoistway of an elevator;

a counterweight-side lowering suppression body provided at a lower portion of the hoistway;

a counterweight-side contact body provided to a counterweight of the elevator; and

and a control device that, when the lower detection device detects an operator, causes the counterweight-side contact member to protrude toward the counterweight-side lowering suppression body so that the counterweight-side contact member comes into contact with the counterweight-side lowering suppression body at a lower portion of the hoistway when the counterweight reaches a predetermined position, thereby suppressing lowering of the counterweight.

10. The elevator system of claim 9, wherein,

the counterweight-side descent suppressing body has a cutout,

the counterweight-side contact member is accommodated in the cutout of the counterweight-side lowering inhibitor when the counterweight-side contact member is in contact with the counterweight-side lowering inhibitor.

11. The elevator system according to any one of claims 5 to 10 wherein,

the control device activates a dynamic brake of a hoisting machine for raising and lowering a car of the elevator when the operator is detected and the car of the elevator is stopped.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a control device having a function of ensuring safety of an elevator operator, and an elevator system.

Background

For example, patent document 1 discloses an elevator system. The elevator system is operated and controlled so that the counterweight does not enter the lower part of the hoistway when an operator is located at the lower part of the hoistway.

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, in the elevator system described in patent document 1, an error in operation control may occur. In this case, the counterweight may enter the lower portion of the hoistway.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. The invention aims to provide a control device of an elevator and an elevator system, which can ensure the safety of operators more reliably.

Means for solving the problems

The elevator control device of the invention comprises: a detection unit that detects whether or not an operator is positioned on a ceiling portion of a car of an elevator; and a control unit that, when the detection unit detects an operator, operates a device provided on the car side such that, in an upper portion of a hoistway of the elevator, when the car reaches a predetermined position, the device comes into contact with the device provided on the hoistway side, thereby suppressing an ascent of the car.

The elevator control device of the invention comprises: a detection unit that detects whether or not an operator is positioned at a lower portion of a hoistway of an elevator; and a control unit that, when the detection unit detects an operator, operates a device provided on a car side of the elevator so that, when the car reaches a predetermined position in a lower portion of the hoistway, the device comes into contact with the device provided on the car side, thereby suppressing a descent of the car.

The elevator system of the invention comprises: a lower side detection device for detecting an operator located at a lower part of a hoistway of an elevator; a car-side descent control member provided at a lower portion of the hoistway; a car-side contact body provided to a car of the elevator; and a control device that, when the lower detection device detects an operator, causes the car-side contact member to protrude toward the car-side descent control member so that, at a lower portion of the hoistway, when the car reaches a predetermined position, the car-side contact member comes into contact with the car-side descent control member, thereby controlling the descent of the car.

The elevator system of the invention comprises: a lower side detection device for detecting an operator located at a lower part of a hoistway of an elevator; a counterweight-side lowering suppression body provided at a lower portion of the hoistway; a counterweight-side contact body provided to a counterweight of the elevator; and a control device that, when the lower detection device detects an operator, causes the counterweight-side contact member to protrude toward the counterweight-side lowering inhibitor side so that the counterweight-side contact member contacts the counterweight-side lowering inhibitor when the counterweight reaches a predetermined position at a lower portion of the hoistway, thereby inhibiting lowering of the counterweight.

Effects of the invention

According to these inventions, the elevator car is prevented from moving up and down when the operator is detected. Further, the lowering of the counterweight is suppressed. Therefore, the safety of the operator can be ensured more reliably.
