Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic elastic expansion fishhook which aims at the existing technical situation that bait is easy to be sucked into a fishmouth by fishes.

Because the buoyancy received by the floating body is larger, the total weight of the fishhook in water minus the total buoyancy becomes smaller (even negative and floating), the fishhook is lighter and more flexible in water, and the bait and the hook body are easier to be sucked into the mouth of a fish by the fish.

Because of the supporting force of continuous outward expansion, the mouth of the fish mouth is smaller than the cavity of the fish mouth, and the fish cannot be unhooked. Because the rear sections of the two hook handles are flat, compared with a release device formed by metal wires described in a comparison document, the release device has a large contact surface and small pressure, and a fish can release the expansion of the fishhook by using the same occlusal force more easily. This is another reason why the rear sections of the main and auxiliary structure handles are made into flat strip shapes.

It must be pointed out that the thinner the bending part at the top of the hook head is, the smaller the expansion elastic force is, the smaller the up-and-down sliding friction force generated by the expansion elastic force between the restraint pin and the restraint hole is, the easier the restraint pin is to be separated from the restraint hole, and the easier the fish bites the lower and upper surfaces of the rear sections of the main and auxiliary hook handles to trigger the release of the fishhook to the expansion state. The invention is further illustrated below with reference to embodiments of the invention, without the scope of protection being restricted thereto.

The embodiment of the invention is as follows: in the figures 1, 2 and 3, all the parts are formed by reinforced nylon (which can be selected from various plastics) through one-step injection molding according to the natural expansion state of the fishhook except that the main hook body (15) is a common metal J-shaped fishhook, the cavity cover plate (17) is independently opened and injected with mold and the like.
