The dehumidifying agent is active carbon, is black and porous, is produced by crushing and molding coal or carbonizing and activating uniform coal particles, has large specific surface area, is used for absorbing redundant water and water vapor, and improves the reaction safety performance. The embedding agent can be dispersed and swelled quickly when the heating agent heats, dissolved quickly after cooling, and can be gelled at high temperature, and the gel can be mutually transformed with the solution along with the temperature, and has excellent wettability, dispersibility, adhesiveness, thickening property, water-retaining property and film-forming property. The embedding agent can help the heating to be uniform, so that water can be in full contact with the heating agent under the action of the embedding agent, the heating time is prolonged, and the phenomenon of wrapping the heating agent is reduced.
