Background

The invention provides a bathtub, comprising a bathtub body and a cover body arranged on the inner bottom surface of the bathtub body, wherein a water gap is formed between the cover body and the inner bottom surface of the bathtub body, and the bathtub further comprises:

a drainage assembly, the drainage outlet of which is covered by the cover body, and water in the cylinder body flows to the drainage outlet through the water-passing gap for drainage; and/or

The water inlet of the water inlet assembly is covered by the cover body, and water flowing in from the water inlet enters the cylinder body through the water passing gap.

Preferably, the surface of the cover body is planar and is in the same plane with the inner bottom surface of the cylinder body.

Preferably, the lid is located at a central portion of the entire bottom surface of the cylinder block, and the water passage gap is formed on an outer peripheral edge of the lid.

Preferably, the cover body has a race track shape, and the water passage gap has an annular shape surrounding the cover body.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a bathtub includes a tub 100, and the tub 100 is formed to accommodate an inner space of at least one user. The inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder 100 is provided with a concave portion 20, the concave portion 20 is sunken relative to the surface of the inner bottom surface 10, and the concave portion 20 is provided with a water drainage assembly 50 and a water inlet assembly 60. The bathtub further comprises a cover 30 covering the concave portion 20, the surface of the cover 30 is entirely flush with the inner bottom surface 10 of the bathtub body, a water gap 40 is formed between the cover 30 and the inner bottom surface 10 of the bathtub body, and the water outlet of the water discharge assembly 50 and the water inlet of the water inlet assembly 60 are covered by the cover 30. When water is supplied, an external water source enters the concave portion 20 through the water supply unit 60 and then enters the inside of the tub through the water passage gap 40, and when water needs to be discharged, the water in the tub flows out of the concave portion through the water passage gap and then is discharged through the water discharge unit. In the embodiment, the whole cover 30 is located within the range of the inner bottom surface of the bathtub body, and the whole cover and the inner bottom surface of the bathtub body are located on the same plane, and the cover 30 is preferably made of a material with the same color and material as the bathtub body, so that the cover and the bathtub body form a whole, and the appearance is simple and uniform.

The bathtub in the present application further comprises a control assembly 70 for controlling the water drainage assembly 50 and the water inlet assembly 60, wherein the water drainage assembly 50 and the water inlet assembly 60 are connected with the control assembly 70 in a communication way. For better water temperature control, the water inlet assembly 60 also has a thermostatic valve set through which external hot and cold water supplied to the tub enclosure is first mixed. The user can realize the control to intaking, drainage, temperature, the water yield etc. of bathtub through modes such as remote controller, control panel, cell-phone APP of operation and control assembly communication.

The bathtub of the present application further comprises an anti-flooding assembly provided in the recess, the anti-flooding assembly being covered by the cover. In the embodiment, the water overflow preventing assembly is a hidden structure without a water overflow port, and is integrated with the water inlet assembly 60, which is a common technology in the art and will not be described in detail herein. Because the overflow hole does not need to be reserved on the bathtub body, the integral appearance of the bathtub can be further simplified.

The bathtub of the present application further comprises a massage unit provided in the recess, the massage unit being covered by the cover, water or air bubbles injected from the massage unit entering the tub 100 through the water passage gap 40, the massage unit being communicatively connected to the control unit 70, so that various parameters of the massage unit can be controlled by the control unit. As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, two sets of nozzles 81 of the massage unit are provided on both left and right sides of the concave portion 20, respectively, and water or air bubbles ejected from the nozzles 81 of the massage unit are introduced into the cylinder 100 through the water passage gap 40, and the massage unit further includes a pump 82 for generating a flow of water or air.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cover 30 is detachably connected to the concave portion 20, the cover 30 is provided with a fastening portion 31, the concave portion 20 has a fastening engagement portion 21 engaged with the fastening portion 31, specifically, the fastening engagement portion 21 is a plurality of protruding columns disposed in the concave portion 20, the cover fastening portion 31 is fastened in the protruding columns, so that the cover 30 is fixed on the inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder.

Preferably, the lid 30 is located at the center of the bottom 10 of the cylinder, and the water passage gap 40 is formed between the outer periphery of the lid 30 and the side wall of the recess 20. The shape of the cover 30 is adapted to the inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder, and the size of the cover 30 is equivalent to the inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder which is reduced according to a certain proportion and then placed at the center of the inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder. For example, in the present embodiment, the inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder is designed to be racetrack-shaped, the cover 30 is also designed to be racetrack-shaped, the inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder and the cover are concentric, and the water gap 40 is ring-shaped around the cover 30. Preferably, the area of the cover 30 is not less than 10% of the area of the inner bottom surface 10 of the cylinder.

The bathtub in the present application further comprises a light assembly disposed in the concave portion 20, the light assembly is covered by the cover 30, light generated by the light assembly is emitted through the water gap, and the light assembly is in communication connection with the control assembly 70. The light assembly in this embodiment comprises a lamp holder 91 and a light strip 92 fixed to the lamp holder 91, the lamp holder 91 being adapted to the shape of the water passage gap 40 and being fixed in the recess 20, the light strip 92 surrounding said water passage gap 40, whereby the emitted light will exit the water passage gap 40.

In order to make the best use of space, the cylinder has a cavity formed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the cylinder, and the control assembly 70, the water inlet assembly 60, the water outlet assembly 50 and the pump body 82 can be partially or completely placed in the cavity, and external water and electricity enter the cavity and are supplied to the corresponding assemblies by the cavity.

Of course, the tub enclosure may be provided without the recess described in this application, but with a dedicated space beneath the cover for the placement of the associated components.
