Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mop head, and more particularly to a mop head having a non-apertured engagement recess which is highly engageable with a cleaning member.
Background
Recently, flat mop heads have been popular, which have the advantages of low height, capability of penetrating into dead corners which are difficult to clean, and easiness in rotation and folding, so that the cleaning effect, the self-cleaning effect and the storage effect are ensured. However, the cleaning member (i.e., the strip of cotton cloth) needs to be engaged to the flat mop head in a different manner than conventional bundled mops.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a mop head which can securely engage the cleaning member in a design in which only a lower opening is provided in a flat-shaped mop head frame and an engaging recess of an upper opening is not provided (i.e., an engaging recess without an upper hole).
The invention provides a mop head for solving the technical means adopted by the problems in the prior art, which comprises: the mop head frame is formed by injection molding through a mold, the mold is provided with a plurality of convex parts, a plurality of joint concave parts are formed on the lower surface of the mop head frame through the plurality of convex parts, each joint concave part comprises a lower opening, a closed upper top part, a side wall and a narrow part, the closed upper top part is closed and sealed by the upper surface of the mop head frame, the side wall is arranged between the lower opening and the closed upper top part, the narrow part comprises a first convex part group, a first penetrating part, a second convex part group and a second penetrating part, the narrow part is annularly arranged on the side wall in the sequence of the first convex part group, the first penetrating part group, the second convex part group and the second penetrating part, the first convex part group and the second convex part group extend from the side wall to the longitudinal axis of the joint concave part through the injection molding, and the first penetrating part is adjacent to the ring side of the first convex part group and the ring side of the second convex part group and is adjacent to the ring side of the first convex part group and the second convex part group and is at the ring side of the first convex part and the second convex part group A through empty space between the ring sides, wherein the second through empty space is adjacent to the other ring side of the first convex part set and the other ring side of the second convex part set and is a through empty space between the other ring side of the first convex part set and the other ring side of the second convex part set, the first through empty space is opposite to the second through empty space, and an accommodating concave part is formed between the closed upper top and the narrow part, wherein after the injection molding, the convex part is propped against and penetrates through the first convex part set and the second convex part set to forcedly remove the membrane from the engaging concave part; and the cleaning component is provided with a punching part, a plugging part and a non-plugging part, the punching part is abutted against the punching part through a straight punch and enables the straight punch to plug the punching part and the plugging part into the accommodating concave part through the first hollow penetrating part and the second hollow penetrating part by the transverse width and the longitudinal thickness, and then the straight punch reversely moves back to be drawn out from the joint concave part through the first hollow penetrating part and the second hollow penetrating part.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a mop head is provided, wherein the first through-hole width of the first through-hole on the side wall and the second through-hole width of the second through-hole on the side wall are both greater than the through-hole widths between the angle protrusions of the first protrusion set and the second protrusion set respectively.
In one embodiment of the invention, a mop head is provided wherein the first set of protrusions is a plurality of adjacent angular protrusions, each of which is an adjacent ring on the sidewall, and the second set of protrusions is a plurality of adjacent angular protrusions, each of which is an adjacent ring on the sidewall.
