Detailed Description

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8. The description is not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, but is one example of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, there is shown a mop head 100, mop base B and mop grip H according to an embodiment of the present invention. The mop head 100 comprises: a mop head frame 1 and a cleaning component 2. Specifically, the two mop heads 100 of the present invention are detachably mounted on the side and lower portions (fig. 1 shows the combination of the two) of the mop base B, which is connected to the mop grip H, at the upper portion (as shown by the visible surface in fig. 3) of the mop head frame 1, thereby forming a mop for mopping and cleaning. In the embodiment, the cleaning member 2 may be a cotton cloth strip, but the specific implementation is not limited thereto.

As shown in the perspective bottom view of the mop head frame 1 of the mop head 100 of fig. 2, a plurality of engaging recesses 11 are formed in the bottom surface 17 of the mop head frame 1, each engaging recess 11 includes a bottom opening 12, a closed top 13, a sidewall 14 and a narrowed portion 15, the closed top 13 is closely sealed by the top surface 18 of the mop head frame 1, and the sidewall 14 is between the bottom opening 12 and the closed top 13. That is, the joining recess 11 is a concave hole opened in the lower surface 17 of the mop head frame 1. The recess is open at the lower opening 12 and is closed by the upper surface 18 of the mop head frame 1 closing the upper top 13. The side wall 14 of the engagement recess 11 is a cylindrical wall surface. Fig. 3 is a perspective top view of the mop head frame 1 of the mop head 100 of the present embodiment, shown with the top surface engaged by the mop base B of fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 4a, the narrow connection portion 15 includes a first protrusion set 151, a first through-hole portion 152, a second protrusion set 153, and a second through-hole portion 154, and the narrow connection portion 15 is annularly disposed on the sidewall 14 in the order of the first protrusion set 151, the first through-hole portion 152, the second protrusion set 153, and the second through-hole portion 154. As shown in fig. 4a, the first and second cam groups 151 and 153 extend from the side wall 14 toward the longitudinal axis of the joining recess 11 by injection molding. The first penetration portion 152 is a penetration space between the ring side 151a of the first cam group 151 and the ring side 153b of the second cam group 153, and is adjacent to both the ring side 151a of the first cam group 151 and the ring side 153a of the second cam group 153. The second penetration portion 154 is a penetration space between the other ring side 151b of the first cam set 151 and the other ring side 153b of the second cam set 153, and is adjacent to both the other ring side 151b of the first cam set 151 and the other ring side 153b of the second cam set 153. The first penetration portion 152 faces the second penetration portion 154 in the radial direction of the engagement recess 11. An accommodation recess 16 is formed between the closed upper top 13 and the narrowed portion 15. Each engaging recess 11 having the lower opening 12, the closed upper ceiling 13, the side walls 14 and the narrowed portion 15 is formed in such a manner that, as shown in fig. 8, two stencils M are abutted, one having a projection M1 and the other having a corresponding recess (not shown) corresponding to the projection M1, the corresponding recesses serve to form the accommodation recesses 16, and the abutment of the two stencils M is achieved by accommodating the projection M1 of one stencil into the corresponding recess of the other stencil, and is injection molded between the two stencils to form a first protrusion set 151 and a second protrusion set 153, after injection molding, the projection M1 is pulled back from the corresponding receiving recess 16, that is, the projection M1 is pressed against the first projection group 151 and the second projection group 153 and passes through the first projection group 151 and the second projection group 153 to be forcibly released from the engaging recess 11.

As shown in fig. 4b, in the mop head 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first penetration width W1 of the first penetration portion 152 on the side wall 14 and the second penetration width W2 of the second penetration portion 154 on the side wall 14 are both greater than the penetration widths W3 and W4 between the angle protrusions 151c and 153c of the first protrusion set 151 and the second protrusion set 153, respectively.

As shown in fig. 4a, 4b and 6, the first penetration width W1 is equal to the second penetration width W2. The transverse width W of the straight punch P is larger than the longitudinal thickness T and is in a straight shape, and the first penetrating width W1 and the second penetrating width W2 are equal to or larger than the longitudinal thickness T of the applicable straight punch P. The diameter of the side wall 14 is equal to or greater than the transverse width W of the in-line punch P.

Each of the angular protrusions 151c, 153c is formed at an acute angle and easily penetrates the cleaning member 2 to make the cleaning member 2 less likely to be loosened. In other embodiments, the first and second cam sets 151 and 153 have at least two angular protrusions 151c and 153c, respectively.

As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, in the mop head 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first through-hollow 152 is parallel to the second through-hollow 154 on both sides of the lower opening 12 in the radial direction. As shown in fig. 5, the lower opening 12 has a buffer distance between the first protrusion set 151 and the second protrusion set 153 in the axial direction of the lower opening 12, so that when the protrusion M1 is pulled back from the receiving recess 16, the first protrusion set 151 and the second protrusion set 153 will not break the sidewall 14.

As shown in fig. 2, 4a, 4b and 5, in the mop head 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first protrusion set 151 is a continuous protrusion having a continuous thickness in the radial direction of the lower opening 12, and the second protrusion set is a continuous protrusion having a continuous thickness in the radial direction of the lower opening. In detail, the continuous protrusions (i.e., the angular protrusions 151c) of the first protrusion set 151 and the continuous protrusions (i.e., the angular protrusions 153c) of the second protrusion set 153 are tapered in thickness from the sidewall 14 toward the center. In addition, the inner wall surface 151d of the first cam set 151 and the inner wall surface 153d of the second cam set 153 are inclined from the sidewall 14 toward the center toward the lower opening 12, so as to facilitate forced demolding of the mold M.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the cleaning member 2 has the punching-in portion 21, the tucking-in portion 22, and the non-tucking-in portion 23, and the punching-in portion 21 and the tucking-in portion 22 are tucked into the accommodation recess 16 by the first hollow portion 152 and the second hollow portion 154 by the first punch P abutting against the punching-in portion 21 and the first punch P passing through the first hollow portion 152 and the second hollow portion 154 with the lateral width W and the longitudinal thickness T, and thereafter the first punch P is reversely moved back to pass through the first hollow portion 152 and the second hollow portion 154 and is extracted from the engagement recess 11.

Fig. 6 and 7 only schematically show the fabric strips in the cleaning member 2. The first and second cam groups 151 and 153 of the narrow-width part 15 sandwich the cleaning member 2. Wherein, the bending part of the cloth strip is a punching part 21; the part of the cloth strip in the accommodating concave part 16 is a plug-in part 22; the part of the cloth strip exposed out of the accommodating concave part 16 is an un-inserted part 23 for mopping and cleaning. The invention is not limited thereto, and one or more cloth strips can be inserted into a single accommodating concave part 16.

The mop head frame 1 is coated by a mold M and injection molded. As shown in fig. 7, a mold M for forming the mop head 100 of the present invention is shown. The mold M has a plurality of protrusions M1, and a plurality of engaging recesses 11 are formed on the lower surface 17 of the mop head frame 1 by the plurality of protrusions M1. The recessed holes at the bottom end of the protrusion M1 are shaped to correspond to the angular protrusions 151c of the first protrusion set 151 and the angular protrusions 153c of the second protrusion set 153.

In this specification, the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. The specification and drawings are, accordingly, to be regarded in an illustrative rather than a restrictive sense.
