The lighting panel rotating assembly 42 comprises a lighting panel rotating base 421, a lighting panel rotating disc 422, a locking button mounting base 425, a locking button 426 and a spring 427, wherein the lighting panel rotating base 421 is fixedly mounted on the upper end face of the sickbed backboard 25, the lighting panel rotating disc 422 is rotatably mounted on the lighting panel rotating base 421, a lighting panel mounting base 423 is fixedly mounted on the upper end face of the lighting panel rotating disc 422, a lighting panel mounting threaded hole 4231 is formed in the lighting panel mounting base 423, a third electric connector 424 is mounted at the bottom of the lighting panel mounting threaded hole 4231, the third electric connector 424 is connected with a second electric connector 416 in a circuit mode, a threaded electric connector 432 is connected onto the lighting panel 43, the lighting panel 43 is mounted on the lighting panel mounting base 423 through the threaded electric connector 432 in a threaded mode, lighting is not needed in daytime, the lighting panel mounting base 423 can be covered by a sealing cover, and the sealing cover is removed in the evening, then the lighting plate 43 is installed, the locking button installation seat 425 is fixedly installed on the upper end surface of the sickbed backboard 25, a button installation groove 4251 is arranged in the locking button installation seat 425, the locking button 426 is installed in the button installation groove 4251, a plurality of springs 427 are also installed in the button installation groove 4251, one end of each spring 427 is connected with the lower end of the locking button 426, the other end of each spring 427 is connected to the bottom of the button installation groove 4251, a first friction surface 4221 is arranged on the lower end surface of the lighting plate rotating disk 422, a second friction surface 4261 is arranged on the upper end surface of the locking button 426, the first friction surface 4221 and the second friction surface 4261 can be mutually attached to generate friction force to enable the lighting plate rotating disk 422 to be stationary, when a patient transfer operation is carried out at night, the lighting plate 43 is taken out from the lighting plate installation groove 251, when the patient transfer operation is carried out, the lighting circuit, after the threaded electric connector 432 is contacted with the third electric connector 424, the lighting plate 43 can be electrified to emit light, the lighting plate rotating disc 422 is rotated, the lighting direction can be adjusted, accurate lighting of an operation position is met, when the lighting plate rotating disc 422 is required to be rotated to adjust the lighting direction, the locking button 426 is required to be pressed down, the spring 427 is compressed, after the lighting direction is adjusted, the locking button 426 is loosened, the spring 427 is reset, the first friction surface 4221 and the second friction surface 4261 are attached to each other, friction force is generated to enable the lighting plate rotating disc 422 to be stationary, and the lighting direction is locked.
