The methanol extract of moxa combustion product has radical scavenging effect and is stronger than methanol extract of unburned moxa. Finally, moxibustion burns to produce substances which promote blood circulation and calm the mind, thereby achieving the therapeutic effect.

At present, the clinical multipurpose moxa stick, the common moxibustion tool, the moxibustion box and the moxibustion clothing are used for moxibustion health care, the moxa stick, the common moxibustion tool, the moxibustion box and the moxibustion clothing are large in smoke and serious in pollution when used, and the biggest side effect for moxibustion is moxa smoke after treatment, which can choke people and hurt respiratory tract health of users after long-term inhalation.
